In most audio signal processing systems, the recovered data constitutes far less fraction of the sampled data providing scope for compressive sensing (CS) as an efficient way for sampling and signal recovery. Compressive sensing is a signal processing technique in which a sparse approximated signal is reconstructed at the receiving node by a signal recovery algorithm, using fewer samples compared to traditional sampling methods. It has two main stages: sparse approximation to convert the signal into a sparse domain and reconstruction through sparse signal recovery algorithms. Recovery algorithms involve complex matrix multiplication and linear equations in sampling and reconstruction, increasing the computational complexity and leading to highly resourceful hardware implementations. This work reconstructs the sparse audio signal using LASSO and orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) algorithm. OMP is an iterative greedy algorithm involving least square method that takes a compressed signal as input and recovers it from the sparse approximation, while LASSO is L1 norm based with a controlled L2 penalty. There has been no research done on the effect of vermicompost (VC) individually or combined with lime and inorganic fertilizers in ameliorating the acidic soils of the country. Hence, the objective of the present study was to characterize the physicochemical properties of VC prepared from different feedstock and to evaluate the effect of VC on selected properties of acidic soil of the site. The study was conducted during 2021 at Yeferzeye kebele and cow manure (CM), enset leaf (EL), potato peels (PP), and paper waste (PW) were utilized to prepare the VC from earthworms (Eisenia fetida). A two-month incubation experiment was also conducted in the green house with four different VC rates (0, 2.5, 5 and 7.5 t ha-1). The highest value of organic carbon (21.44%) and total nitrogen (3.04%) were found in the CM whereas the highest total phosphorus (2794.8 mg kg-1 VC) was recorded from vermicompost made from PW. VC produced from PP substrates had the greatest available Potassium (7286.67 mg kg-1 VC). The highest VC rate (7.5 t ha-1) elevated the pH of the PW from 4.94 to 5.48. Similarly, the highest content of OM (3.2%) was produced in EL, (3.21%) in PP and (3.25%) in PW at the highest rate. The highest increase in total N (0.25%) was also recorded in EL at the highest rate and the lowest was recorded (0.18%) in CM and EL at the control. The available P of the soil varied from 1.78–24.33 mg kg−1 after incubation. The highest available K (1360 mg kg-1) was obtained when the rate of 7.5 t ha−1 were applied with PP compared to the control. One of the most popular processes for manufacturing ammonia is the Haber-Bosch process of 1904, which needs a high temperature of around 500°F and a high pressure of 150 to 300 bar. A study on the synthesis of green ammonia from nitrogen and water using renewable energy sources like sun and wind was discovered for the first time in 2013. The degree of harmonic distortion that is generated by several Voltage Source Converters (VSCs) may drastically change when there are uncertainties present, and its behavior might be difficult to anticipate as a result of these changes. These uncertainties might result from the design parameters’ selection or system parameters’ modification. Because of this, it is necessary to make use of statistical methods to measure the degrees of VSC harmonic distortion when there are uncertainties present. A practical microgrid lab consisting of three VSCs was also used to experimentally evaluate the Univariate Dimension Reduction (UDR’s) performance. The Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method served as a standard for judging the accuracy of the expected UDR outcomes. There are several potential methods for coordinating the overcurrent relays, but each has its own set of performance benefits that the others lack. This effort entails the development and evaluation of three separate algorithmic strategies in order to accomplish this goal. After using the GA (Genetic Algorithm) as a baseline for performance, the DE (Differential evolution) & ACO (Ant Colony Optimization) are programmed and equated to it. DE and ACO were preferred because their excellent performance were recorded across various types of literature, and since no one in the security industry had ever attempted to implement them. This resulted in their being deemed the most suitable adoptees. As the number of coordination pairs increased, GA produced the worst results, was the slowest and had the greatest influence on execution time. This was learned by examining the discrepancies between the three algorithms’ outputs. It becomes a failure if the defect is not detected and corrected. Sensors have been widely employed as a vital component of data collection systems, particularly in the industrial and agricultural sectors. Sensors are prone to failure due to their harsh operating environment. As a result, early detection of sensor faults is crucial for taking corrective action to reduce the impact. In this paper, faults in generator speed and wind turbine velocity have been investigated. The Extended Kalman Filter is utilized to identify the sensor faults in wind turbine model. The residual generation is used to detect the fault. The residual is the discrepancy between the real and estimated outputs. Because weld flaws can cause irregularities or inconsistencies during welding process, welding quality control is a critical step in ensuring the product’s quality and overall longevity. This study focuses on recognizing contamination defects, lack of fusion defects, or if the weld belongs to the good weld category among the defects that occur during the welding process. This category categorization is carried out for the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm and the accuracy metric is obtained to evaluate the efficiency of the algorithm for the 3 – class dataset. In various parts of the world, different types of vegetation are used as food material. Chhattisgarh, where numbers of tribes exist and used a leafy portion of various plants as a food material. The present study evaluated the total protein, total carbohydrate, and total free amino acid content in leafy vegetables used in Chhattisgarh. Total protein was estimated by Lowry method, while total carbohydrate and free amino acid content by Anthrone method and spectrophotometric method. The result showed highest protein contained in Tamarindus indica (103.98 ± 2.34 μg/mg) followed by Moringa olerifera (99.86 ± 2.32 μg/mg), Cicer arietinum (95.53 ± 2.78 μg/mg). The highest carbohydrate content was observed in the leaf of Amaranthus viridis (116.26 ± 2.33 μg/mg of plant tissue) followed by Marsilea vestita with carbohydrate content (82.35 ± 1.55 μg/mg), Chorchorus olitorius with carbohydrate content (50.46 ± 2.23 μg/mg), and highest free amino acid content was recorded in the leaves of (232.33 ± 2.05 μg/mg of plant tissue) followed by Brassica oleracea (204.94 ± 1.25 μg/mg), Cucurbita maxima (85.67 ± 2.35μg/mg). The study’s finding confirmed that wild leafy vegetables utilized by the special community of this area play a significant role in their livelihood as those vegetables contain higher nutrient level compared to conventional crops.
