This study aims to 1) Investigate the library used by students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program at IAIN Palopo and 2) Analyze the inhibiting factors in using the library as a learning resource. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews (with the head of the librarian, staff and students of PAI), and documentation. Data were analysed through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding with triangulation as a form of data validation. The results showed: 1) The use of the library by PAI IAIN Palopo students was low, with visits to the library that were infrequent and mostly occurred while working on assignments or theses. References that students are looking for include hadith, commentary books, and literature related to Islamic religious education. 2) Inhibiting factors include internal factors, such as lack of awareness and motivation of students, as well as external factors, such as the influence of sophisticated technology, which makes students reluctant to use the library, limited time for library services, and un-updated book collections. Increasing student awareness and motivation and increasing support from the lecturers are important to overcome this obstacle. The study aimed to examine dan analyse the influence of education and training on teacher’s professional competency. The study was conducted by survey method with written questionnaire toward teachers at elementary school in the Dictrict of North Makale Tana Toraja Regency. The number of samples in this research were seventy nine respondents by purposive sampling method with a criteria which has teaching experience at least one year. The examined of hypothesis was using Linier Regression Analysis by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The results of research indicate that education and training positively and significantly influence on teacher’s professional competency, as partial or simultaneous. Determine coefficient R Square value of 0.717 indicates that the variation in teacher’s professional competency at elementary school in the Dictrict of North Makale Tana Toraja Regency determine by education and training within 71.7 percent, while theremaining 28.3 percent determine by other factors out of the independent variables in this research. This study aims at identifying class management and the effectiveness of Islamic education instructions, and finding out correlation between the class management and its effectiveness of Islamic education learning. The research applies quantitative research method dealing with correlative ex-post facto. 79 samples in State Primary School Number 12 Langkanae, from 99 of the total population were selected for data collection. Data collection stage deployed observation and questionnaires. The data were subsequently analysed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. This study found that there was a significant correlation between class management and Islamic education learning. The result of descriptive statistic analysis revealed that 89,88% (71 students) gave positive responses to the class management and 64,56 (51 students) categorized the Islamic education learning as very good. This research uses the Mix Methode research method which is presented qualitatively and quantitatively. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained from interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that students have high learning motivation in English subjects at MTs Negeri Luwu when the teacher manages or manages and uses Smart TV-based multimedia in the classroom. Smart TV-based multimedia management is carried out in several stages, namely: 1) Planning aspects which include adjusting materials, preparing supporting facilities/infrastructure and installing Smart TV devices and internet networks. 2) The implementation aspect that before the teacher explains the material, the first thing to do is to check the availability of the tools used, such as laptops, smartphones, network connections, electricity, and appropriate learning methods. 3) The evaluation aspect that all stages have been carried out in accordance with the procedure so that this multimedia is very helpful for teachers presenting class material and motivating students to learn, especially in English subjects. This study aims to determine the leadership management of school principals in the delivery of education and the impact of educational outcomes at SDN Telluwanua District, Palopo City. The type and research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The source of the data used is primary data obtained from interview instruments with respondents, namely the principal, educators and teaching staff at SDN 18 Maroangin, SDN 52 Salutete and SDN 51 Sumarambu. The results of this study showed that 1. The strategy for improving the quality of education at SDN Telluwanua District, Palopo City began with the commitment of the school principal to improve the quality of education by planning a strategy, followed by improving the school's organizational structure, increasing the competence of educators and education staff, increasing student achievement, fulfillment of facilities infrastructure, building cooperative networks, creating independent school programs and evaluating educators, education staff and school programs. 2. The impact of educational outcomes at SDN schools in Telluwanua District, Palopo City, is that teacher competence has increased, graduation rates and graduate absorption have increased, school performance and school image have increased and facilities and infrastructure have begun to be fulfilled. The research location is State Islamic Junior High School Wajo, the research subjects are teachers and data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that human resources in implementing digital media must attend training and workshops. Human resource management in the implementation of digital media-based learning at State Islamic Junior High School Wajo uses smart tv and its impact is felt by students in teaching and learning activities. There is one factor that supports teaching and learning activities using smart tv namely facilities and infrastructure and one that hindersnamely the internet network. The solution to the inhibiting factor is to divert learning using power point. The use of smart tv greatly facilitates teachers and students in the learning process. The results of the study show that learning management at the Nur El Haq Komba Islamic Boarding School in general has adopted a khalaf (modern) learning system. In learning foreign language, the manager gives the same portion to the use of Arabic and English, but in the portion of the learning hours, learning Arabic is more than learning English. The learning obstacles that usually occur include the tight schedule of learning while in the dormitory, the infrastructure that still needs to be improved, and the mastery of the teachers in teaching still needs to be developed. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction technique, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of the Taḥfīẓh Al Qur'an program at the Junior Datok Sulaiman Middle School for Girls is managed using an integrated curriculum between the national curriculum and the Islamic boarding school curriculum. The teaching of the Taḥfīẓh Al Qur'an program at Datok Sulaiman Middle School is carried out using the tahsin, sabaq-sabqi, manzil and diniyah methods. 2) Evaluation of the Taḥfīẓh Al-Qur'an Program at SMP Datok Sulaiman Putri Palopo Division in terms of: 1) Context evaluation, namely having clear goals and planning so as to motivate students in memorizing the Qur'an with good support from the school. 2) Input Evaluation, namely the competency of the taḥfīẓh teacher by having the ability to memorize 30 chapters and understand reading the Qur'an. Meanwhile, students who participate in the taḥfīẓh Qur'an program have high enthusiasm for memorizing. This program is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. 3) Evaluation of the Process in the Taḥfīẓh Qur'an program, namely the implementation runs smoothly and according to what has been planned. The method used by the teacher consists of tahsin, sabaq-sabqi, manzil and diniyah methods.
