We proposed a Lukasiewicz transitivity (TL-transitivity)-based technique for establishing normalised hesitant fuzzy preference relations (NHFPRís) at the most essential level, after that, a model based on consensus is constructed. After that, a transitive closure formula is created in order to build TL -consistent hesitant fuzzy preference relations (HFPRís) and symmetrical matrices. Afterwards, a consistency analysis is performed to determine the degree of consistency of the data given by the decision makers (DMs), as a result, the consistency weights must be assigned to them. After combining consistency weights and preset(predeÖned) priority weights, the Önal priority weights vector of DMs is obtained (if there are any). The consensus process determines either data analysis and selection of a suitable alternative should be done directly or externally. The enhancement process aims to improve the DMís consensus measure, despite the implementation of an indicator for locating sluggish points, in the circumstance that an unfavorable agreement is achieved. Finally, a comparison case demonstrates the relevance and e§ectiveness of the proposed system. Some comparations between the methods mentioned above will be made with regard to the performance of the system in order to identify the advantages of the Takagi- Sugeno method in relation to the Mamdani method in the presence of disturbances and nonlinearities of the system. However, IoT networks are increasingly becoming platforms for launching DDoS attacks due to inherent weaker security and resource-constrained nature of IoT devices. This paper focusses on detecting DDoS attack in IoT networks by classifying incoming network packets on the transport layer as either “Suspicious” or “Benign” using unsupervised machine learning algorithms. In this work, two deep learning algorithms and two clustering algorithms were independently trained for mitigating DDoS attacks. We lay emphasis on exploitation based DDOS attacks which include TCP SYN-Flood attacks and UDP-Lag attacks. We use Mirai, BASHLITE and CICDDoS2019 dataset in training the algorithms during the experimentation phase. The accuracy score and normalized-mutual-information score are used to quantify the classification performance of the four algorithms. Moreover, this paper analyzes the time complexity and space complexity of constructing point cloud spatial topological relations and finding the nearest k neighboring points. Simultaneously, this paper uses CUDA to find k nearest neighbors on the GPU, analyzes the point cloud denoising technology, uses the KD-tree to construct the point cloud topology in the DBSCAN-based denoising method, searches for the k nearest neighbors to complete the mark of the core point and the boundary point. In addition, this paper combines artificial intelligence virtual technology and intelligent algorithms to construct the framework of the auxiliary teaching system of American science fiction literature, and analyze its functional modules. Finally, this paper designs experiments to verify the performance of the model. The user’s browsing behavior and user interest acquisition methods are classified. Researchers can plan to further explore the page ranking algorithm to improve the performance of the scheme based on the damping factor. In addition, this paper uses Web technology to acquire English education resources and build a recommendation model, and uses crawler technology to build an overall system model. Finally, this paper designs experiments to verify the performance of the algorithm model constructed in this paper, and analyses the experimental results by mathematical statistics. To improve the quality of teaching in English teaching, we researched on English teaching in artificial intelligence from a theoretical perspective. Through literature research, we find the matching point between constructivism theory and artificial intelligence-assisted teaching, and through the second language acquisition theory and communicative teaching method to summarize the language acquisition process assisted by artificial intelligence. Based on the constructivist teaching theory, with the help of the 4 C/ID model idea, combined with the characteristics and functions of artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence, and traditional teaching activities are organically combined to design a teaching design model of artificial intelligence assisted English teaching. It designed an integrated management system for English teaching resource information based on artificial intelligence. The hardware design of the system is realized relying on the design of the English teaching resource storage module and system server design. Based on the design of the system operating environment and database design, the software design of the system is realized. The results show that the proposed integrating management system of English teaching resource information is more suitable for sharing English teaching resource information than the conventional integrated management system of English teaching resource information. The combination of artificial intelligence and English teaching will surely bring breakthroughs in the development of high-intelligence teaching. The potential of artificial intelligence in the field of education is unlimited.
