The aim of the study was to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning with the Cooperative Learning Model Talking Stick in Class IV SDN 01 Benteng Pasar Atas Kota Bukittinggi. The results of the study show that planning, implementation and learning outcomes have increased. The RPP assessment of the first cycle was 74,97% and in the second cycle it increased to 97,22%. The evaluation of the implementation of teacher activities in the first cycle was 78% and increased in the cycle of 97%. For the activities of students in the first cycle 75% increased in the cycle of 95%. %. Assessment of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 75 and increased in the second cycle 87. After the data is collected then it is presented in the form of a sentence which is then drawn conclusions based on the facts seen. Based on the learning results obtained by the researcher, after conducting the research, it showed that of the total students, only 7% of students or 6 students had scores below the minimum completeness value. Meanwhile, the other 93% or 22 other people have high scores. With an average value of 89. From this it can be concluded that the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model has a very good influence on learning outcomes. This type of research is an experimental research in the form of a Quasi-Experimental Type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis from hypothesis testing using t-test, it was obtained tcount = 2.9, while ttable was at a significant level of 0.05 and was 1.677, then it was obtained tcount> ttable, namely 2.9> 1.677 so that Ha was accepted or Ho was rejected. This research is a classroom action research by combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects in this study were teachers and fourth grade students where the number of male students was 6 and 6 female students. This type of research is classroom action research, which was conducted in two cycles. The approach taken in this study is a qualitative approach and quantitative approach. The observations of the Learning Implementation Plan in the first cycle obtained an average of 87.49% good qualifications (B), and experienced an increase in the second cycle so as to obtain an average of 96.42% with very good qualifications (AB). In the implementation of the first cycle learning aspects aspects of teachers and students each gained an average of 78% with good qualifications (C), and in the second cycle increased to 96% very good qualifications (AB). In the aspect of knowledge and skills of students in cycle I obtained an average of 74.36 with a good predicate (B), and also an increase in cycle II so as to obtain an average of 88.33 with a very good predicate (A). In the learning process the teacher still uses conventional teacher-centered teaching methods so that students become passive and the potential in students does not develop. This study aims to analyze the application of a scientific approach to integrated thematic learning in grade II elementary schools. The scientific approach is an approach in the learning process that is designed in such a way that students actively construct concepts, laws or principles through observing stages (to identify or find problems), formulate problems, propose or formulate hypotheses, collect data with various techniques, analyze data, draw conclusions and communicate the concepts, laws or principles found. The method of writing scientific papers is to use literature studies, first the researcher formulates a research problem, then continues by tracing existing and relevant research for analysis. The technique of collecting data using non-tests is by searching for accredited electronic journals through Google Scholar. This type of research is a class action study using qualitative and quantitative enatives. The subject of the study is IV class teacher as observers and twenty five students. Research shows that in observing the plan implementing learning on cycle I is 84,24% and cycle II 93,18%. The observed teacher activity on cycle I is 83,33% and cycle II 91,66%. The result of observation on student activity on cycle I is 81,94% and in cycle II 91,66%. The results of student study are one cycle with an average of 78,92 and on cycle two with and average of 85,06. The population in this study were all elementary schools in the Cluster II of Lubuk Kilangan District, which consisted of 7 schools (3 schools were groups). The samples of this research were class V SDN 08 Padang Besi, totaling 28 people as the experimental class, and class V SDN 06 Padang Besi, totaling 30 people as the control class. The instrument used in this study was an objective test in the form of multiple choices. The data analysis technique used was the t-test. The results showed that the average score for the experimental class that applied learning with the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach was 86.7 higher than the average value for the control class that applied conventional learning was 73.2.
