Risk elements for CTS include things like uncomfortable body posture at work, repetitive hand motions, and vibration exposure. Reviewing prior research on the connection between CTS and potential risk factors such worker hand posture, exposure to hand-arm vibrations, and repetitive hand movements is the goal of this study. The research approach involves searching for relevant articles using the terms carpal tunnel syndrome AND (occupational risk factors OR uncomfortable posture OR hand-arm vibrations OR repeated hand movements) in databases like ScienceDirect, PubMed, ResearchGate, and Scopus. The study indicates that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is related to repetitive hand movements, hand-arm vibrations, and awkward hand posture during work. This research implies the importance of awareness about occupational safety. Additionally, the study suggests that job designs considering repetitive hand movements, vibrations, and incorrect posture can reduce the risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The strategy often chosen in downsizing is reducing employees, eliminating structure and function to produce efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. However, a study is needed to elaborate on the concept of downsizing. The purpose of this research is to map the downsizing concept, describe how this strategy is implemented, its dynamics and development, as well as the effectiveness level of downsizing strategy. This research takes the form of a systematic literature review, which involves an assessment based on articles/publications related to downsizing. Downsizing articles are sourced from the Scopus database, and then mapped based on the number of articles per year, authors, countries, affiliations, and sponsors. As a result, the goal of downsizing has not been supported by strong evidence in the field because downsizing and efficiency do not have a strong correlation. Indeed, downsizing results in negative impacts on both organizations and employees. His mistake was to put the strategy of reducing employees and financial efficiency as the main goal. The method used in this research is the research approach used, namely positivist (quantitative). The population in this research is all food and beverage subsector companies in 2019 - 2021, totaling 71 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Liquidity significantly affects company value, confirming the acceptance of the research hypothesis regarding the influence of Liquidity. solvability does not significantly affect company value, so the hypothesis related to solvability is not accepted. Profitability significantly affects company value, supporting the hypothesis of the influence of profitability. Sales growth significantly affects company value, confirming the sales growth hypothesis. Dividend policy moderates the effect of Liquidity on firm value, confirming the acceptance of the liquidity-related moderation hypothesis. The dividend policy cannot moderate solvability on company value, so the moderation hypothesis related to solvability is rejected. A dividend policy can moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, supporting the moderation hypothesis related to profitability. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or PT.KAI at Head Office in Indonesia using IPMA analysis on SmartPLS. This research develops theoretical aspects of understanding digitalization in Indonesia, which consists of supply chain capability variables mediating between digitalization and digital connectivity. Additionally, the study explores the roles of digital culture and technological turbulence as moderators influencing operational performance. Then, there is digital connectivity that will affect operational performance. This study uses a quantitative method with data sources derived from surveys through the distribution of online questionnaires to 48 Employees in the Logistics Department. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS and IPMA Analysis using SmartPLS software. Digitalization exhibits the greatest impact on operational performance in the presence of a mediating variable, which is the supply chain capability of PT. As supported by the IPMA analysis, KAI (Persero) at the Head Office indicates that digitalization holds the highest performance value compared to other variables—the management of PT. KAI must focus on digital culture, supply chain capability, and technological turbulence in conjunction with digitalization. This approach is crucial to ensure the company implements the Rapid Apps and maintains operational performance consistently. The study is the first study conducted to analyze the factors that influence operational performance in PT. In a year of 2020, saw a notable natural declined in energy resources as a result of Tarakan Field production performance. This faced numerous economic and social challenge, including a responsibility to support holding company commitment to manage energy resilience as well as contribute to SDGs. This research, which incorporates information from literature analysis, in-depth interviews and company reports, shows that Tarakan Field’s CSR implementations were a useful strategy for generating shared value for business, stakeholders, and communities in line with sustainability. It makes an argument for the relationship between CSR implementation and sustainability, as well as the implementation plan and CSV measurement through CSR implementation in Tarakan Field. The method used in this study is quantitative. Non-probability sampling was used to select a sample of 233 participants. The data analysis technique employed in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that product knowledge, friendliness, and communication skills have a positive impact on perceived trust, which in turn stimulates customers' interest in opening a bank account. This study highlights the crucial role of perceived trust as a mediator in this relationship, providing insights for banking institutions to enhance their marketing strategies. For instance, effective communication with the public regarding recognition, awards, company performance, and empowering credible influencers can be beneficial. Additionally, it is noteworthy that product knowledge emerges as the most influential independent variable in shaping perceived trust. This tumor is rare and is caused by excessive production of catecholamines. There are three classic triads of pheochromocytoma: diaphoresis, palpitations and headaches. Elevated metanephrines and normetanephrine in plasma or urine confirm the diagnosis. At the same time, radiological examination helps in the tumor's location and the presence of local invasion or metastasis. Hypertension is a health problem that is quite dangerous worldwide because it is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and kidney disease. Hypertension can cause Hypertensive Heart Disease, which is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality due to cardiovascular disease. This scientific report presents a case study of a 19-year-old woman diagnosed with relapsed pheochromocytoma and hypertensive heart disease with mildly reduced left ventricular ejection fraction. This patient was previously diagnosed at the age of 13 with pheochromocytoma, where the patient experienced symptoms of headache, sweating, especially in the forehead area, trembling hands, and hypertension. Hence, the patient had to be treated. The patient underwent further examination and found a right adrenal tumor, so an adrenalectomy was performed on the patient. Similar complaints appeared again in the patient, and further examination was carried out. Moreover, an increase in plasma metanephrine and normetanephrine levels was found. The study was conducted by conducting observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires in the mining area and production area. Questionnaires were distributed to 96 people who were mining heavy equipment operators and production operators. The research method used through Human Reliability Analysis with the Hierarchial Task Analysis (HTA) method, knowing the types of errors that occur using the SHERPA method, then calculating the probability of human errors that occur with the HEART method. Based on the results of research using the SHERPA method, the most common types of errors in mining areas and production areas are action errors (60,25%). The type of error that occurs is due to negligence in using personal protective equipment and the work process is not completed properly. Based on research using the HEART method, the greatest opportunity for human error in the mining department is cleaning with dozer with a value of 1,056 and in the production department is in the area of cleaning work with a value of 1,89. Based on the error producing conditions questionnaire (EPCs) for workers in the mining department the most common cause of error is poor equipment / instruments while for workers in the production department is a mismatch between the imagined risk and the actual risk.
