This system is based on KMART neural network that realizes clustering, and original Fuzzy classification algorithm on the base of Fuzzy ART network that realizes classification. Both algorithms share their weights. Uncontrolled system has two separate flows: by first one we influence structure of categories (plasticity) and second one classifies without possibility to influence defined structure (stability). The paper shows legitimacy of such an approach with regard on quality and speed of classification.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129282952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is the only one possible method of location in mobile devices (notebook, tablet or smartphone) which are not equiped with a navigation system such as GPS - other known methods such as IP or cellular network location are not commonly used in applications due to their high inaccuracy. The location accuracy has a key role for usability of applications offering location based services (LBS) because a lot of them, widely used by public, are dependent on a very accurate location. Therefore the main goal of this article is an analysis of accuracy of WiFi geolocation services used by web applications in current web browsers. Measurement of accuracy of WiFi geolocation services and comparison between them is the result of this article.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130286842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Issue of high available services is very actual today. Redundancy is usually solved by the Spanning Tree Protocol on the 2nd layer of ISO/OSI model. This paper is dedicated to redundancy on 3rd layer of ISO/OSI model. The goal of paper is to explore possible solutions for the default gateway redundancy to increase availability of external networks. The survey is focused on FHRP (First Hop Redundancy Protocol) protocols, description of their functionality, network communication, and basic configuration. Next aim of the paper is comparison of these protocols and real time measurements of protocol performance. Outcome of the paper is functional description of HSRP, VRRP and GLBP protocols. Meaning of parameters in communication messages of HSRP and VRRP protocols is explained further. Paper contains basic configuration for every protocol with brief explanation of configuration commands. Measurements delay of choosing new active gateway has been performed on physical topology with physical devices. Latest version of FHRP was used during these measurements. The measured results indicate that performance of tested FHRP protocols is almost equivalent.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125753675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To decrease this cost, increasing the efficiency of loading containers is very important, and this problem mainly named as Container Loading Problem(CLP). There are many researches about CLP with different type of approaches. In the literature, solutions are generally lined up as Heuristic and Meta-Heuristic approaches. Simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is a meta-heuristic approach. The most important advantage of SA is avoiding from local optimums. In this paper, a single CLP is solved by using simulated annealing algorithm. Proposed system algorithm and experimental results are presented. These results showed that SA is an acceptable solution approach for CLP type problems.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121890649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two main aspects of credit risk management are analyzed. The first aspect of this paper discusses techniques for reducing the risk of investments using standard commercial bank methods for client scoring. The second aspect deals with social, political and development components of investment. In this paper, ontology is used to enable the implementation of domain knowledge to support decision-making and client scoring in government development funds. Authors propose an integrated ontological model for evaluating client applications, which incorporates both: the default risk of investment and the development component of the investment.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129095527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An initial model is estimated during people detection and tracking, which will be refined during the re-identification. This stepwise extraction, combination and comparing of features speeds up the whole re-identification. For the refining, several saliency maps are used to extract individual features. These individual features are located separately for any human body part. The body parts are located with an optimized GPU-based HOG detector. Furthermore, we introduce a meanshift-based fusion concept which utilizes multiple detectors in order to increase the detection reliability.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"831 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123291598","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here, we propose a programming pattern that functions as a full-duplex listening structure, and apply it to implement tools for DDS monitoring and analysis. The full-duplex listening structure allows each of the multiple modules to independently perceive events, and then determine appropriate behavior for each event. Because this structure implements event-generating and event-consuming processes in parallel, it reduces development time and cost.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128391097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rapid progress of data collection and the web technologies yield tremendous growth of flowing data in various complex forms that need to be analyzed on fly. Traditional data mining methods typically that require to process data by scanning it multiple times are infeasible for stream data applications. However, new techniques like SPRING attempts to solve these challenges by identifying sequences of patterns on time series streams, whose time and space complexity are linear. Unfortunately, SPRING does not support normalization. As many researchers accepted that normalization is necessary, so SPRING is not applicable for most data sets. In this paper, we are proposing an approach called NSPRING based on SPRING. NSPRING extends the advantages of SPRING, e.g. low in time and space complexity, while it can support normalization. More interestingly, NSPRING retains similar mining accuracy to SPRING.","PeriodicalId":435053,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 15th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129849194","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
