XYZ. This study aims to determine the factors causing the decline in productivity in the packing warehouse area. The first step of the research is to analyze the input data using a Pareto diagram. The source of problems that occur from outside the packing area are four cases, namely Canceled Delivery, Part Received Without Documents, No Stock and Quality Issue. Meanwhile, for problems that occur from internal packaging, there are two, namely the No Packaging Box and No Operator Entering. By using the Ishikawa diagram and 5 whys, the sources of problems that occur in the internal packing area are analyzed further and obtained several sources of problems that contribute greatly to the decline in productivity in the packaging area, namely the process of purchasing packaging boxes which takes quite a long time and long working hours from the packaging team. Some of the solutions for internal problems offered include changing the carton box procurement process using blanket orders, upgrading the team leader's capabilities with order and budget monitoring capabilities, proposing changes in the production flow for semi-finished goods and a proposal to create a temporary warehouse for semi-finished goods. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penerapan dari alat pengendalian qualitas dalam lingkup peningkatan produktivitas bagian pengepakan di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab penurunan produktivitas diarea gudang pengepakan. Langkah awal penelitian dengan menganalisa data masukan menggunakan diagram Pareto. Sumber masalah yang terjadi dari luar area pengepakan ada empat kasus yaitu Pengiriman Dibatalkan, Part Diterima Tanpa Dokumen, Stock Tidak Ada dan Ada Issue Kualitas. Sementara untuk masalah yang terjadi dari internal pengepakan ada dua yaitu Box Pengemas Tidak ada dan Operator Tidak Masuk. Dengan menggunakan diagram Ishikawa dan 5 whys , sumber masalah yang terjadi di internal area pengepakan dianalisa lebih lanjut dan diperoleh beberapa sumber masalah yang berkontribusi besar terhadap penuruan produktivitas di area pengepakan yaitu proses pembelian box pengemas yang memakan waktu cukup lama dan jam kerja yang panjang dari tim pengepakan. Adanya suatu model pengukuran penerimaan e-marketplace akan sangat membantu para pelaku bisnis di bidang tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja produk jasa yang ditawarkannya, yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu Lazada. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh penerimaan pengguna aplikasi e-marketplace Lazada berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang disebar secara random kepada pengguna e-marketplace Lazada. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda. Agar tidak terjadi kondisi tersebut, maka dibuatlah model persediaan yang memasukaan unsur backorder, dengan harapan tidak terjadi kekurangan bahan baku, jikapun terjadi maka diberi penalti yang cukup besar. Chitosan Edible film (CEF) berpotensi digunakan sebagai media untuk drug delivery system. Sebagai contoh obat antibiotik digunakan asam salisilat. Untuk mengendalikan karakteristik edible film dan laju pelepasan obat (drug release), proses taut silang (crosslinking) perlu ditambahkan dalam pembuatan edible film dari kitosan dengan NaTPP sebagai crosslinker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh crosslinker NaTPP terhadap sifat fisik CEF. Tahapan percobaan pada penelitian ini adalah: (1) pembuatan CEF dengan variasi NaTPP (0; 0,05; 0,1; 0,2% m NaTPP/V larutan, (2) menganalis sifat fisik CEF yang diukur adalah kuat tarik, persen pemanjangan, dan swelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan NaTPP mempengaruhi sifat fisik CEF. CDRC (Characteristic Drying Rate Curve) and REA (Reaction Engineering Approach) adalah salah satu model mekanistik untuk mencari kondisi fisis di semua bagian, yang tidak bisa dilakukan oleh model empirikal. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan cara simulasi menunjukkan profil temperatur dan kadar air pada jaringan mangga yang telah divalidasi berdasarkan literatur. Mean square error dan nilai variasinya menunjukkan kemiripan antara kadar air dan temperatur. Data eksperimen untuk REA menggunakan temperatur pengeringan 338K dan nilai Y pada 0,0134kg H2O/kg udara kering. CDRC dibagi menjadi dua pendekatan model, Constant Rate Period (CRP) dan Falling Rate Period (FRP) pada temperatur 338K. Penentuan energi aktivasi relatif diperoleh sebagai jumlah kadar air yang hilang, pada temperatur 328K. Hasil yang ditunjukkan model CDRC dan REA relatif sama, dimana CDRC lebih mendekati data eksperimen. Di samping memberikan keuntungan, perkembangan industri juga memberikan dampak negatif berupa limbah logam berat. Ada beberapa metode pengolahan limbah elektroplating yang diteliti pada penelitian ini, yaitu : metode elektrodeposisi, elektrokoagulasi dan metode koagulasi hidroksida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode dan kondisi yang paling efektif dari ke tiga metodedalam pengurangan kandungan nikel dalam air limbah. Limbah artifisial yang dibuat dalam penelitian ini memiliki konsentrasi yang sama dengan limbah industri elektroplating, yaitu : 2154,20 mg/L. Pengurangan konsentrasi nikel paling efektif untuk metode elektodeposisi terjadi pada tegangan 6 volt dengan konsentrasi nikel akhir sebesar 404,86 mg/L.Hasil pengolahan dari proses elektrodeposisi diolah lebih lanjut melalui dua proses yang berbeda, sebagian diolah dengan proses elektrokoagulasi dan sebagian lagi diolah dengan proses koagulasi hidroksida Proses elektrokoagulasi dilakukan selama 1 jam dengan variasi tegangan 5; 7,5; dan 10 volt. But along with the development of KJA activity in the Jatiluhur Reservoir it has become one of the factors causing the decline in water quality of the Jatiluhur Reservoir. Therefore the Purwakarta Regency government made a program called Operation Jatiluhur Jernih Lake through the Decree of the Regent of Purwakarta No.523.31.05 / Kep.286-DLH / 2017. This program had a purpose to curb a number of cageculture in Jatiluhur Dam. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the program as an effort to save the condition of reservoir water and to analyze the impact of the program to the sosio-economic condition of the farmer. The methode that used in this study was quantitavie methode based on the effectivity value from the quisioner and the qualitative method by analyzing data from interview. the results of this study indicate that the Jatiluhur Lake Operations program is running quite effectively with the acquisition of a score of 60.37%, which means this program has a pretty good value in efforts to save the water conditions of the Jatiluhur reservoir. The movements carried out by the operator in completing the work are very necessary to be evaluated, considering that many of the movements of the operator that are not effective will slow down the completion time of the work, which in turn affects the product output. Movement study is an analysis carried out on several movements of the worker's body in completing work. Through the study of motion the standard time can already be determined by synthesizing the standard times of the parts that have been labeled. Based on the standard time calculation of the results of the motion study, it was obtained the results of 25,988 bowl component units and 84,485 APP lid box components.
