The objective of this study is to analyze the completion actions through throws in a high-level soccer team of the Children's category through observational educational methodology to locate problems in the game. They have obtained 20 high-level soccer players from the city of Granada. Basic descriptive statistics have been carried out. As a result, evidence has been obtained on the finishing actions that have not obtained a good sports performance such as the number of previous passes, defensive players involved, among other influential factors in the game. As a conclusion, a basic observation tool has been designed for the detection of real game problems, specifically, for those that end in shots on goal. Different antioxidant supplements have been used to optimize muscle recovery after physical exercise. However, the effects of various antioxidants have been counterproductive, since the reactive oxygen species generated by exercise are necessary for muscle adaptation and their reduction prevents correct intracellular signaling and consequently the adaptation of skeletal muscle to exercise. Polyphenols are a type of antioxidant that are present in various fruits and herb extracts that have different characteristics depending on their structure and composition, some presenting a cell signaling pathway similar to exercise, generating different stimuli at the skeletal muscle level, being able to reduce the oxidative damage generated by exercise and even being able to enhance its effects. For this, the competition is a space where the players can put into practice the learning they have developed. However, in Latin America, the structure and focus of the competition do not necessarily allow this to happen. From this perspective, the objective of this study is to understand how the pedagogical approach or the lack of it regarding competition impacts the learning processes of children who are beginners in handball in Latin America. Qualitative research with a phenomenological design was used. As inclusion criteria, the participants were required to be: a) physical education teachers; b) to be linked to the initiation stages of Handball; c) a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Latin America. As result, the value of competition to generate integration of learning in players and a progressive approach to game situations is highlighted. Therefore, it is concluded that any training action in the initiation to sport must be contextualized as a space rich in learning, so the competition must also be.\u0000 En la iniciación al balonmano intervienen elementos que buscan capacitar psicomotrizmente a todos los niños participantes para resolver diferentes tareas que presenta el juego. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and efficiency of a 16-week programme of resistance (weight) and plyometric training on sprinting and vertical and horizontal jumping in male youth soccer players. The study involved 18 soccer players, 14.1 ± 0.3 years old, with no previous experience in programmed strength training. They performed a combined cycle of resistance and plyometric training on different days, twice a week, respectively. Before and after the experimental intervention, the athletes were tested in countermovement vertical jump, bipodal horizontal jump, unipodal horizontal jump and 30 m linear sprint. After the intervention, significant improvements were observed in all the variables analyzed (p ≤ 0.05). In conclusion, the training program had an effect on the low level of protein BCL2 and on the high level of protein BAX, and the training program was also effective in developing the achievement test in young 100-m sprinters.","PeriodicalId":44430,"journal":{"name":"Sport TK-Revista Euroamericana de Ciencias del Deporte","volume":"18 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75647859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
