Schott) is one of the non-rice carbohydrate sources which is quite rich in nutrients, and has a fairly high economic value. All parts of the taro plant contain flavonoids and saponins that function as antibacterial compounds by interfering with bacterial cells in the wound and exterminating fungi, thus helping the wound healing process. The purpose of this study was to test the activity of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria on Talas Bogor leaf extract and to determine the best concentration in inhibiting bacterial growth. There are two methods for this test, namely the spread method and the dilution method. In this study, the method used to test the antibacterial activity of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria on Bogor taro leaves was the disk diffusion method. Observational data obtained through the knowledge of presence or absence of a clear area formed around the paper disc is indicated by the growth of bacteria. The ethanol extract was carried out by macerating dry sample powder with 96% ethanol for 3 x 24 hours where the filtrate was evaporated with a rotating evaporator to obtain a thick Bogor Taro leaf extract. This test was carried out on several variations of concentration to determine the best antibacterial activity in inhibiting the tested bacteria. The concentration variations carried out were 1.25%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 15%. Based on the data, the diameter of the largest inhibition zone for Escherichia coli was 15% with diameter of an inhibition zone 14.11 mm, while for Staphylococcus aureus it was 15% with diameter of an inhibition zone 16.51%. The positive control used was chloramphenicol while the negative control was 20% sterile DMSO. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Talas Bogor (Colocasia esculenta L. Schott) adalah salah satu tanaman sumber karbohidrat bukan beras yang cukup kaya akan gizi, dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Seluruh bagian tanaman talas mengandung flavonoid dan saponin yang berfungsi sebagai senyawa antibakteri dengan mengganggu sel bakteri di dalam luka serta pembasmi fungi, sehingga turut membantu proses penyembuhan luka. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah sebagai pengujian aktivitas antibakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus pada ekstrak daun Talas Bogor serta mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Ada dua metode untuk pengujian ini yaitu dengan cara metode penyebaran dan metode pengenceran. Export market opportunities are very open for this commodity, but the current problem is the waste generated from this industry. PT.Vonex is a textile industry with spinning and dyeing products. Textile liquid waste produced has a very concentrated color characteristic and when the dye enters the waters it can cover the surface of the water body so as to block sunlight from entering the waters. Textile wastewater treatment with the sono-Fenton method as DCA (Decolorizing Agent) can be used as an alternative choice in overcoming these problems. In this study, an analysis of the reduction of the dye was carried out by using variations in the concentration of Fenton's reagent and the length of sonication time. The variations in the concentration of Fenton's reagent used were 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 6:1 while the sonication time used variations of 10, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. The test results show that the use of Fenton's reagent assisted by ultrasonic waves (sonication) in textile wastewater treatment can reduce the levels of color values, pH, COD, BOD, and TSS. Besides being a tourist attraction, Bagendit Lake is also a suggestion for irrigation in the surrounding area. In addition to channeling irrigation, earth retaining embankments built together with pedestrians must also meet the safety requirements of stability. This study aims to determine the value of the safety factor of the Situ Bagendit embankment against slipping and overturning. To determine the value of stability, the forces and moments acting on the embankment and water are analyzed. The value of slip or shear stability is 1.73 and the value of rolling stability is 2.1, where the value is categorized as safe because it is more than 1.25. It was concluded that the Situ Bagendit II embankment was categorized as safe against sliding and overturning \u0000Abstrak: Situ Bagendit merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata alam di Kabupaten Garut dengan luas 124 Ha. Selain menjadi objek wisata, situ Bagendit juga sebagai saran irigasi di daerah sekitar. Disamping untuk menyalur irigasu, tanggul penahan tanah dibangun bersamaan dengan pedestrian juga harus memenuhi persyaraytan aman dari stabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai faktor aman tanggul Situ Bagendit terhadap gelincir dan guling. The more resin used, the less the ability of the fabric to come back from the crease, so the permanent crease finish will be more permanent. \u0000However, with more and more resin polymerizing on the surface, the fabric will be stiffer and can reduce the tensile strength of the fiber, the occurrence of the resin polymerization process is influenced by the temperature of the preserved heating when the temperature is less then the resin is not formed perfectly or if the temperature is too high it can cause damage to the fiber. This test was carried out on 100% polyester fabric with variations in the concentration of melamine formaldehyde resin 40 g/l, 50 g/l, 60 g/l, 70 g/l and variations in the curing temperature of 1600C, 1700C, 1800C, 1900C. Tests carried out include re-testing of the folds and tensile strength of the fabric. The shabby effect is produced by using an oxidizing agent. The application of sodium hypochlorite can cause a decrease in color aging of denim fabrics and high tensile strength. The pH condition also affects the occurrence of oxycellulose damage which will affect the final result. Inappropriate pH will cause a very high oxidation process and produce a less shabby effect and can cause a decrease in tensile strength. Therefore, the concentration of NaOCl and pH must be adjusted properly so that optimal results are obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of optimum concentration of sodium hypochorite (NaOCl) and pH on the physical properties of denim fabric. After the process of bleach washing process experiment was carried out, a test was carried out based on two-factor Anova statistical data and the optimum visual test fabric results were obtained at a NaOCl concentration of 2 g/L using alkaline pH (10-11). The test values were obtained as follows: color fastness to rubbing are 3-4 for dry, 2-3 for wet, tensile strength 67.4 kg in warp direction, 43.1 in weft direction, fabric stiffness in warp direction 430.48, weft direction 344.54. The cause of the weft stop is because the process of opening the warp mouth is not clean and the weft thread slides inappropriately or too fast so that the warp mouth is in a small condition. Variations in timing opening angle of 700, 800 and 900 determine the size of the warp mouth opening, the time the weft will slide and the time the weft will arrive. In the case study at CV Ajax Sport, it is known that controlling raw material inventory using MRP produces an inventory value of Rp. 139,911,944,- for 12 weeks, with the number of orders for F300 raw materials as many as 71,716 units and for G300 raw materials as many as 67,297 units.
