The critical importance of timely transition to new technologies and parallel structural reforms, including changes in the organizational and technological structure of the economy and enterprises is observed. The key role in improving the efficiency of the country's economy as a whole, the company's performance, its success in increasing the market share regardless of the scope of activity, complex technological transformation, use of the latest technologies in activities and certain organizational changes in the organizational structure of management. The key directions of such transformations in the conditions of digitalization of economy are formulated. The studied area is located in the forest-steppe zone of Western Siberia. In the paper multispectral images of the space vehicle (SV) Landsat 8 (USA), with a resolution of 30 m per pixel was used. These images allow monitoring of the Earth's surface at intervals of once every 16 days with an approach area of 185 km in nadir. Computer processing of a series of multispectral space images (MSI) by synthesis method was carried out using the licensed software package ENVI 5.0. (manufactured by ESRI). The work used outdated cartographic materials of 1984, obtained in the Department of Agriculture of the Sargat District. When creating the electronic cartographicdocument of the studied area (based on satellite data), the digital basis of agricultural lands was initially created. Digitization of obsolete material was carried out in the software package QGis (QGIS Desktop). For the first time for the territory of the forest-steppe zone of Western Siberia with the use of different-time images by a space vehicle LANDSAT 8, the spatial-temporal change in the structure of agricultural lands over the past twenty-five years was revealed. To bring the system of heterogeneous indicators to a single basis, the normalization procedure is applied. An integral assessment is formed for each group of indicators, and then, by simple summation, an integral assessment of the resource potential. To consider the dynamic processes of the resource potential and its impact on the production and commercial economic results of agricultural entities, it is proposed to take into account the average annual growth rates of the entire resource potential of the territory, its functional components, as well as revenue from sales. This allows you to assess the degree of sensitivity (elasticity) of income for the main activity to a change in the level of use of a particular type of resource. At the end of this methodology, the distribution of territories by the level of elasticity of revenue from products’ sales and the aggregate integral indicator of the resource potential of the territories is given. In the work there are results of the assessment of the aspects of the economic security on the example of meso-economics of the border territories with the Republic of Kazakhstan: the results of the comparative analysis of the economic efficiency, the level of the innovation activity, the effective use of the labor resources on the border and remote territories of the Russian Federation are presented. Trust is a multifaceted concept, which is most often considered in the scientific literature from the psychological, cultural, social side. Recently, trust has been given a prominent place in the economic sphere of activity, defining it as a factor, a resource for the functioning of the economy. In the article the trust is considered, first, as the relation built in system of production relations, i.e. as an economic category. Changes in the productive forces cause changes in the production relations. And of course, in the nature of their relationship and in the implementation of public, group, personal interests. The main content of the digital economy is the release of labor from the sphere of production and circulation of goods and the transfer of these functions to artificial intelligence. This, in turn, leads to the overcoming of the traditional understanding of wage labor as the alienation of labor from the means of production. Therefore, instead of contractual relations with high transaction costs, trust and cooperation come to the fore. Effective implementation of the digital economy requires an environment that determines the development of technologies and effective interaction of economic actors. Trust as an economic, systemic category in the digital economy plays one of the main roles in the relationship of new and changed objects of activity and economic entities. In this aspect, the place of entrepreneurship in the digital economy is of interest. The article deals with changes in integral indicators illustrating the development of small enterprises and the number of the latter. A high degree of dependence of integral indicators illustrating the development of small enterprises on the degree of trust between the subjects of industrial relations is revealed. This study is aimed at studying the dynamics of demographic aging of the population in a separate region (subject of the Russian Federation) - Lipetsk region. It addresses the following research questions: how fast is the aging of the population of the region; how evenly is the increase in the demographic burden in different areas within the region. The main purpose of this study is to conduct statistical and cartographic analysis of spatial data describing the dynamics of aging at the level of the region and its municipal entities. Specialists of The Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing of Kurgan region annually monitor the health of children. The most common diseases are scoliosis, visual acuity decrement, and postural disorders. Moreover, the number of children with these disorders increases during the educational period. The authors suggest the creation of a healthy environment and use of health-saving technologies in the educational process is to be one of the conditions for solving this problem. The results of the study of the healthy environment in educational institutions of different types showed that the most effective healthy environment is represented in the sports schools. Children's well-being is more dependent on psychological comfort in their families. The attitude to health as a value depends on the personal example of teachers. But, unfortunately, teachers do not always have a high level of culture of a healthy lifestyle, especially teachers of institutions of additional and secondary education.
