Among these areas is the transportation sector. Autonomous systems in the transportation sector are mostly developed for road vehicles, but highway rules and standards different between countries. In this study, models capable of semantic segmentation have been developed for autonomous railway vehicles with the help of the public dataset. Four different U-Net models were trained with 8500 images for four different scenarios. The model trained for binary semantic segmentation reached mean Intersection over Union (mIoU) value of 89.1%, while the models trained for multi-class semantic segmentation reached 83.2% mIoU, 79.7% mIoU and 29.6% mIoU. Information about the inclusion of high-resolution images in model training and performance metrics in semantic segmentation studies shared.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48014657","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the practical part, the execution of the attack itself largely depends on the database management system, so the displayed syntax is intended only for the MySQL database management system. Example of an automated attack will be executed on SQLmap in a Linux Kali virtualized environment. In this paper, the Bat algorithm is combined by the Lévy flight distribution to find out the global optimum codebook. The Lévy flight distribution is combined by the local search procedure. Therefore most of the time the bat concentrate on the local area for specific food while it rarely flies to the different parts of the field for better food opportunities. This process strongly guides the bat on the global minimum way and offers better food, then the bat flies to that direction. Consequently, if a bat is captured by a local minimum point accidentally, the Lévy flight step provides a chance to escape from it easily. Numerical results suggest that the proposed Lévy flight based Bat algorithm is better than the classical ones and provides the global optimum codebook for image compression.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69414401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims the possibility of some statistical tools based on laboratory control charts to monitor assessors in wine sensory analyses done in the certification procedure. The data of control charts and reliable results were processed, and individually the results of \"100 points\" and \"Yes/No\" methods. The possibility of checking the consistency and concordance of the assessors using wine faults descriptors is also presented. It has been observed that the Chi-square test and some graphical statistics, such as scatter with correlation analysis, can be a good tool in assessors monitoring. The results of sensory analyses affect the wine declaring, and therefore, continued development of technical conditions and tools in the monitoring of assessor's performance is expected to reduce subjectivity and potential errors.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47339368","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Deepfakes can be used for many malpractices such as blackmail, politics, social media, etc. These can lead to widespread misinformation and can be harmful to an individual or an institution’s reputation. It has become important to be able to identify deepfakes effectively, while there exist many machine learning techniques to identify them, these methods are not able to cope up with the rapidly improving GAN technology which is used to generate deepfakes. Our project aims to identify deepfakes successfully using machine learning along with Heart Rate Analysis. The heart rate identified by our model is unique to each individual and cannot be spoofed or imitated by a GAN and is thus susceptible to improving GAN technology. To solve the deepfake detection problem we employ various machine learning models along with heart rate analysis to detect deepfakes.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69414439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of papers that have studied emotion estimation. In this study, a dataset based on three different emotions, utilized to classify feelings using EEG brainwaves, has been analysed. In the dataset, six film clips have been used to elicit positive and negative emotions from a male and a female. However, there has not been a trigger to elicit a neutral mood. Various classification approaches have been used to classify the dataset, including MLP, SVM, PNN, KNN, and decision tree methods. The Bagged Tree technique which is utilized for the first time has been achieved a 98.60 percent success rate in this study, according to the researchers. In addition, the dataset has been classified using the PNN approach, and achieved a success rate of 94.32 percent.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69414435","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the study is to identify the effects that the individual elements of citizens’ satisfaction with public urban transport services have on public urban transport quality ratings. To accomplish the study’s objective and purpose, and to prove the main hypothesis that there is a statistically strong and positive relationship between quality ratings and satisfaction with public urban transport, numerous scientific methods have been applied, in particular the survey method, the method of analysis and synthesis, and the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics. The study’s main finding points to the low quality of Rijeka’s public urban transport system and to the low level of satisfaction of citizens with the system. A statistically strong and positive relationship was found between quality ratings and the satisfaction of citizens with public urban transport services. Citizens are the least satisfied with the frequency of public transport intensity and the availability of urban transport in evening.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69414630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The motivation for the work emanated from the educational use of these tools at the college and university level, but with a perspective to their professional and scientific use as well. Their performance is tested by measuring the execution times of several combined-task benchmarks implemented as test functions, built upon nine common numerical tasks that are often found in programs for solving standard engineering problems. They include basic algebra and matrix calculations, signal generation, signal analysis, and storing and retrieving data to and from the hard disk drive. Although MATLAB outperforms Scilab in all the benchmarks except the disk file manipulations, in the presumed vectorization versions of the benchmarks, it is not for much. The overall performance of the freeware rival is very satisfactory, making it a good choice not only for educational use but also for scientific and professional purposes, especially when funding is critical.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47991049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This requires the analysis of the effect of the wind power plants have on the power system in connection with the network. The wind produces energy-dashed and variable power, which can cause some disruptive effects. In this study, a short circuit analysis was performed using the DIgSILENT PowerFactory program. Minimum short circuit analysis calculations have been performed for 15 wind turbines and 19 bus-bar wind power plants. The error current has been reduced to a minimum by changing the transformer connection and ground resistance for the most commonly encountered phase-to-ground short circuit analysis. This application has been developed against more complex and costly methods. This prevents the generators from switching to island mode after a phase-to-ground short circuit current is affected by the fault.","PeriodicalId":43419,"journal":{"name":"TEHNICKI GLASNIK-TECHNICAL JOURNAL","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.2,"publicationDate":"2022-09-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69414395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
