Simulations are carried out using OPNET Modeler 14.5 with a WAN network topology that connects the Data Center with several different city users or clients, for QoS parameters such as packet loss, delay, and jitter in multimedia services such as FTP, video, and VoIP. The reference of QoS standard is the standard issued by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) and ITU (International Telecommunication Union). The use of queuing scheme is also effective for reducing the value of delay and jitter for video and VoIP services, as proven in the graph that looks down from the beginning to the end. The WFQ queue scheme overall has the best QoS value, which means it provides weight with 50% on the video, 40% on the VoIP, and 10% on FTP proved effective for the design of topology and configuration in these research. Results all of queuing scheme such as FIFO, PQ, and WFQ queues generally satisfy of the QoS standards issued by ETSI and ITU, but delays in VoIP services have more value than the preferred standards but still far from the limit standards. Keywords: WAN, QoS, FIFO, PQ, WFQ ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan beberapa skenario skema antrian, yaitu FIFO ( First in First Out) , PQ (Priority Queuing) dan WFQ ( Weighted Fair Queuing) pada router yang terhubung dengan jaringan WAN . Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan OPNET Modeler 14.5 dengan topologi jaringan WAN yang menghubungkan Data Center dengan beberapa user atau client yang berbeda kota, untuk mengamati parameter QoS seperti packet loss, delay , dan jitter pada layanan multimedia seperti FTP, video , dan VoIP. Standar QoS yang menjadi acuan adalah standar yang dikeluarkan oleh ETSI ( European Telecommunications Standards Institute ) dan ITU ( International Telecommunication Union ). Penggunaan skema antrian juga efektif menurunkan nilai delay dan jitter pada layanan video dan VoIP, terbukti pada grafik yang terlihat menurun dari waktu awal ke akhir. Secara keseluruhan skema antrian WFQ memiliki nilai QoS yang paling baik, yang berarti pemberian bobot konten paket 50% pada video , 40% pada VoIP, dan 10% pada FTP terbukti efektif untuk perancangan topologi dan konfigurasi yang dibuat. Hasil skema antrian FIFO, PQ, dan WFQ secara umum sudah memenuhi standar QoS yang dikeluarkan oleh ETSI maupun ITU, namun delay layanan VoIP memiliki nilai sedikit diatas standar istimewa tetapi masih jauh dibawah dari standar limit yang ditentukan. The use of aluminum as a piston material is inseparable from its properties and is very suitable for pistons. n this study three piston materials were tested, namely piston A (Original), B (Imitation 1) and C (Imitation 2) with Aluminum material which also contained Silicon (AlSi). The tests carried out included testing the chemical composition, microstructure photographed from various position and hardness by the Vickers method. The results of these tests obtained varying hardness values with an average piston A value of 129 HV, piston B an average of 148.2 HV, piston C an average of 135.2 HV. The results of the microstructure test on piston C have srinkage casting defects and porosity defects while piston A and B have no defects. Whereas in testing the chemical composition of the value contained in the piston piston A has Al 81.7% and Si 14.0%, piston B Al 82.2% and Si 14.3%, piston C Al 83.5% and The 13.2%. Tempat operasi sudah didisain dengan nuansa anak-anak dengan model tempat operasi mempunyai kemiripan mobil yang mempunyai tingginya 50cm atau selutut orang dewasa, yang artinya dokter dan staff Kesehatan harus membungkuk saat menangani pasien. Dokter dan Staff kesehatan di sana pun mengeluh nyeri pada bagian tubuh, seperti punggung, pingang, leher dan kaki, yang biasa disebut dengan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi keluhan tersebut dengan cara mendisain ergonomis tempat operasi khitan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi lapangan, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuisioner Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui keluhan pada dokter dan staff kesehatan. Dari skor REBA yang di dapat yaitu 9, bahwa tindakan perbaikan yaitu perlu segera. Pengumpulan data antropometri dilakukan untuk mengetahui ukuran disain tempat operasi yang sesuai dengan dimensi tubuh dokter dan staff kehatan. Adapun perbandingan ukuran tempat operasi awal dengan usulan yaitu tinggi tempat operasi awal 50 cm, dan tinggi tempat usulan adalah 95-110 cm. Lebar tempat operasi awal 70 cm, dan lebar tempat usulan adalah 73 cm. Penggumpalan disebabkan karena tidak keringnya IOP saat proses Cement Coating, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan perancangan Hot Air Blower. Block cylinder is made from cast iron material (FC 230) which must be melted with temperature >1400 ° C. The temperature of cast iron molten metal into the mold is a very important factor to guarantee final quality of block cylinder. Process pouring of molten metal into a mold using a ladle to pouring 15 molds. Pin hole defects often occur in the final castings, this is due to molten metal temperature drop at the end, the one factor is air convection suction smoke collector. Smoke collector is required to move the gas that arises during the pouring process to outside the factory in order to make a comfortable and healthy work process, but it has side effect speed up decreasing temperature of molten metal. To solve the decrease temperature is minimize the rate of heat transfer that occurs from molten metal to environmental air. One way is to close the ladle with the cover to reduce the heat transfer that occurs in the metal liquid. The material used as a ladle cover is Kaowooltm SZr, where it has low thermal conductivity and light density. The rate of heat transfer occurring in the metal liquid to the surrounding air without cover is 4,5563 kW. After using the ladle cover the rate of heat transfer from metal liquid to air decreases to 1.8287 kW. In each weirmeter there is a discharge coefficient (Cd), which is the coefficient multiplied by the theoretical discharge to obtain the actual discharge because the pressure difference and flow velocity are neglected. The Cd is directly proportional to the discharge. The actual debit measurement results do not approximate the result (the multiplication of the theoretical debit with Cd). This difference may be due to unequal Cd values for each weir dimension, one of which is the weir height (P). Therefore it is necessary to test the weirmeter with P varies in order to know the pattern and the value of Cd. The tested weirmeter is sharp-crested v-notch 90 o with a length of 200 cm and a width of 35.5 cm. P used is 20.3 cm; 21.3 cm; and 22.3 cm. From the test, the Cd value is inversely proportional to P although some of these test results are far from the theory because it requires a 90% confidence interval on the Student distribution (t distribution). Permasalahan tersebut dapat dilihat dari ketepatan waktu keberangkatan distribusi pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2018 yang hanya memiliki persentase ketepatan waktu sebesar 44,8%, 68,94% dan 78,1% dari total distribusi pada bulan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbaikan pada proses operasional shipping , karena 60% dari keterlambatan keberangkatan disebabkan karena proses operasional. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dalam proses operasional shipping terdapat aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah ( non value added activities ) sehingga membuat waktu proses menjadi lama. Perbaikan pada bagian operasional ini menggunakan metode FMEA. Hasil dari penilitian ini mengidentifikasikan jenis pemborosan ( waste ) yang terjadi pada proses operasional yaitu waste waiting dan waste unnecessary motion yang mengakibatkan proses operasional menjadi lebih lama.
