In terms of how to effectively explore and identify suspicious transactions from massive transaction data accurately and quickly, this paper adopts the method based on the combination of k-means algorithm and random forest algorithm to solve the problem of data imbalance in the identification of suspicious transactions in bank accounts, and proposes an effective suspicious transaction detection model. At the same time, the AUC(Area Under Curve) and Recall indicators such as the unbalanced data classification standard of performance evaluation, and finally to Kaggle data platform for the bank account of suspicious transactions data set, the results show that the proposed detection model of performance evaluation index AUC increased by 5%, F1-measure increases by 1%, show that the method has some reference value to the suspicious transactions recognition, limited information utilization rate is higher, which makes all kinds of Banks prediction speed and accuracy of suspicious transactions events get improved, can to some extent, reduce the operating cost and risk of the banking sector.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116869884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Proper clamping of fractured bone may be difficult during surgical drilling since bone is surrounded by soft tissues, hence, to prevent this, a model clamping system embedded with regulated pressurized air balloon which serves as a damper was developed. Laser vibration sensor was attached to measure the reduced permissible signal resulted from the drilling at varying effector drill speeds. The finite element analysis of the vibration characteristics of both the drill and femur bone to deformation, stress and strain was obtained using ANSYS software. This proposed method will enhance the safety as well as reduce high possibility of complications due to uncontrolled cutting forces that cause extreme vibration during surgical drilling of bone.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126099263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, there are still problems in the student model that the characteristics are single and the indicators of each dimension are not clear. In this paper, learners will be analyzed from the perspective of student characteristics. And BP (Back Propagation) neural network algorithm will be used to establish a personalized student model. This paper first constructs the feature system of the student model from six dimensions. Secondly, the initial data is obtained through questionnaire survey, and the data is initialized to obtain 30 feature vectors as input to BP neural network. The output of the network is a learner type, which is divided into 36 categories. The construction of the student model will have certain practical significance for realizing the effectiveness of personalized education in distance education.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125516167","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These mechanisms include gear locking devices, steering wheel locking devices, clutch/brake locking systems, TDS systems, voice transmissions, wireless door-lock remote control system, and GPS car tracking devices. Of the mentioned devices the GPS tracking devices are interesting as they use the principle of connecting to the cell phone system to send, on-demand, the GPS location of the car to the owner's phone in the case that the vehicle is stolen. However, these devices are not popular in the marketplace because the service fees are quite expensive. Also, the function of these devices is to send the vehicles location to the verified car owner, so the protection function is activated after the vehicle is stolen and the owner is only then aware that the car has been stolen. This is different from the devices that researchers have developed. The researcher's equipment for when someone tries to steal a vehicle is the system will detect the movement inside the car and send the GPS location to the car owner instantaneously. Additionally, the device was developed by using LoRa technology to transmit the data, giving a lower operating cost than by using a GPS tracking device as sold on the market presently.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117063830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Active range of motion (AROM) is a significant parameter on the judgement of older individuals’ ability to perform daily functional activities. Therefore, to obtain the data of older adults’ AROM quickly and accurately is particularly important. The traditional method of range of motion (ROM) measurement is to measure passive range of motion (PROM) by nurse, which cannot exactly reflect the older adults' active ability in the daily life, and a subjective difference exists in the results. To overcome the flaws of traditional method, AROM measurement systems have been developed. However, in the current AROM measurement systems, older people are instructed into several specific poses, which neglect the positive role of interest in stimulating elderly to participate in ROM measurement. Herein we propose an auto-measurement system which measures AROM through the wiping-game. In this auto-system, the joint coordinates of the player are measured by depth sensor, then the AROM is automatically and objectively calculated by using the coordinates. From the experimental results, we found the average value measured by our system is 21.6 degrees larger than the average value of goniometer measured by nurse. This result implies our measurement system through a game can help the elderly to be stretched better. To encourage the elderly to participate in this game more, a questionnaire survey of the elderly’ views on this game was performed. From the analysis results, we found the game function factor and the game interesting factor greatly affect the experience of players in the game. The results provide an idea to improve our measurement system in future.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128003157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper introduces a novel neural interfacing electrode array capable of bidirectional information transmission and multi-signals recording. The novel flexible electrode array with 32 channels enables close-looped control and feedback neural interfacing researches with the capability of both electrical stimulation and simultaneous recording of electroencephalogram (EEG), electromyogram (EMG), electroneurogram (ENG) signals. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurement of the electrode array was carried out to evaluate the electrode array electrochemical performance in the electrophysiology frequency range. Electrical stimulation to peripheral nerve was performed with various stimulation configuration of ENG electrode site pairs to produce distinct activation patterns. Muscle action potentials of the gastrocnemius of the hind limb indicated different configuration of electrode site pairs could generate distinct stimulating effect. In addition, three groups of in vivo experiments were conducted to demonstrate the recording ability of the electrode array for nerve signals. The data from 32 channels verified the effectiveness of this flexible electrode array in simultaneous recording of EEG/EMG/ENG in vivo.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134631731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By comparing the target patch with the candidate windows in a search region, we can track the object to the location where the highest similarity score is obtained. However, in Siamese Network, pairs of training data come from different frames of the same video, and for each search area, the non-semantic background occupies the majority, while semantic entities and distractor occupy less. This imbalanced distribution makes the training model hard to learn instance-level representation, but tending to learn the differences between foreground and background. For the targets those with large differences in the background also achieve high scores, and even some extraneous objects get high scores. To overcome this limitation, we enhance Siamese Network by color histogram based Bayes classifier. This method allows us to identify potentially distracting regions in advance. The risk of drifting is significantly reduced. Experiment results show that our tracker achieves state-of-the-art performance.","PeriodicalId":444797,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117354046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
