The trip perfectly coincided with the blossoming of the cherry trees, something she had not seen for years because of pandemic-related travel restrictions and her academic schedule. As we discussed her path from Qingdao to Derby, Han shared how her willingness to challenge herself led her to Rolls-Royce, where she is working toward the hybrid-electric aircraft of the future.","PeriodicalId":444,"journal":{"name":"IEEE Electrical Insulation Magazine","volume":"41 5","pages":"27-29"},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2025-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=11230313","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"145442699","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To answer that question, the industry first needed to develop methods to measure the dissolved gas concentrations in energized transformers. Only then could the diagnostic potential of the gases be evaluated.","PeriodicalId":444,"journal":{"name":"IEEE Electrical Insulation Magazine","volume":"41 5","pages":"46-51"},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2025-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=11230315","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"145442734","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By incorporating reviewers' commentary and author responses alongside published articles, the magazine has the potential to significantly increase interaction with readers. As noted in the editorial, there has traditionally been little opportunity for authors to receive public feedback or clarify technical points. This is a welcome step toward establishing a more open and constructive technical dialogue in our community.","PeriodicalId":444,"journal":{"name":"IEEE Electrical Insulation Magazine","volume":"41 6","pages":"6-7"},"PeriodicalIF":1.3,"publicationDate":"2025-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=11217428","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"145352126","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
