Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran blended learning terhadap aspek kognitif peserta pelatihan di BBPP Ketindan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari hingga Juni 2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 120 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 (dua) kelas yaitu eksperimen (blended learning) dan kontrol (konvensional). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji t-test. Penerapan metode blended learning menghasilkan peningkatan aspek kognitif yang signifikan dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,26 dan kategori sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional yang hanya mampu meningkatkan aspek kognitif sebesar 3,66 dengan kategori tinggi. Regresi Linear Berganda untuk menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap daya saing kakao olahan(cocoa butter) Sumatera Utara di Pasar Malaysia dan Singapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sumatera Utara memiliki daya saing yang kuat di Pasar Malaysia dan Singapura. The need for soybeans continues to increase in line with the increasing population of Indonesia. To overcome the problem of the gap between soybean production and consumption, efforts can be made to increase soybean production through fertilizers. Apart from fertilizers, mulching is an important component in efforts to increase plant growth and yield. Therefore, liquid organic fertilizer and organic mulch are the right innovations to be applied to support the growth and production of these soybean plants. The research method used was a randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial pattern with 3 replications, which consisted of 2 factors. The first factor was Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P) consisting of 3 levels, namely P1 (cow urine), P2 (goat urine), P3 (rabbit urine). The second factor was kinds of organic mulch with 3 levels, namely M0 (no mulch), M1 (straw mulch), M2 (husk mulch). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of livestock bio urine and organic mulch on the growth and production of soybean (Glycine max. L,Merril). Kontaminasi merupakan faktor pembatas dalam perbanyakan tanaman secara kultur jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis kontaminan yang terdapat pada kultur kalus Bromheadia finlaysoniana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua tahap. Tahap pertama dilakukan kultur dari berbagai eksplan Bromheadia finlaysoniana menggunakan media Murashige dan Skoog dengan pengayaan hormon 6-BAP (Benzylaminopurine) 1 mg/l; NAA (Naphthalene acetic acid) 0,5 mg/l; 100 mg myo inositol; pyridoxine-HCl 0,5 mg/l; thiamine-HCl 0,1 mg/l; nicotinic-acid 0,5 mg/l; glysine 2 mg/l. Tahap kedua menghitung jumlah dan persentase jamur kontaminan serta melakukan pengamatan makroskopik dan mikroskopik. Karakter makroskopis jamur kontaminan yang diamati meliputi warna koloni, arah pertumbuhan koloni dan bentuk permukaan koloni hifa, karakter mikroskopik yang diamati meliputi bentuk hifa (bersekat/tidak bersekat) dan produksi spora. Penentuan jenis kontaminan dibandingkan dengan morfologi dari Pustaka. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah persentase kontaminasi tertinggi pada eksplan tangkai bunga yaitu 81 % dan jumlah kontaminan tertinggi terjadi pada eksplan daun sebanyak 28 koloni. Jamur kontaminan yang tumbuh didominasi jamur dengan warna putih dan abu-abu dengan bentuk permukaan kasar. dari karakter mikroskopik sebagian besar memiliki hifa bersekat/bersepta dan tidak memproduksi spora. Treating fruits with different edible coatings can minimize postharvest losses. The experiment was carried out in the horticulture lab of Prithu Technical College, Dang, Nepal to evaluate the effects of different edible coating materials on the postharvest quality of mandarin. The experiment was laid in Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications and seven treatments in each replication. Mandarins were coated with different edible coating materials i.e. paraffin wax (100%, 75% and 50%), mustard oil, Aloe vera, turmeric paste and control (non-coated). After coating with different edible materials, mandarins were kept at ambient room conditions (18±2℃ and 52.41±14.35%). The lowest physiological loss in weight at 7, 14and 21 days was recorded in mandarin coated with 75% paraffin wax which was 3.10%, 4.83% and 10.33%, respectively. The highest titratable acidity (0.68%), juice content (46.33%) and marketable fruit percentage (81.73%) were recorded in 75% paraffin wax. The highest total soluble solid (14.00 ˚Brix) was recorded in control. Cara untuk meningkatkan produksi kedelai adalah melalui peningkatan produktivitas lahan yaitu dengan cara tumpangsari. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi penyiangan dan pengendalian hama terhadap karakter fisiologi tanaman kedelai yang ditumpangsarikan dengan tebu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, dengan ketinggian tempat 89 meter di atas permukaan laut, mulai bulan Januari sampai Juni 2020. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk percobaan lapangan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Faktor Pertama adalah Frekuensi Penyiangan Gulma, sebanyak 3 level, yaitu: P1: Penyiangan 1 kali,P2: Penyiangan 2 Kali, P3: Penyiangan 3 Kali, dan faktor kedua adalah Pengendalian Hama sebanyak 4 level yaitu: H0 = Insektisida Kimia yang berbahan aktif Deltametri 25 yang berbahan aktif Deltametri 25 yang berbahan aktif Deltametri 25 dengan konsentrasi 1 ml/l, H1 = Insektisida Nabati Ekstrak Daun Tembakau dan Daun jarak dengan konsentrasi 2 ml/l, H2 = Insektisida Nabati Ekstrak Daun Sirsak dengan konsentrasi 300 ml/l, H3 = Insektisida Nabati Ekstrak Daun Mimba dengan konsentrasi 100 ml/l. Produksi ubi kayu harus ditingkatkan supaya berdaya saing tinggi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis biaya transaksi usahatani ubi kayu; menganalisis komoditas unggulan; menganalisis daya saing ubi kayu; dan menganalisis dampak alternatif kebijakan dalam sistem komoditas di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dengan menggunakan metode survei kepada 131 petani ubikayu yang diambil secara purposive. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Transaction Cost (TrC); Location Quotient; PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix); dan Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian (1) biaya transaksi ubi kayu sebesar Rp. 356.507,40/ha/petani/musim, (2) usahatani ubi kayu memiliki nilai LQ sebesar 1,06 artinya tanaman ubi kayu termasuk tanaman unggulan yang berdaya saing, (3) usahatani ubi kayu memiliki daya saing dalam produksi ubi kayu sehingga usahatani ubi kayu layak untuk terus dikembangkan, (4) analisis sensitivitas ubi kayu peka terhadap perubahan penurunan harga output dan peka terhadap perubahan kenaikan harga input dengan nilai persentase maksimal. The waters in Bengkulu Province become a meeting place for four ocean currents which eventually become an area where the evaporation process of forming rain clouds becomes the rainy or dry season and affects the world climate. Method to analyze descriptively, shows oldeman Classification and satellite rainfall estimation data is added. In relation to the Analysis of Potential Food Availability for the Coastal Areas of Bengkulu Province uses a quantifiable descriptive analysis method based. The results show that most are included in the Oldeman A1 climate zone, which means it is suitable for continuous rice but less production due to generally low radiation intensity throughout the year. In an effort to reduce or eliminate the impact of climate change on food crop production, it is necessary to suggest crop diversification, crop rotation, and the application of production enhancement technologies. Strategies in building food availability as a result of climate change are: First, develop food supplies originating from regional production and food reserves on a provincial scale. Second, Empowering small-scale food businesses which are the dominant characteristics of the agricultural economy, especially lowland rice and horticultural crops. Third, Increase technology dissemination and increase the capacity of farmers in adopting appropriate technology to increase crop productivity and business efficiency. Four, Promote the reduction of food loss through the use of food handling, processing and distribution technologies. Penggunaan tanah secara terus menerus dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status, parameter pembatas, dan cara perbaikan kerusakan tanah. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode desk study, wawancara, dan analisis laboratorium. Parameter kerusakan tanah berpedoman pada PP No 150 tahun 2000. Berdasarkan analisis data sekunder peta tematik diketahui Desa Tijayan berpotensi memiliki kerusakan tanah ringan (R II). Penetapan status kerusakan tanah menggunakan metode skoring frekuensi relatif setiap parameter terhadap seluruh titik sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisa laboratorium diketahui Desa Tijayan memiliki tingkat kerusakan tanah rendah (R I) dengan luasan 99,56 Ha. Terdapat empat parameter pembatas kerusakan tanah yaitu; redoks, permeabilitas, bobot isi, dan tekstur. Pandemi covid-19 juga berdampak negatif pada sektor bisnis termasuk bisnis komoditi pertanian dan perkebunan termasuk usahatani kelapa sawit rakyat. Akibat pandemi covid-19 kehidupan petani kelapa sawit rakyat turut terdampak yang ditandai dengan penurunan tingkat pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi usahatani kelapa sawit rakyat pada masa pandemi covid-19, mengetahui kesiapan petani dalam mengelola usahataninya di masa pandemi covid-19, merumuskan strategi pengelolaan usahatani kelapa sawit rakyat masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan STM Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang dipilih secara sengaja. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 96 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan; kondisi pengelolaan usahatani kelapa sawit rakyat pada masa pandemi covid-19 berada pada kondisi yang tidak menguntungkan bagi petani, yang ditandai dengan terjadinya peningkatan biaya produksi, peningkatan biaya tenaga kerja; terjadi penurunan produksi, terjadi penurunan penerimaan dan pendapatan petani. Petani responden siap untuk mengembangkan usaha taninya pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan strategi khusus. Strategi agresif merupakan strategi yang relevan untuk diimplementasikan dalam pengelolaan usahatani kelapa sawit rakyat pada masa pandemi covid-19.
