Moreover, it highlights the scope of protection guaranteed by the Jordanian legislation to the electronic consumer, and whether the Jordanian legislation includes clear texts that guarantee its protection. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach in describing and clarifying the study problem and reviewing the relevant legal texts. The study found a legal problem, which is that the Jordanian legislator did not stipulate electronic protection for the consumer, as the available legal texts relate to consumer protection in general.
