The craft of processing palm sticks is very promising if you reach the right target market with the right strategy and advice. The purpose of this service activity is to see how stakeholder perspectives and strategies of oil palm artisans are implemented to support economic growth of rural communities in Pumatan Bandar District, Simalungun District. The SWOT analysis method uses joint engagement and research techniques. From the results of the activities, the village community-run handicraft shop of palm oil sticks in Pematang Bandar district of Simalungun Regency is very promising with increased sales, number of consumers' interest and wide market share. The use of palm oil sticks in crafts has the potential to support economic growth in the community. Therefore, one viable strategy is to open production cooperatives to improve services and increase the quality and consumer confidence of products made from palm oil sticks. SDN Karang Nangkah 1 is one of the targets of the 4th batch teaching campus program in improving literacy and numeracy, assisting administration, and technology adaptation. Service activities are the result of collaborative research using descriptive qualitative as a scientific method often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including education. Data collection through observation (observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. Through the campus teaching program students can collaborate and contribute by having a positive impact on students and the school. The purpose of implementing this service is to help those who need understanding and practice implementing effective teamwork when providing services to the community. Partners are posyandu cadres in the Kahean Village with the address Jl. Tualang, No. 28, Kel. Kahean, Kec. North Siantar. The stages of implementing this event include the opening and introduction of solid teamwork, an explanation of teamwork, and a presentation on some of the problems that Posyandu cadres often face when providing services to the community, then continued discussions on building and developing service quality based on teamwork aspects. After the community service activities are completed, follow-up interviews are conducted regarding the impact of the community service activities. The existence of the Teaching Campus Program aims to help restore the quality of education after the Covid-19 pandemic and coordinate education across Indonesia so that there are no gaps between schools. Additionally, student literacy and numeracy have suffered setbacks due to lack of optimal education, lack of facilities, and lack of independent curriculum understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic. Nearly two years of his doing all activities at home, including home learning, in Indonesia. Home learning is enough to prevent transmission of the Covid-19 virus, but it has no effect on children's learning. This also happened to her Widya Gama middle school student who experienced declining literacy and numeracy. Dedicated methods are collaborative methods in which the research used is descriptive and qualitative. For five months, students teaching on campus undertook multiple work programs to improve their literacy and numeracy skills. Various efforts have been made to reduce cases, one of which is the formation of malaria control units in villages. The purpose of this non-commercial service is to improve your knowledge and skills in using health promotion media in the form of Papua Malaria Flipchart. Methods used strengthen village malaria cadres by expanding their knowledge on malaria, training them on the use of the Papua Malaria Flipchart health promotion media, and advising communities through village malaria cadres. That was it. The target group for community service is 12 village malaria cadres and her 3 malaria representatives. This activity was conducted in the East Sentani District, the working area of the Harapan Health Center. Evaluation of this non-profit activity is pre- and post-testing of educational materials and community interviews in consultation with village malaria cadres. An indicator of the success of this activity was the increased knowledge and skills of village malaria cadres who used the Papua Emic Malaria Flipchart media to provide counseling. The results of this service show that the village malaria cadres improved their knowledge of malaria and their skills in using the Papua Malaria Flipchart during counseling. The Ministry of Health noted that in 2022, the cumulative number of Dengue cases in Indonesia up to the 22nd week was reported as 45,387 cases and the number of deaths due to DHF reached 432 cases. Bandengan Village is one of the DHF endemic areas, data obtained from the Dukuh Health Center shows the number of cases of DHF cases as many as 2 cases in July 2022, this figure is the highest number in the working area of the Dukuh Health Center. This is exacerbated by the existing problems in the Bandengan sub-district, including the lack of community participation in efforts to prevent DHF and monitoring of larvae has not been carried out routinely. Methods This community service activity uses an extension and FGD approach. The activity was carried out for 3 hours with 30 participants consisting of cadres, youth leaders, community leaders, RW heads.
