In this process, new media information technology, with its unique advantages, “broke” into the vision of modern people, participated in and influenced people’s way of life, behavior habits and social operation, and brought the development of human society into a new stage, the new media age. In today’s era, the new media has been developing rapidly in terms of technology and content, and its content is timeliness and interesting. It matches the characteristics of contemporary college students in pursuit of freshness and individuality, so that it has won the general favor of college students. However, when the new media information technology affects and permeates all aspects of the University, the ideological and political education of college students does not seem to keep pace with the times. The robotic surgery technology offers numerous advantages for patients and leads to unforeseen effects that are easier to predict when such a complex interactive device is used for treatment. The challenging complications that are occurred during robotic surgery include, risk of human error while operating the robotic system and the possibility for mechanical failure. The paper proposes Robot Assisted - Remote Center Surgical System (RA-RCSS) to improve mechanical malfunction threat and practical skills of surgeons through intra practice feedback and demonstration from human experts. A mask region-based supervised learning model is trained to conduct semantic segmentation of surgical instruments and targets to improve surgical coordinates further and to facilitate self-oriented practice. Furthermore, the master-slave bilateral technique is integrated with RA-RCSS to analyze the mechanical failures and malfunctions of the robotic system. The emerging safety standard environment is presented as a key enabling factor in the commercialization of autonomous surgical robots. A reasonable and sound hotel management system has become the key to the survival and development of an enterprise. The operation and operation of a hotel generates a large amount of information and data every day. Data text mining is an important method in current information processing technology. The purpose of this article is to explore the specific application effects of text mining methods based on fuzzy logic and neural networks in hotel management. Through the design of a hotel management system based on fuzzy logic and neural network, text mining database design is carried out according to hotel management needs, and the application effect of the hotel management system is evaluated. The evaluation indicators include customer satisfaction, operating costs, management efficiency, and hotel income. The results of the study show that the hotel management system based on fuzzy logic and neural network text mining can increase customer satisfaction by 37.4%, the hotel’s comprehensive management efficiency by 28.6%, and the hotel’s revenue level by 23.5%. At the same time, through the text mining of the key information generated in the hotel operation and management, the weak links in the management system can be strengthened and the hotel operation cost can be saved. Subsequently, In order to meet the needs of athletes to assist in physical exercise, a squat training robot is built using a self-developed modular flexible cable drive unit, and its control system is designed to assist athletes in squatting training in sports. First, the human squat training mechanism is analyzed, and the overall structure of the robot is determined; second, the robot force servo control strategy is designed, including the flexible cable traction force planning link, the lateral force compensation link and the establishment of a single flexible cable passive force controller; In order to verify the effect of robot training, a single flexible cable force control experiment and a man-machine squat training experiment were carried out. In the single flexible cable force control experiment, the suppression effect of excess force reached more than 50%. In the squat experiment under 200 N, the standard deviation of the system loading force is 7.52 N, and the dynamic accuracy is above 90.2%. This paper studies the personalized recommendation algorithm based on representation learning. The data in social network is complex, and the data mainly exists in various platforms. This paper introduces AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm to guide the algorithm of representation learning, and integrates the algorithm steps of representation learning, to realize the implementation of personalized recommendation algorithm in social network, and compares the representation learning algorithm. Finally, this paper designs a method based on heat conduction and text mining to provide users with webpage recommendations and help users better mine interesting popular webpages. Research shows that the performance of IMF is better than that of PMF because it overcomes the sparsity of data by pre-filling. The accuracy of IMF is 3.69% higher than that of PMF on the epinions data set, and 6.24% higher than that of PMF on the double data set. Rtcf, socialmf, tcars, CSIT, isrec, and hesmf have better performance than PMF and IMF. This paper uses the principle of sensor ranging and electromagnetic induction, acoustic calculation, sensor calculation, and RFID tag distance to measure the real-time position of the person’s RFID tag information and continuous monitoring information of infrasound intensity to monitor and pre-warn natural disasters in the scenic area.
