This event imposed itself on the Kuwaiti literary content in general, so the ways of dealing with it varied between recording documentation and artistic proposals. At the level of theatre, television and others, however, through our review of the Kuwaiti novelist who recorded these events, we found that there is a distinct feature that is not available in other than this achievement despite the bitterness and harshness of the event, and this feature was represented by the objectivity of the Kuwaiti writer in recording the human tendency of his enemy.\u0000\u0000It seemed to us that the Kuwaiti novel did not take a unilateral position on the Iraqi person after the occupation, as it intended to highlight the positive values that established a human tendency, which we do not find in the Arabic novel. This human tendency was manifested through transcendence of grudges and transcendence of grudges by showing human attitudes. The language of the novel in most of the novels was devoid of sharpness, rigor and incitement, and the novelist did not aim to alienate the reader from the Iraqi individual. Questionnaires were distributed to gather their opinions and expectations regarding the use of artificial intelligence in teaching Arabic and to assess the benefits and challenges, The results showed positive insights and expectations among teachers, students, and educational administrations. Teachers believe that artificial intelligence can help them improve their performance and provide excellent educational content to students, as well as cater to their diverse needs. Students see artificial intelligence to make the learning process enjoyable and interactive, helping them improve their Arabic language skills and meet their individual needs. Educational administrations believe that artificial intelligence can enhance the quality of education, contribute to school performance improvement, and develop the level of Arabic language instruction, The study concluded that artificial intelligence can be used to improve Arabic language education through content customization, interactive learning, and accurate student performance assessment. It can also support self-learning and reduce the burden of routine tasks on teachers. These crises appear when a group of senior state officials, who control important positions in governance, challenge the policy of the state and its ruler. This negatively affect the security of the state and its internal and external interests. North Korea was known for its authoritarian policy and its interest in absolute submission to the North Korean president and his policy of focusing on heavy industrialization since the end of the Korean War in 1950-1953, with the aim of making his country an advanced military state with a people subject to it to the point of slavery, under the pretext of getting out of Soviet control, which was the reason for the spread of communism in North Korea. After 1953 the Soviet Union began moving towards reform and abandoning the Stalinist policy of submission to the ruler. This was rejected by the Korean government, which relied on the policy of “venerating the leader” since 1949, which led to the emergence of opponents to that policy since the forties of the twentieth century and culminated in the crisis of August 1956. The study used the analytical method, which depends on deconstructing the basic elements of the research topics, and then studying them in an in-depth manner, and then deriving provisions or rules. Through it, generalizations will made that help solve problems. The study concluded that institutional affiliation is an internal behavior among individuals that pushes them towards greater performance, in order to achieve the organization’s goals and maintain its permanence, continuity and distinction. The degree of institutional affiliation is not fixed, and its intensity increases or decreases according to the reciprocal relationship between individual and organization that belongs to him. The results also indicated that the degree of Job Loyalty is not fixed. The intensity increases or decreases according to what the organization provides to individual in terms of fulfilling his ambitions and hopes, and according to the benefit obtained from belonging to the organization, as the percentage of benefit obtained increases, and the individual’s loyalty to the organization linked to the strength of the relationship between individual and those responsible for it. The results also showed that achieving the required performance requires employees to exert their utmost efforts to reach an outstanding level of performance, and that achieving outstanding performance requires achieving job satisfaction, and the availability of institutional affiliation and loyalty.
