本研究致力于使用算法方法来开发利用生物能源资源。本文的目的是描述一种算法方法在提高国家节能系统中生物能源资源利用过程中的应用。作者描述了乌兹别克斯坦生物能源开发利用研究的各个阶段。提出的算法方法可用于提高国家节能系统中生物能源资源的利用。使用算法方法可以建立一个信息库,以便在生物能源发展领域作出健全的管理和技术决定,在区域和地方各级合理选择优先生物资源;在考虑对生物资源的需求和满足这些需求的可能性方面提供了复杂性。
