Abstract The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive, systematic review on the progress of research on technological innovation management literature in healthcare delivery and its impact, whereby we seek to highlight the knowledge gaps, and provide researchers and scholars’ approaches for future research. We statistically reviewed and analyzed 289 articles relevant to our research objectives using publications in journals, articles, conferences and those available in press from 1990 to 2018. Based on which we critically synthesized 36 articles for content analysis (conceptual, and empirical studies) and created a framework for technological innovation management research. Content analysis showed some appreciable contributions of conceptual, empirical, evidential and review articles in the field. We observed that though there has been some research into the area of innovation, open innovation and the application of technological innovation in the area of health care delivery, little study has been done in assessing the impact management of such technological innovation on the delivery of public health care services to citizens; thus the use of our proposed framework will provide guidance for researchers and scholars seeking to advance discussions and studies in this area. In Bangladesh, the catastrophe of question papers leak has taken an epidemic turn in recent few years. The tendency of question leakage is on the rise even after, a number of steps have been taken by the concerned authorities. Some solution has been proposed regarding the preventing of question leakage, but they do not address the confidentiality of question while storing in the server. In the research, we introduce a cryptography-based system for forming, warehousing and distributing question papers. As the proposed model requires no action for printing question and does not store the question undeviatingly, it supports full confidentiality of question paper in public examination. Theoretically the proposed system proves the ability to maintain confidentiality of question paper and to prevent question leakage. The initiation of Internet brought a new viewpoint to all the businesses. The conventional models were refurbished and enhanced for large-scale adoption. Advancements in technology lead to the Internet of things, which is an extension of the network of computers to the network of smart devices. In this study the awareness of Internet of Things (IoT) in the field of agriculture. IoT is a revolutionary technology that represents the future of computing and communications. It provides a complete review of its framework, considerations and implications in implementation. The paper intends to brief the reader about the IoT technology and its operational requirements in agricultural practices. The major need of IOT in agriculture is that the world population is set to touch 9.6 billion by 2050. So, to feed this much population, the farming industry must embrace IoT. Against the challenges such as extreme weather conditions and rising climate change, and environmental impact resulting from intensive farming practices, the demand for more food has to be met.The working of Agriculture IoT is discussed along with some real-world examples. The use of IoT in the fields and orchards will help the farmers reap the benefits of its various technologies. The major scope of our research is IOT in agriculture is highly recommended and is very effective when looking into the long term benefits like good production and automation. When agriculture is integrated with IOT the data collected in the process will be highly efficient in making more progress towards the improvement of this field which can save many from financial troubles. The efficiency of the police and the effectiveness with which it tackles crime depend on what quality of information it can derive from its existing records and how fast it can have access to it. The different modules of this project are wanted module, complaint module, noc module, province module, city module, union council module and Administrators module. Each of the must first register with the software. For the registration part each enter their details like user name, address, phone number, and get a user Id from the software. All these are done in the module. The crime module is used for entering all detail about the crime. However, when the average product rating observed based on a small number of user ratings, the decision maker may not be certain about choosing that product, even if it has a fairly high rate. Long-term rating predictions would help online vendors to identify products and advertise their websites by choosing potential ones. Adolescents are the highest users of internet in the country. This puts adolescents at risk of becoming addictive internet users. Adolescent internet use has also been found to have negative consequences which include problematic social relationships, poor academic performance and psychological disturbance. Studies in other countries have associated increased levels of addictive internet use among individuals who are depressed. However, in Kenya, problem internet use and its relationship with depression and academic performance among adolescents has not been established. The current study sought to establish the relationship between problem of internet use and poor academic performance among adolescents in Kenya schools. The study used correlation design to establish the relationship between the variables. The target population was all adolescents in Form 1 - 4 and their class teachers. Random sampling was used to sample students from both public and private secondary schools. A total of 100 respondents participated in the study. Questionnaires were administered to students to gauge their addiction levels and interviews were conducted with their class teachers to gauge the performance levels of their students. Percentages and measures of central tendency were used to describe the data. The findings revealed a prevalence of 16.8% of problem internet use and a prevalence of 23.6% of performance. Independent samples T-test was used to test for differences in problem internet use between male and female students. The findings revealed that female students were likely to be problem internet users compared to male adolescents. Pearson’s product moment correlation was used to establish the relationship between poor academic performance and problem internet use and it was found that a weak positive relationship existed between poor academic performance and problem internet use. The study also identified various measures that could be used to mitigate the problem of problem internet use among adolescents. Based on the findings, it was concluded that there was need to identify and help the affected students exercise moderation and self control when using the internet in order for them to achieve their lifetime goals. The findings of the study also provide empirical evidence on the gender differences in performance and problem internet use which may be useful in improving counseling interventions for adolescent students/pupils. To conduct this study, a descriptive survey was employed. Questionnaire survey, document analysis and review of journals were used to collect necessary data. The research study involved one category of sample populations: obtained by conveniently available respondents were Customers/subscribers of the Yirgalem telecom industry. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistical tools and percentage. Again inferential statistics which includes both regression and correlation were employed to show the strength of relationships between independent variables (service quality dimensions) and dependant variable (customer satisfaction). The study findings indicate that there are positive and significant relationships between five service quality dimensions and customer’s satisfaction. And also there is positive and strong effects were recorded among three service quality variables (empathy, responsiveness and reliability) than assurance and tangibility. Finally, there is a positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. This study concludes that these factors should be fulfilled or improved at the organizational level to satisfy customers through improving the quality of services. The researcher strongly recommends that there needs to be, acquiring reliable network, good customer handling and having clear and accurate bill, attract new skilled manpower from the market and finally the management should have to works towards the improvements over all service quality dimensions. But the email is affected by attacks which include spam mails. Spam is unwanted email or it is bulk data that is flooding the internet with many duplication of similar message, in an attempt to force the email on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. To address the growing of spam email on the internet the interest of spam filtering also grow accordingly. In this paper we review various spam detection technics. We are use the technics with feature selection algorithm and without feature selection algorithm and apply all the classifier of data mining tool. In this study we analyze the classifier algorithm using two different data mining tools those are WEKA and TANAGRA. Data mining is the discovery of knowledge from the large database and it is the technique of finding out new patterns in a huge data sets. Both data mining tool use different classification algorithms like K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), Naive Bayes (NB) and others. These mechanisms can lead us to outsource our competitors. The main issue is that we encounter large amount of information in web portals which are mostly heterogeneous and unrelated, therefore with no proper strategies of categorizing data and information preparation, users get involved in confusion accessing correct content. The most important challenges are reaching most relevant information in order to provide users. As a matter of fact, this problem could get solved by using domain of recommender systems which can help us finding and selecting related information according to user needs. Although, recommender systems help people dealing with massive data, these systems are less employed on Web portals. Certainly, the application of these types of systems on web portals will bring decent improvements to users. The study, uses MovieLens20m dataset that includes ratings and user labels for movies. User ratings and movie rating relationships are used in order to make an appropriate recommendation for users. labels which users considered for the movies are also employed in extraction phase. Finally, a combination of these two categories is offered as a recommendation to user.
