In this article the authors discuss a patient who experienced neutropenia with clozapine and who subsequently redeveloped neutropenia with aripiprazole after a short trial. Here the authors assess the prevalence of psychiatric comorbidities in a cohort of patients with epilepsy in an outpatient neurology unit in Habib Bourguiba Hospital, Tunisia, and identify the sociodemographic and clinical factors associated with the presence of these psychiatric disorders in this patient sample. Here, the authors outline a case of a significant reduction in headache frequency in a patient who had an incomplete response to NICE‐recommended treatments, and was treated for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with stimulant medications.
