The cross-sectional study aims to investigate the association between BV and socioeconomic factors, including age groups, education level, income, and hygiene measures, in the Bundelkhand region of India, with the goal of informing public health interventions to reduce the burden of Bacterial Vaginosis. The study included 250 symptomatic pregnant women (with written consent) from different socioeconomic backgrounds and locations within the Bundelkhand region. Vaginal swabs were taken and Nugent's score was calculated to determine the presence of BV. The diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis was based on Amsel's criteria, which includes the pH of vaginal secretion, the presence of clue cells, and the whiff's test.  The study found that the overall prevalence of bacterial vaginosis among 250 symptomatic pregnant women attending the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College of Jhansi was 28%. Women in the 40-49 years of age group had the highest prevalence of BV (75%), and illiterate women had the highest prevalence (39.58%). Women with poor personal hygiene had a higher prevalence of BV (42.5%) and those in the low-income group (LIG) had the highest prevalence (38%). The study suggests that age, education level, menstrual and personal hygiene, and income may be associated with the prevalence of bacterial vaginosis. This study found a high prevalence of bacterial vaginosis among women in the Bundelkhand region, with education level, menstrual hygiene, and personal hygiene being associated risk factors. Continued research and investment in public health initiatives are necessary to improve women's health outcomes and quality of life in this underserved area.\u0000 ","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129681368","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the recent past, there has been an increase in the population of house crows in the Thar Desert of western Rajasthan, India. A survey of 1004 km was conducted on roads connecting Jaisalmer-Jodhpur–Bikaner and Barmer districts. About 463 house crows were averagely sighted out of which on average, about 161 crows recorded sitting on the roads were feeding on accident-killed animals. The density of crows in the study area was 15.37 crow/sq km. A total of 489 nests were observed during the roadside survey, of which about 69.5% (340) were found on the Acacia tortilis. Almost all nests were located at a height of 20 to 40 ft. The nest height on A. tortilis ranged from 25 to 30 ft only and ranged from 25 to 40 ft on Azadirachta indica. The scenario of the desert has changed owing to developmental activities, which may further facilitate the population growth of crows in this part of the desert.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124411478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This model is further used for interpreting the g-factors in various single crystals containing paramagnetic VO2+ ion. Theoretical expressions were given for the g-factors of Vanadyl ions in the crystalline field of cubic nature with components of tetragonal symmetry. The g-factors have been given in terms of covalent binding parameters || and taking into account the tetragonal crystalline field and covalent binding. Computations show that should be less than 0.064 in order to fit the experimental g-values. Using crystal field theory, the ground state wave functions (GSWF) for VO2+ ions in different single crystals has been determined. It is found that GSWF is in dxy state with slight admixture of excited states dx2-y2, dxz and dyz. The hyperfine interaction parameter P and Fermi contact term X have also been calculated.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129910446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A Content Addressable Memory is a memory unit that matches content over a single clock rather than using addresses. Its inherent parallel search mechanism makes it more advantageous than RAM in terms of speed of search operation. Designers aim to reduce two design characteristics: increasing silicon size and power consumption. As the need for CAM increases, the problem of power consumption also increases. Recent research on CAM is concentrated around diminishing power utilization without forfeiting speed or area. The main reason for the high-power consumption in conventional CAM architecture is devoid of control over the voltage on the Match Line recharge and Search Line precharge. A novel CAM architecture is proposed by removing the necessity of the search line recharge and also by introducing a transistor with gate connected to ML_Eval input that act as a control over the search operation. An Extra transistor with gate connected to Mask_Bar decides whether the circuit can be operated as Ternary Content Addressable Memory (TCAM) or Binary Content Addressable Memory (Bi-CAM). This CAM Architecture is found to be power efficient up to 50% due to the control over recharged voltage on ML. It is also inferred that the delay associated with the search operation can be reduced to a certain extent. The proposed CAM architecture is simulated using Cadence Virtuoso IC 6.1.6 in General Process Design Kit (GPDK) with90nm technology.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130088336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The water which has been released from the processing industry contains a chemicals and salts used in the processing of the De-sizing, Scouring, Bleaching and Dyeing. These processes contain high BOD, COD and pHs To evaluate this, the processing mills are having the reuse of the contaminated water by the ETP process which is well known in the world. These ETP’s are helped to reuse the water in the above pretreatment process to overcome the environmental issues. So in this current paper, we had discussed and done the process of reusing the contaminated water taken from the combined scouring & bleaching process for the Knitted fabrics. That processed water can be reused for the next day (knitted sample) and so on. When until the water gets evaporated. We can eliminate reducing the fresh water content for (Hot wash & cold wash) and by adding the required chemicals and salts used for the combined scouring and bleaching process.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124378496","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, its productivity is very low, which is attributed to poor agronomic and soil fertility management practices. Wheat production in most areas of Ethiopia is affected by (macro and micronutrient) deficiencies that affect soil fertility and crop yield. Therefore, a field experiment was carried out in order to ascertain the response of bread wheat varieties to different levels of blended NPSB fertilizer at Sori Saylem district during the year 2020–2021. The experiment was consisted of four rates of blended NPSB (0, 50, 100 and 150 kg ha-1) and three varieties (Simba, Ogolichu, and Shorima) with factorial configuration in a randomized complete block design, three times replicated and analysed by using SAS 2015 (version 9.4). The results showed that the application of NPSB fertilizer rate and bread wheat cultivars significantly affected the plant height, total number of tillers, effective number of tillers, spike length, kernel per spike, biomass yield, grain yield, 1000-kernel weight, and straw yield. As a result, 150 kg ha-1 blended NPSB fertilizer application with Shorima variety yielded the maximum grain yield (5,952.38 kg ha-1) and highest net benefit (122,267 ETB ha-1) with low marginal rate of return. The correlation analysis also shows positive values in all parameters except the harvest index. Therefore, 150 kg ha-1 blended NPSB fertilizer with Shorima variety can be recommended in the district.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121922253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study deals with the molecular profiling of HBV DNA viral load and the molecular investigation of the HBV DNA genotypes (Revill et al., 2019). The distribution of various genotypes among the population has been studied in this research. Total 102 EDTA serum samples were taken from suspected HBV reactive patients from the different Departments, including OPDs and IPDs of Shri Mahant Indresh Hospital, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. After DNA extraction real-time quantification was performed. Nested PCR technology did the HBV genotypic characterization. Out of 102 samples collected for the serological test, 60 samples were found positive for HBsAg and further biochemical profiling was performed. The HBV viral load was quantified in the samples and their titer values were observed between 34 IU/mL to 1.10×108 IU/mL in which, 16.7% (10 cases) were in which the target was not detected and 83.3%, i.e., 50 cases were with high viral load. Then genotyping of these 50 samples with high viral load was performed by Nested PCR. Genotype d of HBV was found to be most prevalent in 65.62% of cases i.e. 32 cases in total. The presence of HBV genotype varies within the different geographical conditions because of the differences in the major causative factors.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132235945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Amish has raised this issue through his novels based on Hindu mythology. The paper attempts to highlight the ecocidal aspects of the environment and degradation caused by the elixir called Somras produced for attaining eternal youth and longevity in the Shiva Trilogy by Amish Tripathi. It focuses on how literature reflects people’s crucial relation to nature, eventually leading to sustainable development. One of the grey sides of the so-called development is the fact that modern societies dispose of different types of pollutants in the air and water discarded by industries that harm flora and fauna. The paper aims to explore this critical problem with an ecocritical perspective, raised in the text through the concept of Somras in the region of the Sapt Sindhu in the Shiva Trilogy.","PeriodicalId":443629,"journal":{"name":"THE SCIENTIFIC TEMPER","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131045581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
