Based on a systematic literature review of selected articles, it is known that media metamorphosis has led to adaptation, updates, and innovations in research methodology, digital media development, communication message packaging, and the mechanisms related to media. Based on previous research, the concept of mediamorphosis provides a broad space for in-depth interdisciplinary studies on technology-mediated communication and its impact on human transformation. The review also suggests that mediamorphosis presents both challenges and opportunities for media practitioners, requiring a focus on ethics, the humanization of media, and critical thinking skills. Further research is needed to explore the impact of mediamorphosis on society and to develop strategies for navigating the evolving media landscape.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136343995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method used in this study is quantitative. Non-probability sampling was used to select a sample of 233 participants. The data analysis technique employed in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that product knowledge, friendliness, and communication skills have a positive impact on perceived trust, which in turn stimulates customers' interest in opening a bank account. This study highlights the crucial role of perceived trust as a mediator in this relationship, providing insights for banking institutions to enhance their marketing strategies. For instance, effective communication with the public regarding recognition, awards, company performance, and empowering credible influencers can be beneficial. Additionally, it is noteworthy that product knowledge emerges as the most influential independent variable in shaping perceived trust. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to enhance their marketers' product knowledge through various means such as training, personal experiences, Q&A forums, mentoring, coaching, and attractive incentives.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136336765","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This tumor is rare and is caused by excessive production of catecholamines. There are three classic triads of pheochromocytoma: diaphoresis, palpitations and headaches. Elevated metanephrines and normetanephrine in plasma or urine confirm the diagnosis. At the same time, radiological examination helps in the tumor's location and the presence of local invasion or metastasis. Hypertension is a health problem that is quite dangerous worldwide because it is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and kidney disease. Hypertension can cause Hypertensive Heart Disease, which is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality due to cardiovascular disease. This scientific report presents a case study of a 19-year-old woman diagnosed with relapsed pheochromocytoma and hypertensive heart disease with mildly reduced left ventricular ejection fraction. This patient was previously diagnosed at the age of 13 with pheochromocytoma, where the patient experienced symptoms of headache, sweating, especially in the forehead area, trembling hands, and hypertension. Hence, the patient had to be treated. The patient underwent further examination and found a right adrenal tumor, so an adrenalectomy was performed on the patient. Similar complaints appeared again in the patient, and further examination was carried out. Moreover, an increase in plasma metanephrine and normetanephrine levels was found. A CT scan of the abdomen revealed a right adrenal tumor, so this patient underwent another adrenalectomy.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136344078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Ambon City, where tourism plays a significant role in the local economy, understanding the dynamics of souvenir demand during this crisis is crucial for the survival and adaptation of souvenir businesses like UD.N. This study was aimed at determining the Demand for souvenirs in UD. N. Ambon City. We conducted a mixed-methods research approach. First, surveys were administered to tourists or customers Ambon City to gather quantitative data on souvenir demand and preferences. Second, in-depth interviews were conducted with UD.N. owners and staff to gain insights into their strategies and challenges during the pandemic. Data analysis involved both descriptive statistics and thematic content analysis. Primary data was collected by interviewing as many as 40 people. Our findings reveal a significant decline in souvenir demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, primarily due to reduced tourism activities and travel restrictions. The results showed that the Demand for food souvenirs was significantly influenced by the price of souvenirs, consumer income, prices of substitute goods, age, tastes, and future forecasts simultaneously. Meanwhile, tastes and future forecasts partially influence the Demand for food souvenirs. On the other hand, the Demand for non-food souvenirs, simultaneously or partially, is not significantly influenced by all research variables. The types of food souvenirs that consumers are most interested in are sago tumbu and Nona Fitria Nut Bagea. Meanwhile, the most popular type of non-food souvenir is Namlea eucalyptus oil in 100 ml.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135537508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
