It was revealed that future doctors had a serious inaccuracy in personal oral hygiene: insufficient level of theoretical knowledge and low level of manual skills in the cleaning of the teeth. Особенно актуальна разработка эффективных систем охлаждения таких двигателей при использовании высокооборотных двигателей в малодебитных скважинах, поскольку мощность источников теплоты резко увеличивается по квадратичному закону в зависимости от числа оборотов. Основная цель: разработать конструкцию теплообменного устройства, позволяющего интенсифицировать теплообменные процессы в погружном электродвигателе для увеличения его межремонтного периода работы. Объектом исследования является модуль-теплообменник, применяемый в серийно выпускаемых электропогружных центробежных насосных установках с асинхронными погружными маслозаполненными двигателями и в высокоборотных погружных установках с вентильными электродвигателями. Модуль-теплообменник предназначен для снижения тепловой напряженности, повышения его эффективности при работе в условиях воздействия высоких температур. Методы. Для решения поставленной задачи был использован метод проектных исследований путем модернизации существующей конструкции модуля-теплообменника с низкой эффективностью теплообмена между пластовой жидкостью и нагретым маслом в электродвигателе с небольшими перепадами температур между ними. Результаты. Предложена усовершенствованная конструкция модуля-теплообменника, которая в условиях малых внутренних габаритов скважины и относительно невысоких температурных градиентов между нагретым маслом погружного электродвигателя и омывающей его пластовой жидкостью позволяет обеспечить максимальную степень интенсификации теплообменных процессов. Для эффективного охлаждения маслосистемы электродвигателя предложено использовать двухконтурную систему охлаждения. Для увеличения общей площади поверхности активного теплообмена выполнено оребрение внутреннего канала сквозного протока пластовой жидкости. The method of material balance allows to solve a number of problems of development including forecasting of technological indicators. The following data are necessary for forecasting of indicators of development of the oil pool by a method of material balance: initial and average reservoir pressures, volumes of the saved-up and pumped liquid, the water volumes interfering in layer, volume coefficients of oil, gas and water phase permeability, dynamic viscosity of oil and gas. Accuracy of the indicators counted by means of a method of material balance depends on selection of basic data, their full value and from the accepted some assumptions which are been the basis for the settlement equations. It is also possible to predict the current oil saturation depending on the current characteristics of oil and oil, gas and water, and for water drive reservoir on the current average oil saturation is predicted by determining the amount of invading water reservoir. Based on the equations of flow of oil and gas reservoir, the relative permeability is determined. Yasashniy","doi":"10.32743/UNIMED.2021.74.1.18-31","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32743/UNIMED.2021.74.1.18-31","url":null,"abstract":"The possibilities and advantages of neuroenergy mapping (NEM) in the diagnosis of pathologies of the central nervous system (CNS) in 78 children with developmental disorders are described. The NEM evaluates the intensity of the patient's cerebral energy exchange by comparing levels of constant potentials (LCP) in various brain areas with reference values. Computer visualization of these deviations from the norm is helpful in suggesting the presence of gross pathologies in the CNS. Its simplicity and convenience make NEM a tool applicable for examining children with severe and complex negative behavior, which sets it apart from other modern, instrumental brain studies. At the same time, it can solve fundamentally important problems in diagnosing the medical causes of negative behaviors in children with developmental disabilities. In this study, the NEM first identified children with no dominant CNS pathologies (36 children or 46%), and then divided the remaining children into their main type of obvious neurological pathologies (42 / 54%): • liquorodynamic disorders (24 / 31%) ; • cortical overexcitation (9 / 12%); • cortical ischemia (6 / 7%); • rare combinations of pathologies of the bone, endocrine, and nervous systems (3 / 4%). Classification of patients into groups of disorders, thanks to NEM data, allowed clinicians: • to develop and implement protocols for \"point-based\" follow-up research, • to suggest successful therapeutic strategies based on the final diagnosis, • to correct pharmacological interventions. Legitimate therapeutic and pharmacological interventions led to the stabilization and improvement of patients' conditions, up to and including the disappearance of negative behavior. The approach described in this article is of great importance for children with autism and other developmental disorders. When prescribing medications for these children, many doctors focus on diagnostic criteria such as negative and antisocial behavior (in accordance with official guidelines). However, the causes of negative behavior shown by NEM (for example, brain overexcitation versus cortical ischemia) are quite different, as are subsequent treatment protocols. We recommend that doctors who work with children with similar diagnoses, before prescribing neuroleptics and other medications, pay attention to possible medical causes of negative behavior.
