No-reference quality assessment is required for a number of applications such as quality assessment of image acquisition, enhancement and communication scenarios. Conventionally the problem is addressed by extracting natural scene statistics but recent development of deep learning has paved the way of deep learning based methods. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) has shown surprising performance for the task of visual classification but they have some inherent limitations such as high computational requirements, limitations of scalability and model variance. Ensemble learning methods are used to improve the generalization performance of machine learning methods but their application to CNN is limited due to their already high computational requirements. We have proposed an approach to train a single CNN model with a learning rate scheduler and save its training states at regular intervals. These saved model states are treated as base models and some of them are selected to construct ensemble with weighted averaging. Many of them recovered but the people who lose their lives because of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) are not in a low amount. These reactions are happened because of the Pharmaceutical Drugs. The Pharmaceutical drugs contains side effects which are known and written on the prescription of the drugs but some side effects are unknown to the doctor, patients, pharmacist and the pharmaceutical company. These reactions are sometimes very dangerous and causes the death of patients. These Adverse Reactions can be prevented by the some surveys and trials. The Pharmacovigilance is the study which helps us to prevent from ADRs. Pharmacovigilance consists of phases which are known as pre marketing surveillance and post marketing surveillance. The pharmacovigilance systems are made to make it easy to take the surveys and trials of the ADRs caused by the Pharmaceutical drugs. The Pharmacovigilance system gets the surveys from patients, hospitals staff or the pharmacovigilance workers. After filling and submitting the surveys the drug regulatory authorities and the Pharmaceutical companies can get these surveys and find out causes of reaction. Fabric fault detection is very popular topic of automation moreover quality control is one of the important features in textile industry. The performance of the projected idea is evaluated by using different techniques of patterned fabric images with different types of common fabric defects. Moreover detection methods were also evaluated in real time using a model automation specification system. This research paper will be useful for both researchers and practitioners in the field of image processing and computer vision to understand the uniqueness of the different defect detection methods. The recognition receives a digital fabric image from the image acquisition device and transforms it to a binary image using the restoration and threshold methods. This research presents a technique that decreases physical exertion. This image processing method was performed using “MATLAB 7.10”. Reason of using IT based healthcare systems are twofold. First of all, they provide a much better source and reliable means of sharing information among organizations. Secondly, they offer economic benefits and make life easier for health providers as well as patients. Healthcare is a wide and complex domain. During the development of such complex software using agile methodologies most of the softwares lose their quality standards. The main focus of software developers is to develop and release a build as early as possible, which obviously impacts the quality of software. Our research proposes a SCRUM based model that helps software developers to build healthcare systems, in parallel it will enhance and maintain desired quality standards with the use of knowledge management techniques. In our study, we conducted an experimental research to test the correctness and validity of proposed approach. Busy airports in the world have to manage a large number of flights per hour. Even, within a minute many flights land and takeoff. So, Airport Apron Management System must be efficient and error free. In this paper, we have presented the Smart Airport Apron Management System for managing flights landing, parking and takeoff. The system supports operations like finding free parking space, total allocated or free slots, flights handling and information display using lights. We have modeled the heterogeneous sensors of the system and their interaction with the system using Internet of Things (IoT). All the operations statically and dynamically are modeled in Vienna Development Method Language (VDM-SL) to provide proof of correctness of the proposed system. Specifically, this paper emphasizes on external factors in influencing the Malaysian undergraduates' intention on becoming a social entrepreneur. The Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) was used as an underpinning theory to support the proposed conceptual model. Quantitative research method was used in this study. The sample consisted of 600 respondents, which comprises of undergraduates of Malaysian private universities. Likert scale questionnaire were distributed to the respondents to complete. The collected data were analysed using SPSS software and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Based on the research findings within this paper, some of the external factors greatly affect an undergraduate's intention on becoming a social entrepreneur in the future. The stated external factors are opportunity recognition and access to finance. The previous studies focused mostly on theoretical aspects of internet lending. However, the existing literature does not seem to catch up the practical implications. Based on liquidity constraints theory and intertemporal consumption model, this study analyzes the motivation of Internet lending. Secondly, it constructs the Probit model to examine empirically the influencing factors of college students' loan selection in China. The results depict that by adopting internet lending, not only the consumers' motivations are increased but also it will improve personal utility through borrowing. Moreover, consumers consider the real interest rate in addition to the transaction cost before borrowing. Traffic matrix estimation is generally a complicated task for a large scale IP network, therefore, we involved neural networks for the intelligent and accurate estimation of it. The technology provides various services in terms of storage, deployment, web services etc. however the expand of these services and the tremendous increase of user demand has resulted in many challenges to keep up the performance in line with QoS measurement and SLA document provided by cloud providers to enterprises. This expand resulted in challenges such as load balancing. Besides that, user's requirements became hard to fulfil in terms of response time and deadline regarding task scheduling. To address these challenges, this research proposes an optimized algorithm with the use of Machine Learning Classification technique based on deadline constraints. The main objective of the proposed algorithm is to enhance the efficiency, optimize the server resources by considering the priority of different users' tasks and avoid server breakdown.
