Rusman","doi":"10.29216/ueip.661441","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29216/ueip.661441","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to examine the influence of commitment and relationship satisfaction on franchisee loyalty through the level of importance of each variable dimension. It gives new perspective of how to reach franchisee loyalty through each dimension of commitment and relationship satisfaction. Dimensions of variable are focused on franchising and from franchisee perspective namely: franchisor attitude, raw material, payment method, franchisor support. Data is collected from questionnaire of 52 respondents and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of regression coefficient indicate that commitment has a significant effect by 0,014 which is lower than relationship satisfaction 0,473. The F test shows that commitment and relationship satisfaction jointly influence franchise loyalty while regression coefficient of R Square is 0,883. It indicates that the variable commitment and variable relationship satisfaction together affect the variable franchisee loyalty of 88.3%. This study aims to evaluate the role of think tanks on foreign policy with the case of Science and Politics Foundation, a German think tank. In this context, the effect of the Science and Politics Foundation, which has an active role in foreign policy, on foreign policy of the European Union was analyzed. In the study, the effect of the relevant think tank on foreign policy was tried to be revealed and analyzed through the descriptive analysis method over the available resources. It is found that there exists high female poverty ratio in both the districts due to lack of basic education. Education is negatively linked with the poverty level and higher levels of education will be more effective in poverty reduction. The results found that higher educational achievement in Jakhama, Tsiese Bawe, Yachem and Bura Namsang shows lower female poverty level. The paper then attempts to present the impact of education on employment, poverty and income using Linear-regression model. At this point, brand perception and customer satisfaction in fast food products show their influence on the process of whether to determine people’s preferences. This influence can be seen between the different generations as well. In addition, with the fast food sector gaining momentum, it can be seen that enterprises are more focused on innovation studies and customer relationship management issues. In this study, it is intended to examine and analyze customer satisfaction relationships and brand perception of the customers who prefer fast food products in X and Y generations. In line with this objective, with the survey conducted on 400 people in four different cities, brand perception, customer satisfaction and brand preferences of both X and Y generation customers are studied.
