Every cell gains a value computed from the gradient field of the pedestrian's target and presence of other pedestrians and obstacles. This evaluation can be done independently for every cell what makes the parallelization very effective. Pedestrian takes a step towards cell with best price. It provides way how to represent knowledges dependent on time via semantic network, but also how to optimize a process of inference. That is all realized for Wikipedia articles in the form of search engine. The presented article deals with the methodology of scanning and processing electrical processes in a muscle. In order to determine pathological state, expert knowledge is needed and due to this fact, the objective of this study was determination of behaviour of muscle groups of the upper extremity before and after load application in healthy population. The electromyographic system serves this purpose and it enables to scan the electrical muscle changes. The device BTS FREEEMG 300 was used for measuring, using a principle of surface electromyography. The advantage of this measurement type lies in an indirect-contact between the electrode surface and skin and movement artifact protection. The measurement is easier and more comfortable since capacitively coupled electrodes eliminate the need for conductive gel and direct skin contact with the electrodes. The indirect-contact measurement is also suitable for long-term measurements, where in conductive gel desiccation resulted in loss of contact between the electrode and skin. There is also discussed the electrical design of the indirect-contact ECG prototype mentioned above and the accompanying electrodes along with practical measurements in sittinand lying position with various artifact types. In the leading industries, the conventional way of engineering will be over soon. Engineers define products in large teams including high number of fully integrated subsidiaries in virtual product information environments at leading industries. Virtual engineering systems accumulate knowledge and engineering results for decades of experience. During product definition engineers can not decide results those break previously verified results or a minimum level of knowledge. Engineers are faced with computing intelligence and high level verified knowledge in product representations. Result of engineering work is based on proven verified solutions and it is accumulated in product model. While this new situation urges change for an absolutely new way of higher education in engineering, the knowledge intensive environment provided by virtual engineering systems is a fantastic new possibility for the establishment courses to fulfill the new demands in engineering. In this paper, first the new scenario of virtual engineering is characterized. Following this, a possible way for course management in the new environment is conceptualized. Congestion levels have increased significantly in recent years, and this trend continues. Making correct decisions in congestion management is a difficult thing, because the decision factors need to analyze and absorb a large amount of information, which often are not relevant. In this paper, we propose a regression model to determine the quality factor used in road traffic. The model is defined starting from an experimental study aimed at analyzing the traffic quality in an urban network. This study represents a continuation of previous work [3], in which the authors proposed a new analytical model to determine the quality factor used in transport network (QF). The quality factor is measure used to characterize the global traffic in the intersection, but also to optimize traffic in a structure of interconnected intersections. This concept QF allows the use of the classical models of queuing theory to represent the road traffic. The experimental study was initiated in an area of urban transport network. Using the characteristics of the network topology we determined the value of quality factor for each connection represented in the studied network. However, they are still more used in complex devices such as robotic systems, where they are part of servomechanism with a close control loop. This paper describes two variants of control system for this servo. The first one is using Matlab with Simulink simulation environment. In this solution, pneumatic valves are connected through I/O card directly to the computer. All control is made by regulator build from Simulink blocks. This program also use virtual model of controlled system designed in Realm Builder extension. The second way is usage of electronic pressure regulators. Paper describes device made of two EPR50 regulators designed specially for controlling one pair of pneumatic artificial muscles. This device is semi autonomous system that can work without any form higher control.
