The experimental results show that the PVA emulsion can significantly improve the compression strength of porous concrete whereas the effect of PP fiber is not obvious. When the content of emulsion or fiber is 1 wt. %, the abrasion loss of porous concrete decreased by 44.1 % or 54.1 %, respectively. The monitoring requirements of load electrical characteristics are more urgent with rapid increase in power energy demand. Aiming at the characteristics of non-linear group load operation of air conditioners, a systematic monitor project construction scheme is proposed. Firstly, the simulation software is used to build air-conditioning nonlinear group load model to observe characteristics and performance. Then, according to the energy characteristics of the nonlinear group load, the parameters and control variables, the data communication between the monitoring environment and the non-linear load operating simulation environment is designed, and the electrical characteristics of the nonlinear group load are monitored dynamically. Finally, the waveform analysis of the electrical characteristics is done and given the analysis result. These inclusions in steel cause stress concentration on the contact surface between inclusions and steel base, which result in a quenching crack and a decrease of fatigue strength. The inspection of inclusions in steel is high in demand, and is typically carried out manually. This study used a rule-based methodology to develop a division-making architecture for a digital evaluation system. The results from comparison experiments showed that the difference of evaluation grade between digital and manual evaluations was 0.5. Moreover, the time spent on digital evaluation was 30-50 times faster than manual evaluation. These two methods can quickly find the best processing parameters to obtain the best surface roughness and dimensional accuracy and reduce the research cost and save research time. In this research, the Taguchi robust process $L9 (3^{4})$ orthogonal table was used to find the individual optimized process parameters. The control factors used were spindle speed (RPM), feed (mm/min), and C-axis brake pressure (kg/$cm^{2})$.), the axial cutting depth, and then taking the surface roughness and dimensional accuracy as the characteristic indicators, and then the respective signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) is grayed out according to the experimental sequence to generate normalization, and the gray correlation coefficient is obtained. Further, a Multiple Performance Characteristic Index (MPCI) is obtained. Most of existing methods of this task are based on convolutional neural network (CNN), which have achieved good results in low-density scene. Usually, people who are far away from the camera appear to be denser and smaller, while those who are close to the camera are more sparse and larger, therefor, structure contains only CNN gives the poor performance in some high-density crowd scene because of the uneven distribution of the crowd through camera. To address this problem, this paper designs a CNN-RNN Crowd Counting Neural Network (CRCCNN), which introduces Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) structure, we use CNN structure to extract the features of the whole image, and use the LSTM structure to extract the contextual information of crowd region. Since LSTM has a good memory of the input information of sequential samples, it can predict the crowd density very well even for the high density population. Several data pretreatment methods were applied to improve the diagnosis accuracy. The best diagnosis accuracy of SVM model were all above 75% for any none, low, medium and high concentration stress based on the spectral band of second derivative. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study identifying Pb and Cd cross contamination by using hyperspectral images. The pulse train was amplified with an erbium-doped fiber amplifier, and its spectrum was broadened to the wavelength range from 1000 nm to 2000 nm.
