One of the key challenges for SDNs is to provide strategies for delay-efficient traffic forwarding in mesh. In particular, unlike the naïve strategies, the key challenge is to ensure that, besides avoiding overloading particular links, the available link resources are adequately utilized to minimize communication delays. This thesis proposes a sophisticated SDN assisted strategy by applying the principles of Shapley value. Specifically, the proposed strategy forms coalitions of links to calculate a route that is delay efficient. We demonstrate the applicability of the proposal by using Matlab and compare the results with naïve approaches.","PeriodicalId":434612,"journal":{"name":"2019 13th International Conference on Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science and Statistics (MACS)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116736865","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These transactions are then securely stored as blocks in the form of a chain. This is a continuous growing list of blocks and the transactions are executed by using cryptographic protocols. The point to be noted is that there is no need of any third party to perform the transaction, only the concerned stakeholders are involved. The study in this paper suggests the innovative use of Block chain platform and discusses the implementation process in the Project Management office (PMO) scenario. The main responsibility of PMO in an organization is to deliver projects on time while overcoming the risks and mitigations. Similarly, Financial Capitalization and Cash flow are also significant processes. So, different key roles of PMO are presented along with the concerned stakeholders. Each stakeholder is referred to as a particular node of our Block Chain system. In this study we would discuss and share the proof of implementation of Project Life Cycle with an existing Block chain ledger platform. It is concluded after reviewing the latest stuff in the subjected area that Block chain based Hyperledger platforms by Linux Foundation are getting maturity day-by-day. Thus, contributing towards another revolution in Financial, Management and Technical processes. Online reviews are rapidly growing and a popular source of UGC, which help customers in evaluating the quality of product and making purchase decisions. However, distilling the required information from the massively increasing volume of reviews becomes difficult for customers. Therefore, it becomes an important issue to identify helpful review accurately. The review helpfulness prediction has attracted growing attention of researchers that proposed various solutions using statistical and Machine Learning (ML) techniques. This paper aims to review the existing literature on review helpfulness prediction, to identify data sources, ML techniques and potential challenges. The review helpfulness prediction was equally taken as both regression and classification task by previous studies. However, the definition of helpfulness for each task varies significantly. Most of the studies used online reviews from Amazon to predict helpfulness. The comparison of state-of-the-art techniques and challenges will give a quick overview to researchers about the existing state of research on review helpfulness prediction.","PeriodicalId":434612,"journal":{"name":"2019 13th International Conference on Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science and Statistics (MACS)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115087754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The game was chosen as a tool and domain by us to research over effective computing as we found out that it is very effective in penetrating the emotional system of the human via machine. Authors have gathered their experiences through our questionnaires that we provided to them after they have done playing games. These questionnaires gave us insight and helped us to make decisions. It provided us with a way to examine the type of game which people like to play more. As everyone likes to play games, but which type of game one prefers to play and why was an important issue to deal with in order to do our research over effective computing in games? As discussed above, that everyone likes to play games, authors have endeavored not to target any particular user or aged group and ensured not to take users from any specific environment or background. This research study is for everyone or to say, for general users. This study also examines whether the effective computing has produced positive impacts on learning abilities of the user or not.
