This article discusses evaluation and education management based on Al-Qur’an and hadith . Islamic education management is managing education based on the values of Islam as stated in al-Qur’an and hadith , and scholars’ thought. This study aimed to evaluate quality of library services based on users perception, to measure level of satisfaction of users to the State College of Islamic Studies (STAIN) Kediri library services. This quantitative research uses LibQUAL + survey method by measuring three dimensions : affect of service, information control, and library as place. Respondents of this study are 257 users of STAIN Kediri Library. Sample are selected by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that the quality of STAIN Kediri library services, based on the users perception, meet minimum users expectations. Based on the level of satisfaction, the library services meet users expectations and they are quite satisfied with the services of STAIN Kediri Library. The gap  between  perceptions and expectations indicate that the users are quite satisfied with the services and the quality of STAIN Kediri Library services are within the zone of tolerance  an area that lies between the minimum expectation and ideal expectation of library services quality. The data were collected by asking the students to read a passage, and this activity was audio-recorded. The data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative on content analysis. The result of the analysis showed that the phonological interference on the English pronunciation of the students was influenced by their Indonesian language system. It was found nineteen types of interference on the segmental aspects which consisted of nine vowel substitutions, two vowel shortenings and four consonant substitutions, two deletions of consonants and two additions of consonants. On the suprasegmental aspect (stress) there weretwenty misplaced stresses. So far, zakat collected by zakat institution is only divided to mustahiq as consumption so that it is just exhausted. A new thought is needed to make zakat has a greater role in empowering Muslim economy. This article aims at digging a law of zakat investment and its role in increasing communities’ welfare, investigating maqashid (purposes) of zakat obligation. The data sources are books about zakat , written both classic and contemporary ulama (scholars). The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive. One of new thought that can be applied is by investing zakat treasure with the purpose that the zakat treasure continuously increases, and the benefit can be used by mustahiq . Therefore, the optimization of zakat obligation can be realized so that it has great implication in increasing Muslim communities’ welfare. Un-optimization of zakat obligation can causes high level of poverty and unemployment of Muslim community. Based on this, the writer wants to know whether the quality control process of tofu can be done without dangerous chemistry substances. Furthermore, the writer also wants to know the quality control process based on Islamic economy concept. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the key of tofu quality control lies on four things namely: raw material quality, water quality, avoidance the use of dangerous chemistry substances, and human resources quality. The tofu quality control is appropriate with the Islamic economy concept because it helps to avoid social obligation namely producing qualified human primary needs. This study involved two variables, depression as dependent variable and cognitive-behavioral therapy as independent variable. Depression is emotional condition that following attibutes: spesific alteration in mood, a negative self-concept, regressive and self-punitive wishes, vegetative changes, and change in activity level. While cognitive-behavioral therapy is a cognitive and behavioral therapy for helping depression. Cognitive therapy is used for changing the maladaptive thought, and behavioral therapy is used for relaxing the body and brain or decreasing the physical problems. This study was pre-experimental study that involved two depression women who living with HIV, that’s infected by her husband. Beck Depression Inventory is used for collecting data, it consists of 21 statements to determine the depression of women who living with HIV, that’s infected by her husband. Data analysis was done by non-parametric analysis, and the technique for calculated data was Wicoxon signed-rank test with SPSS 18.00 for windows. The calculation of Wicoxon signed-rank test based on the positive ranks was z = -1.342 and the result of the significance was p = 0.180(p < 0.05). It explained that the treatment was not effective for decrease the depression of women who living with HIV, that’s infected by her husband. However, that result was contrary with the real condition that the scores of BDI showed the reducing of depression. That result was also supported by the interview records. Petik laut ritual is held annually on Muharram month or Syuro by the citizen lived on the coast. The focus of this article explains the existence of myth in petik laut ceremony in Muncar, ritual procession, and religious values existing in it. This article uses qualitative approach. In conclusion, the sequence agenda of petik laut combines Islamic doctrine and Osing custom. The intention and the purpose of various ceremony of the sea handout is commonly same namely asking to the God in order to fishermen get over sea yield in the next year and are avoided from disaster during fishing. Almost those fishermen community believe that sea has keeper (supernatural being). Among experts hadith, the Quality of hadith can be divided five variant, nemely sahih li dhatihi, sahih li ghairih, hasan lidhatihi, hasan lighairi and da’if. But the question is whether the emergence of terms simultaneously or based on a specific time dimension. The anwers for the questions are hat the terms conceptually not appear simultaneously and even tend to separate between one and the other. This reasoning is based on a fixed standard suggested by scholars of hadith especially al-Bukhari and Muslim. Both, very dominating compared to the compilers of kutub al – Sitta h . Besides that, the frictions among scholars of hadith also give contributes to the distribution  quality of hadith. They claim and make rules that lead to a different conclusion, although it remains aware that the accuracy of the theory remains dominated by certain scholars. Start on preliminary introduction to bid’ah conception in the context of jarḥ wa ta’dīl, this article discusses Ibn Ḥajar al-‘Asqalāni’s notions about the concept of heresy (bid’ah) and validity of heretic transmitter (riwāyat al-mubtadi’). Ibṇ Hajar was choosed here as the exponent of culmination in “ulūm al-hadītḣ” discourse in which the bid’ah notion was arguably reconsidered along with the still-functioning Islamic sectarianism polemic. It deals finally with “kafir” claims (takfīr) as the so-called “theological weapon” to blame others. Without having belief, how good of Muslim’s attitude will not mean anything. As also in the opposite, a belief without manifestation in good behavior will decrease the belief meaning. In belief discussion, it can be categorized into two types, namely traditional thinking method and rational thinking method. The first paradigm is built by Ash’ariyah; meanwhile, the second is built by Mu’tazilah. In classic era, the debatable between the both approaches in solving religious problems is really sharp. The openness issues in globalization, knowledge and technology that cannot be stopped anymore, pushes people to find new alternative by using a more nuance approach. Socio-philosophy-Qur’anis approach becomes new normative basis in this article to discuss the matter of belief so that it can be found the belief model that integrates the belief and the action based on philosophy principles.
