Results of this study showed that most respondents visited the official website, Instagram, and webinars managed by hospitals. Abstract

The use of social media and other online platforms have increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hospital is one of the institutions managing social media and other digital communication media during the corona pandemic. However, number of accesses to social media and other digital communication channels by the public has not been identified. Therefore, the study aims to describe access to the hospitals' social media and its impact.
