It happens due to the sloping and high rainfall (> 3000 mm per year) area. The soil is prone to landslides if the sloping land is intensively cultivated for crop growth. This community engagement activity socialised and practised alley cropping techniques to manage farming in the sloping area. This method for introducing the alley cropping technique was through presentation and discussion as well as practice in the field with a farming group “Sehati”, a member of KPGH (Hamka generation youth community), and community leaders of the Nagari Sungai Batang in November 2021. A farmer cultivating red onion adopted the alley cropping method for the farm having a 19o39’ (36%) slope level with an alley width was 5 m. Gliricidia sepium and Tithonia diversifolia, known as green manure crops, were placed perpendicular to the slope of the alley fence. In addition, the resulting products can also be applied by the public and others. The initial stage of activities is carried out to make a plan for activities for 2021-2023. The activity was carried out using the Forum Discussion Group method by implementing COVID protocols. The activities started by analyze weaknesses and problems and how to plan development in 2021-2023. The results of these activities showed that in 2021 activities focused on improving marketing management, granting brand patents, enriching HR skills and expertise, and improving operational management, such as layout, use of production sites, and so on. In 2022, further programs related to financial and information management. An excellent business organization is required to have clear financial reports for the continuity of its business. One of the efforts of midwives is to provide midwifery care based on Continuity of Care (CoC). Midwifery care covers the entire life cycle, from preconception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, neonates, toddlers, adolescent preschoolers, and childbearing ages to the elderly. This sustainable care is expected to be able to explore the problems that exist in individuals and to overcome these problems by empowering husbands, families and communities. This activity aims to increase the number of better health degrees for women of childbearing age in every phase they go through, physically and psychologically/mentally, in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method was carried out by interviewing groups of women in the preconception period, groups of pregnant women, postpartum mothers, mothers who have babies and toddlers, and women of childbearing age. It involved Independent Practice Midwives in the Cities of Padang, Padang Panjang and Pariaman by providing communication, information, education, and counselling. Each group has increased knowledge of physical and psychological needs in every phase of their life and sufficient involvement of husband or family in pregnancy, postpartum and newborn phases. The Gumarang coffee shop started amid the Covid-19 pandemic, this business can grow and survive, but has not yet developed optimally according to its existing potential. Gumarang operated with production equipment that has a small capacity for dispensing coffee, so it has not been able to meet all consumer demands. Gumarang had the opportunity to develop the business under the guidance of the Mandiri and Merdeka Cooperative (KMDM) so that it could apply the elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) concept already had. The value proposition element for Gumarang is the existence of an original type of coffee, namely original Minangkabau coffee cultivated by local West Sumatra farmers. Then there is the Gumarang Signature, which is a formula or recipe owned by the Barista. In addition, Gumarang also provides space and organizing services for community events in the city of Padang with friendly service and a traditional minimalist cafe concept, branded as Harmonis Space. The Gumarang coffee shop which was developed into Harmonis Space requires assistance from academics to stay on the path of the business concept. The method used was training, consultation, and evaluation, by the community engagement team and partners. One of the parasitic diseases that arise is caused by the cage's cleanliness and poor management of faecal waste. This community engagement activity aims to increase farmers' knowledge about ruminants' parasitic diseases and train them to produce organic fertilizer from cow faeces. The activity was carried out at the Putra Rahayu Cattle Group Farmers in Tawangrejo Village, Jatipurno District, Wonogiri Regency. Activities included conveying information about parasitic diseases and training on making organic fertilizer from cow faeces. This livestock group has 25 members. All participants participated in the activity enthusiastically. As many as 28.6% of respondents already know how to make organic fertilizer. All participants did not know about parasitic diseases. After counselling and training, farmers' knowledge increased by 72.4% about how to make organic fertilizers and increased 100% of their knowledge about parasitic diseases in livestock. The results of the cow faeces test found that Toxocara sp., strongyle and trematode parasite eggs were then given a grant in the form of parasitic drugs for ruminants. The main livelihoods of the local people are gardeners and traders. There are many types of plant vegetation in Jorong Rimbo Janduang, some of which can be the main source of food for bees, but the community around the location has not cultivated stingless bees (galo-galo). Raising gallo-galo is different from raising cows, goats, and chickens because we do not need to look for food every day, as long as there are lots of bee-feeding plants growing around it. The success of gallo-galo cultivation is 70-80% influenced by the availability of feed sources in the form of nectar, pollen, and resin obtained from forage plant vegetation around the cultivation site. This community engagement activity aims to increase the knowledge and the desire of the community for stingless bee farming, increase the vegetation of forage plants around the location for beekeeping, and improve the community's economy. The methods used were counseling, mentoring, training, and modeling. In addition, this activity aims to introduce the method of processing brown seaweed of the Turbinaria murayana species, which grows a lot around the Nipah River Coast, Pesisir Selatan Regency, which can be utilized and processed as poultry feed ingredients. This community service activity is carried out using counselling and training methods. The extension activities included introducing the taking and processing of T. murayana brown seaweed for poultry feed ingredients. Training consisted of pilot processes and practical exercises in processing T. murayana seaweed as poultry feed ingredients. Participants in this service activity consisted of 20 men and women. The results of this activity can improve the knowledge and skills of farmers regarding seaweed processing in the Sungai Nipah Coastal area, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The accuracy of the calculation can increase business competitiveness through a cost leadership strategy. This activity aimed to provide training in determining the cost of production in Umi Wiwik's business by using a comparative analysis of variable and complete costing methods. This activity was carried out at the Umi Wiwik business in Padang Tae Ampiang Parak, Sutera Sub-district, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra. The method used descriptive analysis by applying variable costing and complete costing to calculate the cost of production of tuna nuggets and tuna meatballs. The community engagement activity was carried out by presentation, discussions and exercises for 15 participants. The calculation result showed significant differences between variable costing and full costing implementation. The cost of production using the variable costing method is lower than the entire costing method.
