The article is devoted to the important topic: the impact of NGOs on the creating of urban space. We focused on the case of the Charity Organization Teple Misto Platform (which means “Warm City”) in Ivano-Frankivsk. This city is one of the province Ukrainian one where live about 200 000 people. However, with the help of initiative people who united around NGOs it became a progressive pleasant for investment city with creative projects and remarkable possibilities for the citizens.\u0000\u0000Methodologically, the study is based on Actor Network Theory the process of forming the urban space was investigate as the result of interaction different actors including NGO. From the point of view that every city has his own logic of development, “Teple Misto Platform” became an important element in the network, which form Ivano-Frankivsk urban space. The actor-network theory urges us to observe the principle of symmetry and consider the influence of different actors equally.\u0000\u0000Academic originality. The role of the non-government organizations in Ukrainian city has not traced correctly according to the real level of their influence. Many authors mixed the political parties and NGOs ignoring their differences and main points. However last searching (for example, by Zagoriy Foundation) showed the increasing role of NGOs in the Ukrainian society.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. During the research, we observed how important it is to have a common platform that acts as a ground and support for other, smaller initiatives. It is shown how from the activities of a few activists a force grows that is able to influence the formation of the development strategy of the entire city. {"title":"The Mukachevo Basilian hegumen, historian, and writer Anatolii Kralytskyi’s OSBM (1835–1894) activity for popularizing of Mykola Kostomarov’s heritage","authors":"V. The author analyses Kralytskyi’s learning of Kostomarov’s ideas and describes hegumen’s activity in popularizing them.\u0000\u0000Research methodology. The article uses the methods of intellectual history to discuss Kostomarov’s heritage influence on Kralytskyi, the prominent historian and journalist of the Basilian Order of St. Josaphat and the Mukachevo Eparchy in the second part of the XIX century.\u0000\u0000Scientific novelty. For the first time in historiography, Volodymyr Moroz compares the works of Kostomarov and Kralytskyi with insights into the Basilian intellectual activity to describe his learning ideas of the outstanding historian. The author defines Kralytskyi’s appreciation of Kostomarov’s heritage and his work to transmit some\u0000\u0000Conclusions. The author found that Anatolii Kralytskyi could read works and learn the ideas of Mykola Kostomarov concerning Ukrainian history and the national question. Firstly, the monk published his texts in the periodical literature of Galicia already in the early 1860s, where Kostomarov’s texts were simultaneously published. For the second, in 1875, Kralytskyi received a set of Kostomarov’s books from Mykhailo Drahomanov. Kostomarov’s arguments had become so attractive to Basilian that he publicly declared Kostomarov was the most significant historian of his time. The article ascertains that Kralytskyi used Kostomarov’s ideas to strengthen his arguments. He did so while being included in transmitting the Ukrainian population from the archaic “Old-Ruthenian” identity to the new one. {"title":"«Mykola Kostomarov’s pilgrimage to the Pochayiv Lavra». This made it possible to consider the processes that took place in the Pochaiv Monastery and were caused by state-political and religious-confessional changes, which were reflected in the historical progress of this Volyn monastery.\u0000\u0000Scientific novelty. The stay of a scientist and a Christian in the largest monastery of the region, which attracted a researcher as a historical object and a pilgrim, as a Christian monastery, was analyzed. The past is presented universally: a) in the context of the profession of a scientist who visits historical sites, studies various sources, collects oral evidence, folklore materials; b) from point of view of a pilgrim traveler who honors monastic shrines, observes the peculiarities of monastic life, the psychology of the inhabitants of the monastery, notes the presence of other Christian objects in the orbit of monastic activity.\u0000\u0000The urgency stems from the tasks of comprehensive study of the past of Ukrainian monasteries - centers of spirituality, education, culture and art. The urgency is also conditioned due to the contribution of Pochaiv monastery in the process of creating national cultural heritage. The state of the research of the problems of the Pochayiv Monastery requires in-depth study of issues related to various aspects of the functioning of the largest Christian monastery in Volyn.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. Mykola Kostomarov memoirs and correspondence about his stay in the Pochaiv Monastery,which reflect the life of the monastery after Volhynia became part of Russia,allow us to understand the confessional atmosphere in the newly annexed territories. They are a kind of source that will help novice scholars to understand the diversity of the historian s work, which is based on the documentary diversity of the era they are studying. Karazin Kharkiv National University.\u0000\u0000Methodologically, the study is based on the principles of historicism and objectivity and employs a variety of special historical methods, including chronological, comparative, and the method of internal and external source criticism.\u0000\u0000Academic originality. Fedir Shmit’s letters to his fiancée Pavla Shper from the library of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, dating to March 1904, are published for the first time. The author analyzes the contents of the scholar’s personal correspondence and the importance of his study of Byzantine artifacts and monuments in Ravenna, undertaken in March 1904, for his subsequent work.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. The article outlines the significance of Fedir Shmit’s letters from the CAL collection both for reconstructing the scholar’s biography and for assessing his contribution to Byzantinology. Personal correspondence throws light on Shmit’s study of Byzantine remains in Ravenna, the results of which are presented in the works of his Kharkiv period. The author deciphers the letters and provides commentary on individual fragments. One of the approaches of didactic research was associated with the attempts to mobilize the recipients emotionally.\u0000\u0000The purpose of the article is to study the appropriation of M. Kostomarov's didactic ideas among authors and critics of popular publications with an emphasis on their choice of repertoire of influence techniques on the emotions of the readers from the people.\u0000\u0000Methodology. The analysis is carried out in the theoretical framework of the concepts of \"emotional mobilization\" (M. Sher) and \"we-feeling\" (K. Bareiter).\u0000\u0000Scientific novelty. The article considers educational practices based on the ideas of M. Kostomarov and aimed at mobilizing the emotions of the readers of popular\u0000\u0000Conclusions. Appropriation of the techniques of influence on the imagination of the readers, used by M. Kostomarov, could be conscious and subconscious, occur directly or indirectly. Against the background of increasing politicization of public life and differentiation of the syncretic scope of historical \"folk literature\", there appeared requirements to localize the use of these techniques primarily for the development of historical fiction, as well as to reduce their use in didactic and popular science works. Methods of artistic influence on readers were used in various combinations. Their use allowed to project the expected emotions, and, as a result, to popularize scientific facts and evoke patriotic \"we-feelings\". The same techniques could contribute to the formation of different identities. S. Samokish. The artist's paintings are stored in many museum collections in Ukraine and Russia and in galleries of various collectors, and graphic works, books and magazines decorated with artistic illustrations enrich the funds of many libraries. The Central Scientific Library of Karazin University preserves unique editions of the artist, which are currently a bibliographic rarity.\u0000\u0000The methodological basis of the study is the problem-chronological method, which allowed to trace the sequence of origin, formation and development of creative activity of M. S Samokish. This method allowed to study and analyze a specific creative work of an illustrator in a certain period of time.\u0000\u0000The scientific novelty of the research lies in the coverage of book-illustrative publications from the fund of the Central Scientific Library. This allows you to popularize the library fund as a whole and determines its scientific, cultural and historical value. A specific bibliological study reveals the personal contribution of M. S. Samokysh to the development of book art in Ukraine.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. M. S. Samokysh is known, above all, as an excellent master of the battle genre, for which he was awarded silver and gold medals and awarded the title of Academician of the Academy of Arts.\u0000\u0000Also, it should be noted that M. S. Samokysh took part in the preparation and creation of albums on Ukrainian art. This is a famous art publication \"From Ukrainian antiquity\" in 1900 and a rare album \"Motives of Ukrainian ornament\", which was published in the early XX century.\u0000\u0000The vast majority of Samokish's works were performed in his favorite battle genre. Thus, the result of Nikolai Semenovich's trip to the front of the Russo-Japanese War was the album \"War 1904-1905: From the Diary of an Artist\" published in 1908. . The magazine \"The Great War in Images and Pictures 1914–1915\" of 1915 included the artist's front-line materials. Drawings and watercolors from nature, made directly on the fronts, serve as a kind of historical document of the turbulent war years.\u0000\u0000Of particular interest are the many illustrated books on the history of the royal army, military regiments, the coronation of the royal family and others. The historical essay on the history of the Grand Ducal and tsarist hunts in Russia and Russia is fascinating. A multi-volume study of individual regions of the Russian Empire at the end of the XIX century is quite significant.\u0000\u0000Artistic and graphic elements of book decoration - vignettes, letters, screensavers, endings, which worked on the painter and graphic artist M. Grounds, sports complexes and stadiums with stands for spectators, sporting goods stores, museums of various teams and clubs are important. These buildings began to appear in Central-Eastern Europe in the late ХІХ and early ХХ centuries.\u0000\u0000Purpose. The purpose of this study is comparison of knowledge transfer about football infrastructure in Lviv and Kharkiv.\u0000\u0000Research methodology. We understand concept of \"transfer of knowledge\" as a transfer of technologies developed in Western Europe to the football infrastructure of Lviv and Kharkiv with their implementation in the construction of appropriate sports facilities.\u0000\u0000Scientific novelty. In this work, for the first time, we made to compare the process of knowledge transfer about football infrastructure in two non-port cities – Lviv and Kharkiv, which were part of two different empires – Austria-Hungary and Russia. This makes it possible to clarify the factors that determined the specifics of the specified process, as well as to establish common features of the dissemination of information about the rules for arranging stadiums and football fields.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. In the largest city of Slobozhanshchyna, foreigners who worked at one of the factories created football ground. British and Belgians used his knowledge that they had received in their homeland. Even then, Kharkiv football fans used it as example for building their own playgrounds. In Lviv, the initiative to start sports infrastructure belonged to local residents. They were represented by sports clubs and educational institutions. An important way to spread knowledge about the development of football infrastructure in Lviv was the publication of brochures on this topic. In the late ХІХ – early ХХ century they were published in Polish and Ukrainian. {"title":"Analysis of kinetics of light scattering by cell suspection during aggregation: mathematical modeling of platelet disaggregation","authors":"O. Pertsov, V. P. Molecular mechanisms of platelet aggregation are actively studied by methods of molecular cell biology, biochemistry, applied physics, but the problem of modeling the dynamics of this process remains open. Mathematical modeling allows to establish quantitative indicators of aggregation kinetics, to analyze the results of scientific research and testing of blood samples in everyday medical practice. Known mathematical models of spontaneous reversible and irreversible platelet aggregation in a shear flow of different intensity are not suitable for analysis of data obtained by the most common laboratory method - light transmission aggregometry.\u0000\u0000Objectives. The aim of the work was to create a mathematical model of platelet aggregation that can adequately describe the reversible cell aggregation, in particular the disaggregation of platelets in suspension.\u0000\u0000Materials and methods. A mathematical model of induced platelet aggregation has been developed. The kinetic constants of the model were optimized by experimentally determined average platelet counts in the aggregate measured by light scattering. Kinetic curves of light scattering of platelet suspension during aggregation induced by physiological agonist ADP were obtained using a laser analyzer of platelet aggregation ALAT-2 \"Biola\".\u0000\u0000Results. The proposed mathematical model is suitable for modeling reverse aggregation of platelets due to taking into account the inactivation of cells using the time dependence and correction of the disaggregation term.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. The developed mathematical model complements the models of the dynamics of irreversible platelet aggregation and allows to analyze reversible aggregation. The model satisfactorily describes the experimental time dependences of the size of platelet aggregates obtained by light transmission aggregometry. The introduced additional parameter and the method of setting the term corresponding to inactivation have a much smaller effect on the dependences than the kinetic constants. Calculated by model and optimized according to experimental data at different temperatures rate constants allow to calculate the activation energies of the aggregation process. The use of matrix RM sensors, which are based on multichannel RM receivers of the millimeter wave range (MMW), makes it possible to realize the required speed of the CENS\u0000\u0000Objectives: The aim of the work is to optimize the number of multiplexed channels per one amplifying-converting path of a multi-channel RM receiver with linear multiplexing and separation of channels according to the form of signals.\u0000\u0000Materials and methods: As an optimization criterion in this work, it is proposed to use the gain in sensitivity obtained as a result of the use of a multichannel RM receiver with linear multiplexing and signal waveform separation in comparison with the sensitivity of a RM receiver with time division multiplexing.\u0000\u0000Results: As a result of the analysis of the process of functioning of a multichannel RM receiver with time division multiplexing in this work a relation was obtained for the sensitivity of an individual channel of a RM receiver with time division multiplexing.\u0000\u0000Conclusions: It can be concluded that it is optimal to create a matrix RM receiver based on combining 16 RM channels of the superheterodyne type into one amplifier-conversion path. In this case, the total number of amplifying-converting paths is equal to four. Currently, an important problem is the electromagnetic wave scattering modeling on the complex shape objects located on some underlying surface (this may be military equipment on bitumen/ grass, surface objects directly on the water). Such tasks are important when designing new inconspicuous equipment.\u0000\u0000The purpose of the work. Consider the existing and suggest improvements in the method solving of the problem of electromagnetic wave diffraction on the complex shape object, which is located on some underlying surface. In this case, the change in the electromagnetic parameters of the underlying surface should not lead to the need to re-calculate the field scattered from the object.\u0000\u0000Materials and methods. The diffraction problem is solved for the complex shape object, which is located on the underlying surface. The surface can be characterized by dielectric (and magnetic) permeability, complex reflection coefficient or surface impedance. In order to determine the resulting field for an object located on an arbitrary surface, the scattering problem is solved for cases when the object is located above an ideally conducting surface and above an ideal magnetic.\u0000\u0000Results. A modeling technique for the scattering of the electromagnetic waves by the complex shape objects located above an underlying surface is proposed. Numerical experiments have been caried out in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this technique.\u0000\u0000Conclusion. It is shown that the method proposed in the article allows to effectively calculate the contribution of different underlying surfaces in the resulting scattered field of the complex shape objects that are located on it. You do not need to simulate directly for an object over a specific surface each time. It is enough to carry out only three simulations: for an object in free space, and also when ideal conductor and ideal magnetic are used as the underlying surface.
