This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were teacher and 29 students of grade IV SDN 05 Percobaan City of Bukittinggi. The results showed the value of planning the first cycle learning 79.54% and increasing the second cycle 93.18%. The observations of aspects of the first cycle teacher 81.24% and 93.75% increased the second cycle. The results of observations of aspects of students in the first cycle were 79,68% and the second cycle increased 93.75%. Type of the research is classroom action research by using qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects of the research were teacher and 13 grade IV students. Therefore, the Numbered Head Togeteher model could improve the students learning outcomes of integrated thematic learning. The results of lesson plan observation on cycle I was 77.78%, and cycle II was 94.4%. The observation of teacher on cycle I was 79.16% and cycle II was 95.83%. While, the improvement of students aspect on cycle I was 79.16% and cycle II was 95.83%. This study aims to describe the improvement of the integrated thematic learning process by using a scientific approach in theme 2 in class V SDN 11 Tanjung Alai, Lubuk Sikaping City. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were grade V students of SDN 11 Tanjung Alai Lubuk Sikaping who were registered in the 2018/2019 academic year with 22 students consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. The research design consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results revealed that the integrated thematic learning process using the Scientific Approach model in class V SDN 11 Tanjung Alai Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, obtained an increase in the learning process. This can be seen from the aspect of the teacher in the first cycle of meeting 1 getting 69.64% with sufficient qualifications and 76.79% at meeting 2 with good qualifications, while in the student aspect meeting 1 obtained 69.23% with sufficient qualifications and 75% in meeting 2 with Good qualifications. This reasarch uses quasi experiment design with non equivalent control design. The research samples are fourth grade students in primary school 17 Pandan and primary school 13 Tanjung Sani. From the data analysis using t-tes, the findings reveal that tobtained > ttable (2.97 > 1.684) on the level of α 0.05. This research used a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research i.e. Research Action class (PTK). The subject of research is the grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam Feed as many as 20 students. Research conducted two cycles. The design of the research include, (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) and (4) observation of the reflection. The results showed an increase in: a) the RPP cycle I (C)77,77 % Cycle II (SB) 94,44% (SB) b) implementation on aspect of teacher cycle I82,81% (B), a cycle II 93,75% (SB) c) Implementation on aspect students cycle I 71,79,68 % (C) and Cycle II93,75 % (SB) d) student learning outcomes Cycle I 71,97 (B), cycle II 86,10 (A). The research method uses Classroom Action Research with qualitative and quantitative approaches carried out in 2 cycles covering four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were teacher and 21 fourth grade students of SDN 15 Koto Tangah. The results showed that the succes in the first cycle lesson plan was 87,5% then increased in the second cycle to 94%. The success of observing theacher activity in cycle I was 68,75%, increasing in cycle ii 96,8%. While the increase in the activity of student aspects in the first cycle was 73,43% and the increase in the second cycle was 93,75%. The average learning outcomes in the knowledge aspect in the first cycle was 74,04, increasing in the second cycle to 84,29. The type of this study was classroom action research with kuantitative and kualitative approaches. The subjects of this study were the teachers and the students of grade fourth. The result showed: the implementation of lesson plan in cycle I B was good, cycle II SB was very good, because the lesson plan filled the criterias. The assessment of teacher’ aspects in cycle I B was good, cycle II SB was very good, because it applied based on the lesson plan and the steps of Problem Solving models. The assessment of students’ aspects in cycle I B was good, cycle II SB was very good, because it applied based on the lesson plan and the steps of Problem Solving models.The assessment of attitude aspects in cycle I was good, cycle II  was very good, because students showed positive attitude based on KI-1 and KI-2. The assessment of knowledge aspects in cycle I was good, cycle II was very good, because students could solve the problem. The assessment of skills aspects in cycle I was good, cycle II was very good, because students could do skills based on categories. This study used a classroom action research, conducted in two cycles. This studi used both qualitative and quantitative appoarches. The results of the observations on the Lesson Plan in Cycle I were on an average of 89,28%, categorized in the “good” qualification (G). The results increased to an average of 96,42% in Cycle II categorized in the “very good” qualification (VG). In the learning process during Cycle I, the results of the observations on the teacher and student aspects were on an average of 80,35%, categorized in the “good” qualification (G). The results increased to 96,42% in Cycle II, categorized in the “very good” qualification (VG). In the aspect of students’ knowledge and skills, the results of the observations in Cycle I were on average 75,01% categorized in the “good” qualification (G). The results also increased in Cycle II to an average of 85,14%, categorized in the “very good” qualification (VG).
