The potential of practical application of this principle in the education system is most clearly reflected in the quality of training and skills development of students. The paper classifies and analyzes various types of visualization used in the educational process. The authors noted the main psychological and pedagogical features and formulated practical recommendations on the use of visual aids and teaching methods on the example of such important integrative subjects as social studies and economics. The main elements and principles of corporate culture are determined, the formation and implementation of which determines the uniqueness and competitiveness of the company in the internal and external environments. As a result of the analysis, the author updated the perception of corporate culture as a multifaceted and multi-level phenomenon in modern realities, which acts as a strategic tool in the process of developing a highly competitive human resource that helps to increase the level of efficiency of the company. Leadership is considered as a mandatory element of management that determines both the management style in  the company as  a  whole and the specifics of  the work of  an HR  specialist in  particular. The study reveals the specificity of  the influence of  an HR specialist on the corporate culture and staff loyalty in connection with the request for a leadership from the management. It has been established that the most popular leadership style of an HR specialist is an advisory style, in which goals and methods to achieve them are discussed, but the final decision on both goals and methods is made by the head. The authors analyzed the relationship between the leadership of an HR specialist and the relevance of the tools used in the activities of HR services. The purpose of the research presented in  the article is  to study the features of  the creative class in  the conditions of modern Russian society. New requirements are being imposed on employees of post-industrial society, the main of which are creativity. The search for new managerial decisions on the implementation of this process in the practice of functioning of enterprise personnel management becomes significant. \u0000The theoretical analysis of existing experience has shown the narrow industry focus of the developed solutions for enterprises with a traditional form of labor organization, which leaves them of little use in broad practical HR activities in the context of the digitalization of the economy and the transition to a mixed labor organization. It is important to create a holistic view of the implementation plan for managing the development of personnel in an enterprise with a mixed labor organization. The problem of the lack of personnel development management leads to poor awareness of personnel about the organization’s capabilities in terms of personnel development, a low level of involvement of all categories of personnel in the development process, a decrease in labor productivity, and, as a result, a decrease in the competitiveness of an enterprise in the market. Thanks to the solution of the issue of effective management of personnel development in an enterprise with a mixed organization of labor in modern realities, the formation of a staff of qualified employees who are highly motivated to perform the tasks of the enterprise is being successfully implemented. With the rapid development of industry, the creation, implementation and development of new technologies, as well as competition for consumers, companies must systematically improve the skills of their employees in order to maintain competitiveness in the market. Staff training is a key factor in the success of any organization. The authors of the article analyzed the theoretical aspects related to the study of the personnel training system, identified by domestic scientists. The subject of the research is the internal system of personnel training in the organization. The purpose of the article is to analyze this system and determine its effectiveness, identify problems and suggest ways to solve them. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and educational literature, analysis of documentation, survey of employees. As a result of the study, problems associated with the internal system of training the organization’s personnel were identified, and solutions were proposed to improve its effectiveness. The collection and processing of empirical data was carried out using the methods of quantitative and qualitative content analysis of text arrays in the Internet Chinese and Russian segments. An online survey of Russian enterprises’ employees involved in the poll using the spontaneous sampling method allowed the authors to identify the respondents attitude to the problem under study, as well as comparison of the Chinese and Russian employees’ narratives analysis results has practical importance for finding effective methods and tools for educating responsible employees, developed on the best practices basis. In this connection, the research of professional mentality is becoming relevant in the digital economy. The article presents the results of a desk study of the essential understanding of professional mentality in the scientific literature. The results of the research showed that the topic of professional mentality development has been the subject of scientific discussions in various scientific fields and disciplines for several decades. However, aspects of the impact of digitalization of labor on the professional mentality are not given enough attention. In addition, the widespread introduction of digital technologies leads to the transformation of the mentality of representatives of various professions, which makes it possible to introduce the concept of \"digital professional mentality\" into scientific circulation.
