The article focuses on the role of training in higher education, which is the basis for the rapid development of the economy, which is currently oriented in Uzbekistan to reforms in the system of higher education. At the same time, the emphasis is on international cooperation in higher education and the priorities of these reforms in order to improve the quality of education by adapting the higher education system to modern requirements for the training of highly qualified personnel who simultaneously meet the requirements of the time in the world with the processes of globalization and integration. Today, Uzbekistan has established good partnerships with many developed countries in the field of higher education. Uzbekistan has branches of leading higher education institutions in a number of developed countries. The role of the Russian Federation in these partnerships is of particular importance. The article provides a preliminary analysis of the philosophical and psycho-logical views of the Russian thinker of the XIX century Nikolai Strakhov on the problem of the subject. His reflections and conclusions are the experience of deep anthropology of personality which remain relevant in our time. The Strakhov’s approach was based on the Cartesian \"cogito, ergo sum\", but was supplemented by his peculiar pro-visions regarding the role of man as a \"spectator of the world\" and his central position in the system of the universe. The phenomenon of the subject was considered by Strakhov negatively and cannot be represented in terms of positive knowledge. The peculiarity of Strakhov’s anthropology can be considered in the context of not only later phenomenology, but also of the actual \"postmodern\" view of the problem of sub-jectivity.","PeriodicalId":434226,"journal":{"name":"RESEARH RESULT. This article examines the possibility of constituting a civilization/culture as a collective socio-historical actor, primarily as an alternative between the conceptual extreme positions that we respectively call the realism and nominalism. It is important to find out whether the signifiers of “culture” and “civilization” can actually mark a real culture and civilization. Our principal question is examined within comparative consideration with the notion of the nation, and it is further tested against the question to display ability of practical, historical action. For this purpose, a number of different historical examples are considered, where civilization, in particular: European, could or could not appear as a collective actor. The result of the research is that due to their socio-psychological primacy, the national identifications have an advantage over wider and “more abstract” and remote – civilizational ones. Nevertheless, civilizational collective identification remains a permanent possibility of collective organization of social reality, when favorable historical conditions present.","PeriodicalId":434226,"journal":{"name":"RESEARH RESULT.
