To a large extent they substituted traditional means of communication. Ensued from the different environment, new means of communication caused transformation in the communication process. Aims of communication retained the same as in the traditional environment. Among them is altering people's outlooks and provoking actions. Manipulation is harmful for individual recipients, adverse for national security and undesirable for managerial branch of online communities. To solve the pressing problem of preventing and combating manipulation criteria for detecting manipulation on early stages are presented. These criteria underlie methods and algorithms for detecting manipulation. The main advantage of it is the exceptional dedication to work with 2d and 3d graphics, respectively processing large volumes of similar data. The consequence of this was the emergence of a single graphics card on the board of several stream processors responsible for performing the same type of command. However, a major breakthrough in the use of the GPU is the emergence of the possibility of programming the stream processors (vertex and pixel) image processing. The special feature of the group of processors are parallel processing, i.e., for a pixel processor unit is one piece or texel. For example, modern GPU carry on board more than 1,000 stream processors, each type of which can significantly improve performance by parallel use of all processors. Analysing facial expressions quickly and accurately play a critical role in many software systems for various applications. In this study, a new algorithm is proposed for the acceleration of video-based facial expression analysis that is performed using cubic Bézier curves. Performance evaluation of the expression analysis accelerated with parallel threads on multi-core computers has been presented. The experiments have been conducted with eNTERFACE'05 emotion video database. Experimental results were obtained using quad-core processor with Hyper Threading technology. A formal model of electronic content commerce systems is proposed. The formal models of information resource processing in electronic content commerce systems are proposed. A new approach to application and implementation of business processes is formulated for the electronic content commerce systems construction. A complex method of content formation, the operational method of content management and complex method of content support are developed. Software tools for content formation, management and support are developed. Design and implementation methods of electronic content commerce systems are based on online newspapers, which reflect the results of theoretical research, are developed.
