In addition, a theoretical equation for predicting desk illumination through sensor values was produced. However, the desk illumination measured through the theoretical formula had a disadvantage of 70% accuracy and could not consider the blinds in the classroom. Machine learning was conducted to solve these shortcomings. Since constructing a machine learning dataset through actual measurement has time and space limitations, a simulation was produced to construct a dataset. As a result of comparing the produced simulation and the measured value, there was an error within 5%, which was used as machine learning data. There are a total of 192 sets and 1,728 data of natural light sensor values and classroom desk illumination values measured by changing direction, blind use, season, and time through simulation. As a result of learning this through the XGBoost regression model, the simulation value showed an accuracy of 95.4%, and the actual measurement value showed an accuracy of 95.2%. I got the same conclusion. First, it was found that there needed to be more opportunities to observe the presented equations in terms of the expression connection aspect, express them as phenomena, and interpret new expressions, mathematical relationships, and thought processes. Second, from the viewpoint of the expression transformation aspect, the purpose of transforming the expression was mostly the process of deriving the value of the expression. This formula is derived using the coordinates in the complex plane, the geometrical property of the ellipse, and the Siebeck-Marden theorem rather than the projective transformation and Affine transformation used in the conventional formula derivation. Through this paper, the following results can be obtained. Firstly, we calculated the area of inellipse of triangle related to the ratio of a divided triangle edge determined by the tangency point. Secondly, we derived the area and the ratio of a divided triangle edge of various well-known inellipses of triangle. Thirdly, we reconfirmed that the Steiner inellipse has the maximum area among all inellipses of triangle. This research established the relationship between the area of inellipse of triangle and the Siebeck-Marden theorem, which gives the two foci of inellipse. To further explore this, an artificial intelligence-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model was constructed using Gram staining pattern data of intestinal microbes, and its usability was confirmed. In order to investigate the effect of intestinal inflammation on individual health, silkworm moth larvae were fed Dextran Sulfate Sodium (DSS) along with mulberry leaves, and the concentration of DSS was varied. The experimental group exhibited a low distribution ratio of Proteobacteria at the Phylum level, while the control group had a high distribution ratio. The opposite trend was observed in Firmicutes, which was confirmed by changes in the Gram staining pattern at the sub-classification stage. The experimental group had a lower species diversity index compared to the control group, suggesting a significant effect of the DSS solution treatment on individual health. As a result, cocoon formation occurred more rapidly in the experimental group, and the rate of molting increased with weight gain. The CNN algorithm model was developed using big data on Gram staining patterns of intestinal microbes from both the experimental and control groups. Verification using the validation group demonstrated high accuracy. Through this, we tried to find an educational implications for the global science experiment and inquiry contest, which can change the perception of science and provide positive experiences about science for gifted students. As a result of this study, before participating ASEAN+3 Junior Science Odyssey, gifted students who had no experience in international exchange or science-related competitions, had a typical image of scientists, and had no experience conducting experiments autonomously at school. Through the experimental activities held in JSO, they realized the joy of the experiment to reveal knowledge and principles, and showed changes in their perception about science, such as changing image of scientists and showing confidence and interest in their careers in science and engineering. However, it was found that experience in terms of science-related self-concepts, such as self-efficacy and self-esteem was somewhat insufficient. Following 3-(4,5- dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, the cell growth was highly inhibited below 1 μM albendazole treatment, and the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) values were especially lower in the HCT-116, A549 and AGS cancer cell lines, compared with others cell lines. A high incidence of cells with activity of senescence-associated ß-galactosidase was also observed in the albendazole-treated cells. Thus, the albendazole treatment was effectively induced the inhibition of cell growth in both cancer and normal cell lines. Moreover, the cell doubling time was significantly lower in the HCT-116, A549 and AGS cancer cell lines with lower IC50 values, compared with others cell lines. The Naju Eupseong Dongjeommun Gate, which was built in the Goryeo Dynasty, was restored in 2002, but a heterogeneous stone material that showed a significant difference from the original stone of the fortress wall, was used as the restoration stone. This study aims to clarify the difference between raw stones and restored stones by the investigation of the petrological features of the stone materials for the Naju Eupseong Dongjeommun Gate, and to estimate the provenances of the raw stones through the geologic survey. In addition, replacement stones that can be used for when the Naju Eupseong Dongdaemun Gate is renovated are presented. As a result of measured magnetic susceptibility and visual observation, the stone materials of the Naju Eupseong Dongjeommun Gate consist of granodiorite, and granite gneiss. Compared to the original stone, the restored stone is judged to be a granite, which shows a clear difference in the petrographical features such as the results of visual observation and the magnetic susceptibility. As a result of the geologic survey around Naju Eupseong Walled Town, the area of Geumseongsan Mountain in Naju is presumed to be the source of the original stones. In 「Waste Book」, Isaac Newton presented three pictures and equations under the title of ‘Invention of figures for reflection’, this study proposed the three step program for teaching and learning using Newton’s work. The first step is the proof of Newton’s equations. The second and third steps are mathematical proofs of three questions about reflection in conic curves and physics proofs using Fermat’s principle. The three questions about reflection of conic curve are: 1. Does a ray parallel to the optical axis travel toward the focal point after reflecting in a parabola. 2. Does a ray traveling toward a focus travel toward the other focus after reflecting off the hyperbola? 3. In this study, the inscribed prolate spheroid of a tetrahedron was explored using the geometric properties of the ellipse. Through this study, the following research results were obtained. First, we revealed the positional relationship between the two foci of the inscribed prolate spheroid of the tetrahedron. Second, we found that any point inside the tetrahedron becomes the focal point of an inscribed prolate spheroid. Third, we revealed that there are infinitely many inscribed prolate spheroids of a tetrahedron. In this study, triangles, parallelograms, spherical digons, and spherical triangles in the studies of Park et al.(2020), Park et al.(2021), Yoon et al.(2021), and Shin et al.(2022) were explored by expanding them into tetrahedron. In addition, the inscribed ellipse in the study of Park et al.(2020), Park et al.(2021), Yoon et al.(2021), and Shin et al.(2022) was explored by expanding it into inscribed prolate spheroid.
