Abstract

In order to incentive ultrasonic guided waves and realized to locating detection of pipelines’ defects and dilaceration, this article designed a bridge type power amplifier of signal energized circuit base on FPGA, the frequency of energized circuit ranged from 0 to 200 kHz, the number of pulse period can be selected between 3-10, and the initial interval of pulse train ability to 20ms, bridge power amplifier circuit is able to output 500V peak value of positive and negative square wave voltage, signal source power can reach to 1000w. Experimental results showed that the design of this ultrasonic energized circuit’s hardware and soft ware is reasonable, the services out put stable and high precision signal, it also has small volume and easy to use, which is beneficial to the popularization and application of ultrasonic guided waves detection.
大脉冲功率超声导波激励电路的设计与研究
为了激励超声导波,实现对管道缺陷和膨胀的定位检测,本文设计了一种基于FPGA的桥式功率放大器信号激励电路,激励电路的频率范围为0 ~ 200 kHz,脉冲周期数可选3 ~ 10个,脉冲序列的初始间隔能力为20ms。桥式功放电路能够输出峰值500V的正负方波电压,信号源功率可达1000w。实验结果表明,该超声激励电路的硬件和软件设计合理,服务输出信号稳定、精度高,体积小、使用方便,有利于超声导波检测的推广应用。
