The modern era of globalization has led to increased interaction and mutual influence between cultures, creating a new space for the development of national cultural spheres and world art. As national cultures continue to interact and blend, the boundaries between states are weakened and a singular global cultural environment is formed. Conduct a research project exploring the practical aspects of incorporating Ukrainian music into the global cultural scene. The study reveals that integration processes have significantly impacted Ukrainian musical culture within the global artistic space. However, obstacles such as a lack of qualified teachers and graduates in musical specialties, as well as a low level of knowledge in culture and art, hinder full integration. Efforts to promote Ukrainian music include digitizing the archive of national Ukrainian music and organizing online music concerts. To achieve full integration into the global artistic community, it is essential to improve the qualifications and cultural knowledge of teachers and graduates.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41943057","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its main aim was to establish the way in which social distance is perceived and affirmed in this rural community. We used the scale of social distance, starting from the model developed by Bogardus (1925), which has become the most frequently used method of emphasizing the acceptance or isolation of social groups. We calculated the Social Distance Index (SDI), the Social Contact Index (SCI), and the Qualitative Index of Social Contacts (QISC). Results are focused on inter-confessional issues, and conclusions reveal a community open to what is close and known, but reluctant to what is distant and less known.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41788872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This resulted in an increase in the accessibility of health services and their distribution throughout the country. Lack of physicians, especially in the peripheries, and the competition to recruit clients forced HMOs to change and expand the concept of operating medical services. One way was to establish independent health clinics (IHCs). The current study focuses on a social and cultural phenomenon that was changed and expanded following the NHIL. The research literature lacks studies addressing IHCs in the context of the impact of the NHIL on Arab society. The research design is mixed methods with a qualitative stage followed by a quantitative stage. Specifically compiled research interviews and questionnaires were built to collect information. The main findings of the studies indicated that most physicians and managers recognized the NHIL and its contribution to the population. Addressing social and environmental rewards and deciding on moral rewards at an early stage anchored in the contract from the beginning was significant and strengthened the future of contracts between HMOs and self-employed physicians. Findings and conclusions of the study indicated a need to continue operating IHCs on condition they kept initial promises and provided feedback to physicians from time to time while improving terms of engagement, visits, and problem solving when needed in a timely manner.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47674695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Drawing an example from two char land communities in Bangladesh, this study explored the status of the public health services and service gaps. The study collected data from 222 respondents (heads of the households) and used a quantitative research approach where a face-to-face structured interview schedule was employed for data collection. Results showed that the char land family members were suffering different types of diseases, but they did not have adequate scientific treatment facilities; manpower and institutional facilities for health services were lacking against needs; and the quality of health services was awfully poor. All of the respondents mentioned a high service gap between demand and supply on health tests, specialized services and emergency services. Findings would be important guidelines for policy makers, development practitioners, health providers, and health workers.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43100387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Participants are 239 parents of 7 to 13 years old children. They completed a set of self-report questionnaire related to healthy and unhealthy foods perception; consumer purchase decision making process; children's influences strategies in food purchase; influence exerted by children in the food purchasing process; family cohesion, flexibility, and communication. The results highlight how the children used influence strategies and became more involved in consumer purchasing decisions when they come to unhealthy food than healthy food. The emotional family climate also modifies both the frequency of use and the level of participation in the consumer purchase decision making process. This study provides insight into the key predictors of the development of certain consumption skills in children and how they use them to influence the family purchase of healthy and unhealthy foods.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41815706","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In a similar vein, Bangladeshi medical professionals have also been affected by several severe physical and mental health complications resulting from their frequent contact with COVID-19 patients. This exposes them to a greater risk of infection with the lethal virus, which can substantially impact their job performance. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the manner in which the COVID-19 pandemic affects the occupational health and safety of medical employees. The researchers deployed a descriptive qualitative technique to investigate the complexities of the COVID-19 crisis amongst medical practitioners. Employing purposeful sampling and in-depth interview techniques, the researchers collected data from a total of 32 healthcare professionals and investigated their state of occupational health, their exposure to stress and trauma, and the effects of stress and trauma on their livelihood, health and well-being. The data revealed the occupational health of healthcare workers as being fragile, resulting to stress and trauma, and eventually, a depressed state of mind. To address this issue, relevant government and non-governmental organizations should concentrate on reducing COVID-19-related risks and repercussions in hospital settings. In addition, policymakers, social workers, public health practitioners and psychologists must work together to ensure that healthcare workers are healthy and safe at work.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49580905","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to evaluate how work stress, workload, work-life balance, and work motivation affect millennials’ intention to leave their jobs during work from home implementation. There were 224 millennial respondents in the Greater Jakarta Area who experienced WFH set-ups because of the COVID-19 outbreak that filled out the questionnaires. The PLS-based SEM technique was then used to examine the data that had been obtained. The results showed a significant effect from working from home on workload, work stress, work-life balance, and motivation. Additionally, it found that workload and work stress have significant effects on the turnover intention. Work-life balance and work motivation, according to the results, have no significant effects on turnover intention. As a result, management should consider the workload and work stress while evaluating the effectiveness of the use of the type of assignment. More factors that influence turnover intentions need to be considered in future studies.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48385277","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
