Thus, creating and delivering value is now one of the most crucial elements necessary for organizations to survive in the market. The creation of service value for the user is characterized by specificity due to the intangibility of the service itself, inseparable from its provider. Consumers are seeking autonomous experiences, and organizations must increasingly focus on meeting such expectations. Projection planning technologies can be applied in the catering sector to create an autonomous consumer experience and increase its value. The purpose of the article examining the possibilities of using projection planning in creating and presenting value to the consumer in the catering sector is to determine which methods of presenting projection planning technology would create the greatest value. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and improve methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the region in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. The article tests the authors’ hypothesis on the adequacy of substantiation of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the region, which leads to the significant implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The dependence of the calculations on the selected system of indexes and indicators that determine the current profile of the region is confirmed, it illustrates the state of the economy, human development and environmental safety relative to the reference (average, target, maximum possible under these conditions) state and vector, and also characterizes the direction and speed of the region towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The educational migration environment is examined across main components: educational migration capacity (characterizes educational and informational conditions); academic environment quality (characterizes educational-scientific conditions); educational migration motivation (shows socioeconomic, socio-demographic, and political conditions); cooperation of universities and industry in research (innovative conditions); and institutional conditions in the educational domain. The aggregate estimate of the components (integral index) shows the positions of the oblasts of the Carpathian region by the state of the educational migration environment. The conclusion on the objective need to monitor the condition of migration activity and form the system of its informational and analytical framework is made. The tools and measures to regulate educational migration are suggested to reduce the paces of educational migration and prevent possible losses of human capital. Implementation of suggested public policy measures will minimize the risks for the country and its regions caused by devaluation and loss of resources capacity and human capital of domestic higher education institutions and scientific schools and collapse of socio-cultural foundations of labor markets and educational services development. The main objectives of financial policy functioning are considered. The research used both general scientific methods and special approaches, namely analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, scientific abstraction, scientific generalization, graphic visualization, the combination of which made it possible to achieve the conceptual integrity of this scientific work. Its main goal is determined, which is to ensure the highest possible level of welfare of the population through the most efficient distribution of GDP between types and spheres of economic activity, territories, strata and population groups. Among the directions of financial policy, two main ones are highlighted: fiscal and monetary. Hladchuk, Olena Vinnychuk","doi":"10.15544/mts.2022.46","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15544/mts.2022.46","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract In the conditions of a changing economic environment, it is important not only to analyze the main indicators of the banking system, but also to clearly define the main factors that determine them. The aim of the article is to study the mutual influence of the main performance indicators of the banking system of Ukraine and macroeconomic indicators of Ukraine at the present stage of its operation to outline the main factors that will promote the formation of a methodology for studying the essence of the basic processes in the functioning of banks, identifying obstacles to their development and developing effective mechanisms to improve their further activities. As a result of the study, the authors developed a multifactor model of the influence of factors on the performance of banks and used the method of canonical correlations to find the maximum correlations between groups of variables. There is a close correlation between the performance of banks and macroeconomic indicators of the country. The results of the canonical analysis confirmed that the relationship between the selected performance indicators and the selected determinants should be studied in terms of individual performance indicators of banks to form a system of scenarios for the development of these indicators depending on selected factors using the scenario method. The possibility of achieving positive changes in the banking system of Ukraine by influencing the resulting indicators of each of the significant equations through the management of specific significant factor variables is analyzed.
