Hospital is one of the institutions managing social media and other digital communication media during the corona pandemic. However, number of accesses to social media and other digital communication channels by the public has not been identified. Therefore, the study aims to describe access to the hospitals' social media and its impact. Two hundred sixty-two respondents were involved in this study, selected using a consecutive sampling method. Data collection was using an online questionnaire to obtain the social media's access information. Various variables are used in this research including demographic characteristics, social media ownership, frequency of access to social media and other digital communication channels based on personal perspectives. Results of this study showed that most respondents visited the official website, Instagram, and webinars managed by hospitals. About 50% of the application code is for GUI implementation. Because labor costs are high and demands for high-quality software are increasing, automation GUI testing will be a good investment for any software company. We will apply the Behavior-driven development (BDD) method for automation GUI testing with the Cucumber framework on the CURA and Swag Labs web applications. The BDD methodology used is based on the NLP (natural language program) concept. Where the information of semi-automatically produce a step definition and code framework. The scenarios are given on the natural language and then applied to Software Testing. Class diagrams and sequence diagrams are also applied to each represent a code framework automatically. The author uses Katalon Studio software. It was found that the results of the test case automation GUI testing on the CURA website with 210 steps passed, 3 step warnings with average responses times in the test case were 1.92 minutes. This research use Alodokter as our analysis to determine its service quality from customer review from Google Play Store that will be measured by using sentiment analysis. We use Fast Large-Margin as classification methodology and sentiment analysis to classify these following service dimensions: system quality, interaction quality, and information quality. RSSI data preparation is very important in predictive modeling machine learning projects, such as classification and regression, so that the algorithm can model it based on the right conditions, because the data has a more specific part but does not necessarily affect the algorithm performance. RSSI data were collected from the Dinamika Bangsa University Campus building, namely 225 reference points. The two main processes involved in data compilation, namely construction data and data cleaning. From the process of identifying a column containing a single RSSI value, several unique values were found in each column in the RSSI data table. Since no column has a Single Value, no columns are deleted. Then in the process of deleting columns that have low RSSI variance, the input is 5969 rows and 18 columns. The output is 5969 rows and 3 columns. However, the number of columns that passed the Low Variance selection was 5969 rows and 18 columns, meaning that all columns in the dataset have high variance. Additionally, no duplicate RSSI data were found. E-learning has become a necessity in higher education institutions and is being deployed in educational establishments across the globe during the COVID-19 pandemic. An online survey was conducted from May to June 2020 amidst COVID-19 at Shaikh Zayed University (SZU), Khost, Afghanistan, to assess the current status and identify key challenges hurdle e-learning implementation. A structural questionnaire link using Google Form was sent to participants via social media and email. 216 responses were received in total. The general behavior and practices indicate the participants lack ICT awareness and knowledge about e-learning. Most of the learners and lecturers utilize WhatsApp application for attending e-learning and sharing learning materials. Additionally, the results of the study pointed out significant challenges, namely financial, technical, human, and regulatory hurdles for e-learning implementation in the context of SZU, Khost, Afghanistan. To be able to choose the right game as needed, a summary of knowledge about the game and its application is needed. However, to see more broadly the application of the game in various fields and the various aspects that accompany it, it takes time and effort to study and summarize it from the various existing literature, which is sometimes difficult for those who have a busy life. For this reason, in this study, a brief systematic literature review was carried out on the application of games based on several aspects using the latest literature using the DICARe method. Several research questions were asked to be answered through this literature review. The results show that the most widely proposed research objective is to study the effects of serious play or gamification in the learning field. However, there is another research objective, which is to help detect fake content, which, although it seems less significant, is very relevant to today's human life who is fond of social media. Furthermore, the area most discussed is the field of subject learning in classrooms and the most widely used assessment parameter is user experience. No type of play is overly dominant with the ratio between multi-player and single-player being 57:43. This shows that the type of game chosen to use really depends on the goals to be achieved. It is able to develop and improve service quality, manage education and training through standardization of competent institutions and conduct training on certification of expertise and competence in AML and Terrorism Financing Prevention. In order to fulfill the needs of the Education and Training Center, this study design information system using the user-centered design (UCD) method that will be used internally by Education and Training Center employees called the Internal Information System of the Education and Training Center APUPPT (SINPU-PPT). SINPUT-PPT has the main goal of automating business processes and reducing the use of office stationery. The design identifies system requirements using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), designs the user interface using a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and designs the database. The results of this research is an information system design. The information system have 9 main menu tabs Home, Room Scheduling, Class Settings, Access Rights and Users, Master Data, Catering Arrangements, Training Program, Adding Letters and Receiving Letters.
