An example of a restaurant business (RM) in Klaten is RM Tawakal Haji Rofi`atun. RM Tawakal is located in Popongan Hamlet, RT03, RW03, Tegalgondo, Wonosari, Klaten. Maintaining customer satisfaction requires quality control to meet customer needs and satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction with the service quality of RM Tawakal. Respondents of this survey are RM Tawakal clients and surveyed data collection / surveyed. Data processing is based on the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the survey, the final result of the calculation of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) is 80.01%, and consumers are satisfied with the services provided, but not optimally. When tested using the Severity Performance Analysis (IPA) method,quadrant A contains six attributes. Data yang diperoleh adalah melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif data sekunder, seperti analisis korelasi parsial, analisis korelasi ganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis statistik koefisien standar beta dan kontribusi efektif diuji dengan SPSS v. 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara online travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05, offline travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05, free independent traveler (FIT) terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05 dan kelompok terhadap tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value .000 < 0,05. Seperti halnya online travel agent, offline travel agent, free independent travellers (FIT), dan rombongan secara positif dan simultan mempengaruhi tingkat hunian kamar dengan p-value sebesar \u0000.000 < 0,05. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Musyarakah, Mudharabah, and Murabahah Financing on Return On Assets (ROA) during the COVID-19 pandemic at Islamic Commercial Banks (period 2019 – 2021). This research uses quantitative research methods, namely analytical methods based on calculations made by researchers. This research data is secondary data obtained from Monthly Financial Report data at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2019-2021 period. The method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing assisted by the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 26 computer program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Musyarakah financing variables partially have no positive effect. to returns on assets (ROA). (2) Mudharabah financing variable partially has a positive effect on return on assets (ROA). (3) Murabahah financing variable partially does not have a positive effect on returns on assets (ROA). The unit of analysis is administrator officials who have attended level III leadership education and training in Jambi Province, a population of 601 people and the sample in this study was determined by the total sampling technique considering the number of respondents from the three regions was only 126 people. The hypotheses in this study are: emotional intelligence, knowledge management and achievement motivation have a direct and indirect positive effect either partially or simultaneously on the creativity of administrator officials. Hypothesis testing using path analysis, with a significance level of 5 percent alpha (α = 0.05). \u0000This study concludes: that overall there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of emotional intelligence, knowledge management and achievement motivation on the creativity of administrator officials, either partially or simultaneously. \u0000The implication of this research is that it is something beyond which is not revealed in this study but can make a better contribution to increasing creativity. In the creativity variable, researchers found indicators of managing change and commitment to change. In the variable of emotional intelligence found indicators of self-development, self-development of others, self-control and patient and tenacious attitudes can increase creativity. In the knowledge management variable found indicators of conflict management, performance management and decision making can increase creativity. The research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia customers who use the BRI mobile application, totaling 120 respondents. Based on the results of data processing indicated by the t-count value, it was found that the variables X1 (perceived usefulness) and X2 (perceived ease of use) had a significant influence on the intention to use (Y) the BRI mobile application. This research aims to analyze entrepreneurial empowerment activities at the Skills Development Center, their positive impact, the dominant factor influencing success, and the effort to optimize the success of the Skills Development Center in facing changes in the world of work. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection was documentation, interviews, and observation. The informants were 11 people who were determined based on the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing verification. The results showed the stages of awareness, enabling, and empowerment in implementing entrepreneurial empowerment very well. The positive impact is success in increasing agricultural and livestock entrepreneurship. The dominant factors are government policy support, increased cooperation, and adequate human resources. At the same time, the barrier factors are low community participation and lack of budget support. The object of this research is a financial bookkeeping system that focuses on micro-enterprise cash bookkeeping. The result of the training and mentoring activities in making simple financial bookkeeping is that Micro Businessmen in Banjaragung Village can understand their income and expenses of respective businesses. The personal property must be distinguished from business assets. And at the end, Micro Businessmen can continuously apply simple financial bookkeeping for business activities on a daily basis. The case study in this study is a metal mining sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2020. This study is quantitative with data analysis techniques used as descriptive analysis using financial ratio analysis. Collection by collecting financial reports on the website www.IDX.co.id in 2015-2020. The population in this study consisted of 11 sub-sector companies. The research sample was five companies, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results show that the current and cash ratios are unrelated to dividend policy. Debt to asset and debt to equity ratios are unrelated to dividend policy. Return on assets and return on equity are also not significant to dividend policy. The current ratio and cash ratio have a significant effect on stock prices. Debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio significantly affect stock prices. Return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on dividend policy.
