Earlier studies show that stigma has a negative impact on survivor’s productivity. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine and provide satisfactory justification of relationship among stigma and organizational support on survivors’ productivity. Methodology of the study is quantitative with the survey as a main research strategy. 250 Questionnaire was distributed along with employees of Telecom industry of Pakistan. Data was analyzed using SPSS regression and beta analysis. The findings suggest that there is negative relationship between stigma and survivor’s because stigma creates negative effects. But POS is moderating the negative relation of stigma and survivors. Future research could be conducted on the some other variables such as Training, Knowledge management, Procedural justice these can be studied during stigma on survivor’s productivity. As result of this linguistic landscape the selection of appropriate language of instruction in schools has been a challenge for a long time. In order to meet this linguistic diversity, Zambia has developed an educational framework which stipulates that familiar local languages should be used as the Medium of Instruction (MOI) from grade one to four in public primary schools. Therefore, this paper investigated the impact of mother tongue medium of instruction on pupils’ quality of learning in Zambian primary schools. The findings have revealed that the students’ ethnicity and national identity are best portrayed through mother tongue medium of instruction. In addition, acquisition of skills and application seems to be efficient in classes where such skills are taught and explained in the mother tongue of children. It has also been revealed that children in private schools where practical subjects are taught in English perform poorer than their counterparts in public schools. A descriptive method of research was used for the collection of data. 50 teachers from selected public and private primary schools and 10 parents of Mumbwa district were selected for this study. Appropriate recommendations were made in light of the findings. The study will provide further information on how local community and parents can work with schools in facilitating the teaching of children in local languages. The recommendations the study brought up will bridge the gap between the teacher training institutions and the teaching service commission in order to train and deploy teachers according to the needs of schools. This study will bring to the fore the necessity of equipping teachers with the knowledge of local language of children whilst at teacher training institutions. They have become the main means of development for masseducation in a knowledge society. I will at first start from the mental architecture of a learner and move to the fundamental transference phenomena that command the motivation of a learner and a selflearner has to live on his own motivation. Then I will move to the role and responsibility of the Conceptor-Designer of a batch of selflearning work based on the choice expressed by the Self-Learner, from the resources provided or suggested by the batch to the tasks to be fulfilled. Everything is hegemonies by the type of needs and activities the learner will have to face and assume in his future professional field. The Self-Learner will have to target what is in his “zone of proximal development” to be most effective. That will lead us to the triadic guided self-learning situation centered on the Self-Learner but with the guidance from the Conceptor-Designer on one side and the real professional world represented by the Coach-Counterpart-Partner- Doppelganger that accompanies the Self-learner in his voyage on the other side. The Internet, in its present development, is the real toolbox the Self-Learner has at the tip of his fingers constantly. That will lead us to the Boolean logic of the Internet that has to be understood and dominated by the Self-Learner, at times against the interests of the search-engine the Self-Learner uses. I will end with one particular batch – called a triad – of self-learning work proposed in Fall 2018 to the CEO of a medical startup, which will bring the type of contract that can be signed by the company and the Conceptor-Designer who only sells Intellectual Property to the company. Secondary data were obtained from [7] Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Statistical Bulletin covering pre and post implementation years (2012 to 2017). The dependent variable was represented by Deposit Money banks’ liquidity ratiowhile the independent variable was represented by Federal Government Deposits at the Deposit Money Banks. The study used correlational research design to determine the effect of TSA on Deposit Money Banks’ liquidity in the country. Also, the study employed Feasible Generalized Least Square (FGLS) technique of data analysis. It was then found that Federal Government Deposit (FGD) had a positive and significant effect on the Deposit Money Banks’ liquidity position in the Pre-TSA Era whereas Federal Government Deposit (FGD) had a negative and significant effect on the Deposit Money Banks’ liquidity performance in the Post-TSA Era. It was therefore recommended that the Nigerian Government should consider the hybrid TSA model as a way of boosting the Deposit Money Banks (dmbs) liquidity position. It was then suggested that further researchers could widen the scope by including factors such as GDP, Exchange Rate, Inflation Rate excluded in this study. Target of this research is modeling urbanization development of Amol by Bee colony in 28 years between 1988- 2016. For this purpose, initially should gather needed criterions from organizations, analyzed them and extracted user plans which are from Landsite with 92 percent Kappa coefficient by oriented-object method; then verification of plans and revelation of changes have been done which had the most increasing of area in instructed regions 850 hectares and the most decreasing of area 720 hectares. Based on these changes, 11 independent variables have chosen as entrance of model and then potential using of converting and predicting for future modeling by Bee algorithm method. Comparison prediction results with the newest land data and past studying shows that existence research results are more similar to land realities. Also predicted plan has shown the most amount of development in the future is in north-west and west of Amol. Public transportation system is one of the largest and the most complex city systems that has very important rule on speediness of citizen transition; so reforming and making changes for optimization the efficiency amount of system is not easily possible. In this thesis has been paid attention to introduce and determine the measure of accessibility indices affect to public transportation network with walking mode and present a method for developing feeder network of public transportation system. We calculated the coefficients of accessibility indices by Sampling Statistical in city of Tehran. In this method uses three algorithms for evaluating time and comforting applicants travel and also present and taking result a model for reforming location of public transportation stations and a model for designing feeder routes that with investigating and comparing work has done. In continue with segregate performing models and algorithms we have found the desirable results. The results of performing public transportation network evolution for subway-BRT network in four central areas of Tehran, the number of the least transfers on the shortest paths from a point to another point on network and also the number of the least transfers on paths between two points has presented. Performing place reform model of network stations for a virtual network, results appropriate covering of travel demand routes. The results of routes feeder designing model for area ten of Tehran that from accessibility level to system with slowly walking is four feeder routes with covering all elected stops for covering area. Also we perform developing feeder network method for virtual network that results are 76 percent increase in accessibility measure. At end also we perform said method for virtual network that result is 81 percent increase in accessibility measure to system in standard time and 16.5 percent decrease of summation traveling time.
