Simulation plays a key role in providing output that could be used to model the real-life. Queue patterns are studies from two perspective: (1) the stochastic method and (2) simulation technique. This paper spurs on discrete event simulation (DES) technique to investigate the assertions already made in queue model research works. Life-Data already collected from Johnson et al (2018) was used and simulation carried out using simmer package in R language. Findings validate the result of assertions made some research literatures. The purpose of this research is to give the achievement level of maturity level of Domain Planning and Organization (PO) and Acquire and Implement (AI) as well as to provide solution from each level of maturity based on Cobit 4.1 framework using governance application information technology using the Cobit 4.1 framework. This study does not address the domains of Deliver and Support and Monitor and Evaluate. This research uses a qualitative approach. The application created in this writing is desktop-based application. In the manufacturing process required initial design of the application that is presented through the interface design. This research is aimed at developing a traffic model that will predict a blocking probability for voice calls and handover calls blocking probability in mobile communication networks (GSM). The high number of block calls experience in mobile network, especially during the busy- hour as leads to poor Quality of Service (QOS) delivering in mobile network. The block calls experience in mobile network should be reduced (in line with NCC recommended value 2%) to a certain low values, to ensure good QOS. The developed traffic model is focused on new voice calls and handover calls in a cell. The developed traffic models are designed based on the number of channels resource available; these numbers of channels are partition into two segments in a cell network. The cell technology is homogenous in nature; therefore it is applicable to the entire mobile communication system. The analytical method is deployed, and the collection traffic data with equipment know as the Operation and Maintenance Center (OMC-counter) which is in built in the mobile communication network. The OMC-counter runs on Linux operation software, which helps to capture the number of arrival calls and service time in a specified interval. The arrival rate is assumed to be Poisson and the interarrival rate (the different between two arrival points or more) is also, assumed to be exponentially distributed and independence identical distributed. These parameters were assumed in the developed traffic model. The developed traffic models are blocking probability for voice calls and handover calls are shown in Equation (3) and (4). These traffic models are used to manage, a balance relationship between cost incurred in mobile communication by operators and service render to the mobile subscribers. Product acquisition represents a complex process that comprises time spent in corridors, product location and checkout queues. On the other hand, it is becoming increasingly difficult for retailers to keep their clients loyal and to predict their needs due to the influence of competition and the lack of tools that discriminate consumption patterns. In this article it is presented the proposal of an architecture and solution of an innovative system for the acquisition of products in grocery stores (Intelligent Cart). The Intelligent Cart explores emerging mobile technologies and automatic identification technologies (such as RFID) as a way to improve the quality of services provided by retailers and to augment the consumer value thus allowing to save time and money. The simulator which was implemented in Matlab draws from an earlier mathematical model of the FCCU, was used as a virtual FCCU for studying the dynamic response of the riser temperature (T rx ), the regenerator temperature (T rg ) and the regenerator flue gas oxygen concentration (O d ) to step changes in air flow rate (F a ), regenerated catalyst flow rate (F rc ), gas oil feed rate (F gr ). The results show strong interaction in FCCU variables, with F a affecting T rg and O d ; F rc affecting T rx, T rg and O d ; F gr affecting T rx , T rg and O d . A linearised state-space model based on the first-principle model was deduced and transformed to a 3x3 input-output model. Three channel interaction measures: Relative Gain Array (RGA), Effective Relative Gain Array (ERGA) and the Normalized Relative Gain Array (RNGA) were applied to the selection of FCCU control structure. All the measures point to a diagonal scheme with the following pairings: (T rx /F gr ), (T rg /F a ) and (O d /F rc ) ,for the decentralized control of the riser temperature, the regenerator temperature and the flue gas oxygen concentration respectively. The suggested control structure offers a high promise of stability, with a Niederlinski index (NI) of 101.79. This is due to the fact that, on daily basis new technologies arise which brings a great improvement on the design of computer architecture. However, attention was given to speed, run time and resource availability of the design machine to be used since lexical analysis has an impact on how the compiler works. This paper seeks to develop a lexical analyzer (scanner generator) automatically by specifying the lexemes patterns to a lexical analyzer generator and compiling those patterns into a code that functions as a lexical analyzer. The scanner accepts characters as input and breaks them down to produce tokens by grouping the characters and not deviating from specifications. The project employs one of the different methods of lexical analyzer generator to perform pattern-matching on text using regular expression over a global character set. The paper shows how input is matched and specifies what to do when a pattern is matched. This was achieved with the use of regular expressions (RE) which were converted to non-deterministic finite automata (NFA) or deterministic finite automata (DFA). The regular expression and the regular grammar were thus joined together mathematically. Various results are presented and further work on micro compilers was proposed. In this paper, we propose a novel hexapod robot design which involves the incorporation of a rotary encoder-embedded weight-bearing wheel to relax the stringent limitations on the choice of the robot’s joint actuator torques and the battery capacity. The results of the prototype implementation showed that our design inherits the merits of easy linear distance measurement via the embedded rotary encoder, low actuator torque and high payload capability from wheeled robots. This research work focus on implementation of a Fuzzy-Tuned PID controller around PIC18F2520 microcontroller, for the speed control of a Brushless direct current (BLDC) motor. Fuzzy logic is used to update the gains of the PID controller online. The results prove the superiority of the Fuzzy-tuned PID controller over its conventional counterpart as it has lower steady state errors and more robust to parameter variations and load disturbances. The kingdom of Saudi Arabia  (KSA) faces an acute water shortage due to arid climate and absence of permanent lakes and rivers. Ever-increasing imbalances are usually met by increasing water supplies, whereas the concepts of water-demand management have not been given due importance and weight age. Meeting the rapidly rising demand with scarce and depleting resources remains the critical issue. The main goal of this paper is showing; how Geographical Information Systems (GIS) can be used to support infrastructure  of demand water and waste-water. This paper places emphasizes on the urgency of adopting conservation and water-demand management initiatives to maintain demand supply relationship and achieve an acceptable balance between water needs and availability. Demand for water and waste-water infrastructure projects has remained  unaffected by the global financial crisis, and it continue to grow exponentially. Waste-water is a rapidly and globally expanding area of infrastructure development, that enables the sustainable re-use of scarce water resources for non-potable purposes in industry, agriculture, and greening. particularly in the agricultural sector-the largest and most inefficient user of water have been suggested. The paper suggests that the water-use-efficiency (WUE) in various sectors can be enhanced and improved in a local area of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The objective of this paper is to safeguard and conserve this precious natural resource through environmental enhancement  technologies for the future generations to come. It is presumed that water resources can be managed on sustainable basis by devising and employing environmental technologies including water conservation measures and develop water for sustainability and efficiency. To improve governance and management to the highest level. Provide water service to the Saudi people up to the level of developed countries whilst minimizing the fiscal burden. To develop and introduce technological and institutional innovations. To conserve and improve the environment.  The usefulness of these measures can be supplemented through the vibrant and viable extension and education initiatives and capacity building programs. In this work, three sets applications of GIS models have been produced. The geodatabase of district  areas  in Saudi Arabia including these layers of area, Subarea, cites, water in land, water area, land cover, roads, rail roads, elevations and mountains. Big Data term was know for the first time since 2005, and even before in Mesopotamia, in order to register the increased of their productions. But evolution erea of Big Data started at 20 century. Early data  are from 1887, when Herman Hollerith created a computer that read wholes made on a card to organize registered data. Every our device is connected with internet of things (IoT), from which we can use and collect data. Collected data can help business understanding consumer model and behaviors. But big data is more than that. Big Data can help schientifics to face global problems, and business to face the right decision. The best example how big data had changed our live are social media. Use of big data collected from social media network help business to understand consummator behavior, audience groups and their dedication on studied situation.  Our research focused in building an analysis informatic model, to analyse data collected from facebook pages.
