In this paper, we aim to analyze the strategic leadership of Prophet Muhammad by breaking down his leadership behaviors in different situations to identify his leadership qualities and styles as an outcome of psychological, personal, and cultural system. Also, to provide an evidence for the effectiveness of his leadership and his deservedness of being one of the top leaders in the history by applying the leadership code of Dave Ulrich on him. So, from this discussion, we have recognized the unique result of the Prophet Muhammad leadership that included unique vision, mission, values, and leadership styles. In relation, the existence of nazhir in waqf institution is become unique in the other form of the Islamic fund management philanthropy, namely zakat. Moreover, law no 41 of 2004 concerning on waqf stated that nazhir is a person and/or a legal entity that assigned to maintain and manage a waqf property. Furthermore, the law prescribes and clarifies who is entitled to inherit; to avoid feuds over the estate of the deceased person. The primary objective of this study is to explore steps of estate distribution and calculating shares of heirs on issues pertaining cases of Mafqud (Missing person), Hamli (Child in the womb) and Hermaphrodite (Khuntha). The science of inheritance involves rules and principle governing the distribution of property using a specific calculation based on Islamic jurisprudence. Besides, the results showed that Muslim Jurists have developed Mathematical formulas on Islamic inheritance to avoid misappropriation of property and guarantees that the right person gets what is rightfully theirs, it also prevents disputes and hostility among family members. Roadmap is outlined and system feedback loops are suggested, which in turn provides insights into factors such as time and conditions, based on which a supplication may be granted. It is shown that the topic of supplication, genuineness, and the level of self-growth are among the essential factors for the grant of a supplication. Supplication system is discussed to be a sub-system of prayer, which in turn is the sub-system of the holistic system of monotheism. {"title":"Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls: A Discourse Analysis of Gendered Colonial Violence in Canada","authors":"Tanya Pabla","doi":"10.15640/jisc.v9n2a2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15640/jisc.v9n2a2","url":null,"abstract":"By closely examining the MMIWG Final Report (2019), this MRP asks the question: What does an analysis of this official document reveal about gendered colonialism in Canada? Canada‘s 2019 Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Inquiry (MMIWG) Final Report identified the ―underlying social, economic, cultural, institutional and historical causes contributing to the ongoing violence and particular vulnerabilities of Indigenous women and girls in Canada‖ (Executive Summary, 2019, pg. 5). The paper begins by laying out critical Indigenous feminism as the theoretical framework and discourse analysis as the methodology. Sections 1 and 2 of this MRP focus on an analysis of the Final Report. The first section provides an overview of the national inquiry and its expanded definition of violence as gendered and colonial. The second section examines the final report‘s (2019) framework for ending gendered colonial violence and the report‘s calls for justice by focusing on how to hold the government and legal institutions accountable. The MRP then concludes with an analysis of mainstream and Indigenous receptions of the final report with a focus on news media stories. This MRP argues that gendered colonial violence endures because Canadian political and legal institutions have remained committed to (re)producing colonial violence by framing violence against Indigenous women as a cultural or individual problem rather than a systemic problem. The paper explores how gendered colonial violence continues due to the failure by Canada and its institutions to make the necessary changes required (socially, economically, culturally) in order to end gendered violence against Indigenous women and girls. The restoration process of a heritage goes further than preserving or repairing the building, as it includes restoring the building to its original form by applying the mechanisms and methodologies that are effective in maintaining the building in such form . This research aims to highlight the importance of the history in guiding the restoration process of the heritage projects. This research has selected the As-Sayyid Hashim Mosque in Gaza City as a case study due to the significance of the grave of the grandfather of the Prophet Muhammad located inside the mosque. The researcher followed the field reconnaissance to understand the depth of the historical study that guided the restoration process, and whether the outcome of the restoration process was compatible with the original form. Some types of Crypto currency include ripple, ethereum, litecoin, monero, zcash, and bitcoin. The use of bitcoin as a means of payment in online trading transactions in the era of disruption 4.0 became widespread and unstoppable, even though the Government has banned the practice. This study aims to get an overview of the bitcoin Crypto currency, implementation of online goods and services transactions, and the validity of its use in commodity futures trading according to the perspective of Islamic law. This research is a literature study and is qualitative. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-analytical with a normative juridical Islamic law approach. The results show that the implementation of online buying and selling transactions using bitcoin in Indonesia is following Islamic law because the terms, conditions, and procedures for using bitcoin are not much different from online transactions using e-money in general. AlQahtani’s works on WB asserts that Muslims who live in a non-Muslim land and under non-Islamic political system that is solely based on Sharīʿah law must emigrate or perform hijrah to Muslim lands. He added that Muslims who willingly accept the rule of non-Muslims and live under any rule other than the Sharīʿah are committing acts that nullifies their faith and tantamount to violation of the creed of WB. This paper challenges Al-Qahtani’s argument on the obligation of hijrah in the contemporary period.
