Those Indian Ocean beaches that are in the southern sides of the Island of Java are prone to tsunami disaster. However, there were no systematic and scientific study to make analysis of the tsunami disaster mitigation to those tourism beaches. Therefore, a series of policies with comprehensive rescue strategies and efforts to minimize the risk of the tsunami disaster is required. The purpose of this study was to determine places of tsunami evacuation for the tourism beaches in Gunungkidul Regency based on P646 of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and compare them with the result of the determine places of tsunami evacuation conducted by BPBD (Local Disaster Management Authority) of Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta. This purpose also includes the want of the authors to implement the method of this study to be the policy of tsunami mitigation for similar tourism beaches in the Special Territory of Yogyakarta as well as similar beaches in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative method with descriptive analysis technique that is analyzing the paths and places of tsunami evacuation based on P646 of FEMA. Given location elevation is the basic ingredient of the analysis, and therefore, elevation data, tsunami arrival time, projected number of visitors to support the analysis need to be gathered. The analysis of the evacuation areas is required to determine the evacuation places that are safe points in the evacuation process. An elevation of a safe point elevation can be a point that is beyond the reach of tsunami waves or safe areas within the tsunami pool areas. The results of this study are the height of the gathering point / safe point 25 meters above sea level to be the basis for saving themselves, if connected with the speed of walking (weak condition), then the arrival time / arrival time of the tsunami is not more than 0.5 hours. This is still within limits in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA P-646, 2008), the location of the gathering point / tsunami evacuation safe point can be used as the first rescue of tsunami victims by considering the arrival time of the tsunami. Rejowinangun Tourism Village is a village with a lot of potential and began to be developed as an ecotourism area, but still has many problems, both from the environmental aspects, management aspects, to aspects of human resources, so that tourism activities in the region have not developed. Therefore, a study is needed to analyze the potentials of community-based ecotourism development in Rejowinangun Tourism Village, and to achieve these objectives, an analysis is conducted on all aspects, namely analysis on aspects of tourist objects and attractions,social aspects, management aspects, up to aspects of organizing community empowerment. In collecting data, the method used is community participatory. In this method the community is the central focus and the ultimate goal of the activity, citizen participation will increase citizens' self-esteem and the ability to be able to participate in the mission concerning the community and village. Citizen participation will foster an environment that is conducive to increasing environmental potential and community growth. Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun merupakan kampung dengan banyak potensi dan mulai dikembangkan sebagai kawasan ekowisata, namun masih memiliki banyak permasalahan, baik dari aspek lingkungan, aspek pengelolaan, hingga aspek sumberdaya manusia, sehingga aktivitas wisata di kawasan tersebut belum berkembang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu kajian untuk menganalisis potensi-potensi pengembangan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat di Kampung Wisata Rejowinangun, dan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan analisis pada semua aspek, yaitu analisis pada aspek objek dan daya tarik wisata, aspek kemasyarakatan, aspek pengelolaan, hingga aspek penyelenggaraan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam pengumpulan data, metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatoris masyarakat. Di dalam metode ini masyarakat adalah fokus sentral dan tujuan terakhir kegiatan, partisipasi warga akan meningkatkan harga diri warga dan kemampuan untuk dapat turut serta dalam keutusan yang menyangkut masyarakat dan kampung. In addition, the presence of vertical housing is also feared to have an impact on changes in community culture.This study aims to examine the extent to which local wisdom values are applied to star hotels and vertical occupancy in the Yogyakarta Cultural Heritage Area and what direction can be obtained so that star hotels and vertical housing are able to incorporate the value of local wisdom in YogyakartaThis research was conducted using the transforming tradition method. The main principles of the ATUMICS method are about regulation, combination, integration, or a mixture of basic elements of tradition with modernity.The results of the analysis found that the percentage of local wisdom in star hotels and vertical buildings in malioboro 8%, Kraton 15%, Puro Pakualaman 10%, Kotagede 30% and Kotabaru 5%. The average of all is 13.6%. This proves that the value of local wisdom in star hotels and vertical buildings is still low (below 50%). Most star hotels and vertical buildings have not adopted the type of architecture that suits their respective regions. Theories about territoriality were stated by experts. How do the opinions of experts on territorial theory and how its application in research in the field of Architecture will be discussed in this paper. The method used to explore this theory of territoriality using reference studies. From some expert opinions it can be concluded that territoriality is a territory that has boundaries in the form of fix, semi fix, and non fix elements, which are owned by certain individuals or groups in which there is control behavior to regulate the territory, create privacy and defend themselves from outside intervention. Roller compacted concrete (RCC) is one type of dry concrete mixture with low water cement ratio (slump <5 cm). The RCC spreading is the same as the asphalt concrete pavement that uses the finisher and is compacted using a roller. This research uses RCC mix design with cement water factor value 0,25. Additional silicafume materials of 10%, superplasticizer 2.4%, and steel fiber (dramix) with variations of 0.5% and 1%. RCC Compaction using standard proctor tools. Testing of bending forces and compression of concrete in 1 day and 28 days. The result of research of RCC variation of 0.5% steel fiber and 1 day old concrete obtained Flexural Strength of 4,2 MPa while 28 days concrete gained Flexural Strength of 5,7 MPa. The variation of 1% steel fiber 1 day concrete obtained 3.4 MPa Flexural Strength, while the 28 days concrete obtained 6.1 MPa Flexural Strength.Keywords: Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), Steel Fiber (dramix), Flexural Strength ABSTRAKPerkerasan kaku di Indonesia semakin banyak digunakan sebagai alternatif perkerasan jalan raya. Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) atau beton padat giling (BPG) merupakan salah satu jenis campuran beton kering dengan faktor air semen (FAS) yang rendah (slump <5 cm). Penghamparan RCC sama seperti penghamparan perkerasan beton aspal yang menggunakan finisher dan dipadatkan menggunakan roller. Kajian ini menggunakan mix design RCC dengan nilai faktor air semen 0,25. Bahan tambah silicafume sebesar 10%, superplasticizer 2,4%, dan serat baja (dramix) dengan variasi 0,5% dan 1%. Pemadatan RCC menggunakan alat standar proctor. Pengujian kuat lentur pada beton umur 1 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil kajian RCC variasi serat baja 0,5% beton umur 1 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 4,2 MPa, sedangkan beton umur 28 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 5,7 MPa. Variasi serat baja 1% beton umur 1 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 3,4 MPa, sedangkan beton umur 28 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 6,1 MPa. In this study five beam specimens. The first test object is a 3D16 Normal beam that is used as a normal beam. The second test object is a 3D16 CFRP beam which is used as a beam with CFRP treatment. The third test object is a 4D16 Normal beam that is used as a normal beam. The fourth test object is a 4D16 CFRP beam that is used as a beam with CFRP treatment. The fifth test object is the 5D16 CFRP beam used as a beam with CFRP treatment. The dimensions of the beams are 150 x 250 mm, with an effective length of 2000 mm. Pembebanan diberikan One Point Loads, untuk melakukan uji lentur maka pembebanan pada balok direncanakan dengan menempatkan satu buah gaya P secara simetris pada jarak ½ L yaitu sebesar 1000 mm. Dan diberikan perlakuan CFRP pada balok 3D16 CFRP sepanjang 600 mm (2,4 h) ditengah bentang yang panjangnya 2.000 mm dengan perlakuan CFRP Completely Wrapped Member. From the results of testing the maximum flexural capacity in a row for the 3D16 Normal beam is 104.04 kN while the 3D16 CFRP beam has a maximum increase in bending capacity of 119.52 kN while the 4D16 Normal beam has a maximum bending capacity of 161.28 kN while the 4D16 beam CFRP has a maximum increase in bending capacity of 162.64 kN, while the 5D16 CFRP beam has a maximum increase in flexural capacity of 173.16 kN. {"title":"PENGARUH GENANGAN AIR TERHADAP PENGECORAN BETON IN-SITU","authors":"A. This can certainly disturb the erection of a building project, especially in a case of construction works requiring dry condition, such in concrete item. Various attempts have been made to reduce the height of the puddle, when mixing the fresh concrete in a frame work of sub-structure elements, e.g. the foot-plate foundation. The puddles in the foundry area potentially affect the composition of the mortar especially in water-cement ratio (wcr). This caused a decrease of compressive strength (f’c) of the concrete then causing the quality decreaseof the concrete. This research used two types of mixed concreteconditions: dry and waterlogged condition. The water cement ratioshould be changed when mixing concrete had been performed in waterlogged condition. One determinedcontrol sample was based on a normal concrete mixture with characteristic strength (f'c) = 25 MPa. The standard of concrete mixing used is SNI-2834-2000 on the mixingprocedure of a normal concrete mixed design. The concrete sampleswere tested using a concrete compressor universal test machine (UTM) than comparedto hammer and Ultra Pulse Velocity (UPV) test.Based on the results of the study, the quality of mixed concrete in waterlogged conditions was much lower than the compressive strength design. The percentage reduction in compressed strength of mixed concrete under water submerged conditions ranged from 30.82% to 32.63% to normal concrete compressive strength. The higher level of puddlecaused the lower compressive strength of the concrete.There was a match between the measurements of concrete compressive strength using UTM comparedto hammer and UPV tests.The percentage differences in measurement of hammer test to UTM test results were 10.73% and 9.26% to 21.79% by the UPV test. Hal ini tentu dapat mengganggu pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan bangunan, khususnya pekerjaan konstruksi yang telah disyaratkan untuk dikerjakan dalam kondisi kering. Berbagai macam upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengurangi tinggi genangan air pada saat pengecoran elemen sub-structure, seperti halnya pondasi telapak (foot-plate). Genangan air yang terdapat pada daerah pengecoran berpotensi mempengaruhi komposisi adukan khususnya pada faktor air semen (fas). Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kuat tekan beton (f’c) berkurang sehingga mengakibatkan mutu beton menjadi berkurang. Kajian ini menggunakan dua jenis kondisi pengecoran, yaitu: kondisi kering dan kondisi pada genangan air. Faktor air semen berubah seiring dengan kegiatan pengecoran beton dalam kondisi basah (tergenang air). Satu buah sampel kontrol telah ditentukan berdasarkan adukan beton normal dengan kekuatan karakteristik (f’c) = 25 MPa. Standar pencampuran beton yang digunakan adalah SNI-2834-2000 tentang tata cara pembuatan rencana campuran beton normal. Geometric optimization is viewed from the use of the ratio between the height to the length of arch. Optimum ratio based on the internal forces that occur on concrete arch bridge. The ratio between the height and the length of arch are made on the concrete arch bridge with the span of 150 m, variation of the ratio performed 1: 2 to 1: 8 with interval of 0.25. Modeling of concrete arch bridge was made on softwere SAP 2000 with 25 models due to the difference of ratio interval variation. Based on the results of internal forces with variation of the ratio, the results for the most optimum geometry are 1: 4 to 1: 7,25.Keywords: concrete arch bridge, geometry,optimization, ratio ABSTRAK Pada kajian ini membahas tentang optimasi geometri berdasarkan gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi pada jembatan pelengkung beton. Optimasi geometri dilihat daripenggunaan rasio antara tinggi pelengkung terhadap panjang pelengkung. Rasio yang paling optimum berdasarkan gaya-gaya yang terjadi pada jembatan pelengkung beton. Rasio antara tinggi pelengkung dan panjang pelengkung akan dilakukan pada jembatan pelengkung beton dengan bentang 150 m. variasi rasio dilakukan antara 1 : 2 sampai 1 : 8 dengan interval 0.25. Pemodelan jembatan pelengkung beton dilakukan pada softwere sap 2000 dengan 25 model akibat perbedaan variasi interval rasio. Specifically EVM is used to evaluate the progress of the work, so identification of deviations both on time and cost can be done early.The Earn Schedule (ES) method is an elaboration to the schedule analysis on the EVM method. This study aimed to examine and compare the capability of the two methods, namely the earn value and earn schedule methods in predicting the completion time of construction project. The research used the real data from the Unesa building project. The results showed that at week 9, the value of CPI was 1.15 or had a variant cost of 13.32% lower than the planned budget. While for the schedule aspect, both methods indicated a delay in the project with the delay variant of 0.16%. The ES method is able to give information of how long the delay in time unit of 0.02 week.Keywords: accuration, actual cost, earn value, earn schedule, planed value ABSTRAKMetode nilai hasil (EVM) telah dikenal luas dan terbukti mampu memberikan gambaran kinerja pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi dari aspek waktu dan jadwal. Secara khusus EVM digunakan untuk mengevaluasi progress pekerjaan sehingga dapat dilakukan identifikasi lebih awal terhadap penyimpangan baik terhadap waktu maupun biaya. Metode Earn Schedule (ES) merupakan pendalaman terhadap analisis jadwal pada metode EVM. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan membandingkan kemampuan dua metode yaitu metode earn value dan earn schedule dalam memprediksi waktu penyelesaian proyek konstruksi. Data penelitian menggunakan data pelaksanaan dari pembangunan proyek bangunan gedung di Unesa. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pada minggu ke-9, nilai CPI adalah sebesar 1,15 atau memiliki varian biaya sebesar 13,32% lebih rendah dari anggaran yang direncanakan. Sedangkan dari aspek jadwal, kedua metode mengindikasikan bahwa terjadi keterlambatan pada proyek yaitu dengan varian keterlambatan sebesar 0,16% . Metode ES mampu memberikan informasi berapa lama keterlambatan yang terjadi dalam satuan waktu yaitu sebesar 0,02 minggu.
