Gaivoronska, Tetiana Khitrova, Svitlana Semenko, Viktor Kuzmin","doi":"10.33788/rcis.84.14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33788/rcis.84.14","url":null,"abstract":"The initiation of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, coupled with the imposition of martial law, has prompted a paradigm shift in the comprehension of psychological and socio-communication dimensions inherent in the management of human resources. This underscores the significance of the present work. The primary objective of this study is to conduct a thorough examination of stress, motivation, will, and the efficacy of working conditions as integral components constituting the psychological and socio-communication facets of HR management during wartime. The article employs methodological approaches such as analysis, synthesis, scientific generalization, and the formal logical method. The business landscape in Ukraine, under the constraints of martial law, is marked by diminished production volumes, logistical and supply chain challenges, and financial constraints. In this pivotal juncture, human resources (HR) management necessitates the systematic implementation of planning, organization, motivation, control, and regulation. Presently, structural adjustments in HR management encompass elements such as flexible management, decentralization, integration, privatization, heightened innovation, organizational workflow optimization, and enhancement of the quality of working life. Furthermore, there is a noticeable escalation in individuals' interest in self-management. Motivating personnel amid a military conflict poses inherent challenges, given that warfare induces stress, anxiety, and restlessness among employees. Stress, in a general sense, constitutes the body's defensive response to threats or tension, and its adverse impacts on HR management become particularly pronounced in the context of military conflicts, where these factors synergistically manifest.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":" 42","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140391761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They have also been called Generation Resilient having hurdled the challenges brought about by the global pandemic and emerged with confidence and numerous possibilities for themselves. The study aims to explore how learning goal orientation significantly mediates psychological capital and performance goal orientation. A sample of 120 Gen Zers from the Philippines participated in an online survey. Descriptive and Inferential statistical analysis (simple and multiple linear regression) were used for data analysis. The Mediation analysis was based on four step approach mediation analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986 as cited by Newsom, 2024). Simple linear regression results showed that (1) psychological capital has a significant influence on performance goal orientation; (2) psychological capital has a significant influence on learning goal orientation; (3) learning goal orientation has significant influence on performance goal orientation. Multiple linear regression shows that both Psychological capital and learning goal orientation has significant influence on performance goal orientation and therefore based on the mediation analysis approach it can be concluded that learning goal orientation has significant partial mediation on psychological capital towards performance goal orientation. The results are significant for the development at the personal and professional levels of Gen Zers, whether they are self-employed or entrepreneurs or as reference for human resource development in companies where the Gen Zers are employed and being developed for future capabilities in their career moves.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":" 40","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140392468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Technological self-reliance and self-improvement are strategic support for the construction of high-level talent highlands, and talent innovation guidance is the intrinsic driving force for the construction of high-level talent highlands. The construction of a high-level talent highland in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area requires the integration of innovative elements that connect the “education chain, technology chain, and talent chain”. It is necessary to build a three-dimensional integrated spatial architecture of “education technology talent”. We need to build a community that integrates “education highland, technology highland, and talent highland”. Accelerating the construction of high-level talent highlands in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area requires the construction of a highland for scientific and technological innovation talents, a highland for technical and skilled talents, and a highland for scientific and technological finance talents. Based on this, this article selected 399 listed high-tech enterprises in the Greater Bay Area as the research objects, and conducted multiple regression on the relevant data of sample enterprises from the perspective of property rights heterogeneity from 2018 to 2021 to reveal which open innovation model can effectively solve specific situational problems faced by enterprises. The multi role matching mechanism can effectively improve the performance of new product development and its market competitive advantage of enterprises, as well as how the nature of property rights affects the relationship between open innovation strategies and new product development performance of enterprises. The research results show that, firstly, open innovation between enterprises is beneficial for the precise improvement of product development performance by high-level talents in enterprises. Secondly, open innovation in industry, academia, and research is beneficial for improving talent performance in enterprises, but its effect is weaker than that of open innovation between enterprises. Enterprises focus more on the open innovation model between enterprises.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":" 40","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140391535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although some studies involve individual psychological factors, most of these studies focus on some variables and lack completeness, and few scholars attempt to explain the gap between willingness and behavior. In previous studies on government regulation and governance of the sharing economy, scholars often overlooked the connection between policy intervention factors and individual behavior attribution, resulting in a lack of effectiveness and persistence in the policy intervention path and strategic effects of sharing consumption behavior. This article explores the psychological attribution of low-carbon consumer behavior and analyzes the path of policy intervention. Through literature review and empirical research, this article finds that consumer low-carbon consumption behavior is influenced by various psychological factors, such as environmental awareness, social responsibility, moral concepts, etc. Meanwhile, policy intervention plays an important role in promoting low-carbon consumer behavior. This article proposes specific paths for policy intervention, including raising public environmental awareness, guiding enterprises to assume social responsibility, and strengthening policy supervision.","PeriodicalId":45087,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala","volume":" 29","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140391686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
