Arka is a unique preparation in which the water soluble active principles are extracted from different drugs through distillation methods. Ksheerinivruksha Arka mentioned in Arka Prakasha is indicated in Vrana Ulcer Medhoroga Hyperlipidaemia Visarpa Herpes zoster.METHODOLOGY In this study Ksheerinivruksha Arka is prepared with a 110 drug to water ratio and as the general method of preparation 60 of the distillate is collected out of total volume. An attempt has been made to prepare Ksheerinivruksha Arka and to check its Organoleptic characters such as appearance taste odour and Physico-chemical analysis such as Viscosity Refractive index RI Total Suspended Solids TSS Specific gravity pH Boiling point and Volatile oil content.RESULT Clear transparent colourless liquid- Arka is obtained with characteristic odour and taste indicating the presence of the drug constituents in it. Physico-chemical analysis is repeated three times and the average value is calculated and noted.DISCUSSION Its Organoleptic characters are similar to that of Arka standard protocol. It is concerned with both humans and other living things and thus plays a vital role in tackling public health issues. With the growing number of environmental issues there is an urgent need for health solutions. Environmental toxicity and its health hazards has been in practice since 5000 years. In the olden days when kings entered the enemy kingdom along with their military they faced the threat of being poisoned by the entities like air water land grass and cattle feed. In present days because of human activities industries pesticides chemicals and other unhealthy behaviors the environment is getting poisoned and affecting the health of not only human beings but also other living creatures of the earth and aquatic ecosystem. The present COVID-19 crisis is also a kind of environmental toxicity affecting the whole world. Shweta pradara is not considered as a disease in brihatrayees but as a symptom in kaphaja yoni vyapad.Shweta srava from genital organs along with yoni kandu kati shoola lower back ache yoni daha burning sensation in vagina are the clinical symptoms of shweta pradara. Detailed description of this disease is found in later books like laghutrayi i.e. after the medieval period. Indians were the first to use metals for their therapeutic values. Vanga known as pootiloha which melts easily is one among loha and was in use during samhita period as an external medicine krimighna.Vanga bhasma is one of the medicines described to have the action of ldquoShweta asrugdhara nashardquo by Rasataranginikara. Considering this reference an observational study has been conducted to study the efficacy of vanga bhasma on Shwetapradara.30 patients were selected randomly by conducting camp at OPD at TGAMC Bellary and treated with 250mg vanga bhasma in equally divided doses with madhu as anupana for 15 days. The patients were followed up on 30th 45th and 60th days. Reduction in clinical parameters in non-specific group patients was statistically significant whereas in specific groups was statistically non-significant. But this advancement has good and bad faces too. Assimilating whatever nature has produced and enjoying it should be the priority of every human. But instead violating the rules of nature humans have endangered themselves at the cost of health leading to manifestation of deadly diseases. Triggering agents i.eNidana clearly explained in our classics are absolutely Parivarjita which are not to be consumed1. Anything occurring unappreciable inside human system is due to artificial foods and wrong life style. Cancer is the second leading cause of death globally and is responsible for an estimated 9.6 million deaths in 2018. Globally about 1 in 6 deaths is due to cancer2. Where other system of medicines limit there starts Ayurveda. Need of an hour is to have more and more research in the management of cancer through ancient science. A clear cut explanation of disease manifestation according to Ayurveda is needed. Holistic approach towards cancer would serve the purpose. Areas where Ayurveda has scope in cancer are preventive measures post chemotherapy side effects management Rasayana dravyas usage and management of cancer as a disease proper. It can be compared toneurogenictype of acquired ptosis involving entire 3rdcranial nerve at any point in its path or rarely due to affection of branch supplying levator muscle. Isolated ptosis without other signs of oculomotor may result from diseases of supra-nuclear pathways. Treatment includes conservative management and surgical correction. Conservative management includes administration of 0.5 apraclonidine eye drops to allow for any spontaneous recovery and for the deficit to stabilize. The surgical correction includes resection of levator muscle which again cannot be performed in manifested strabismus. Crutch spectacles may be used in the presence of levator paralysis which causes discomfort to the patient.In this case 60yr old male patient with history of drooping of right upper eyelid amp intolerance to light since 112 year developed these compliants after hit of an insect to right upper eyelid. On tab Neostigmine from last one year but didnrsquot get much relief. Then visited our hospital for further treatment.Vatashamanachikitsa has been employed Mukhabyanga with Kshirabalataila followed by Marsha Nasya with Karpasastyaditaila and dhumapana along with shamanachikitsafor 7 days.
